In this episode of Let's Be Honest, I'm unpacking the pressure to "look good" while life feels like it's falling apart. We often think we have to show up with a smile, acting like everything is fine-even in front of God. But real healing doesn't start with pretending; it starts with honesty. I'm talking about the danger of masking our struggles, especially as people of God, and why coming to God with our truth-not our image-is what actually lifts the weight off our hearts. When we open up to Him, that's when He begins to work in our soul, and that inner transformation is what truly makes us whole, even in the mist of the storm. It's not about looking good... it's about being good because we trust that God is good, even when life is not.
