I started this show because I have a different podcast or playlist for every mood I am in, and I thought “How great would it be to have somewhere to go for all of my moods and needs” thus: Everyday women. It is a real show for real women to cater to the wide spectrum of emotions and realities we experience and the identities and careers we pursue.

Discovering YOUR "healthy" and recognizing when healthy becomes unhealthy
In today's podcast episode, Casey talks about the importance of finding our version of health- not the version of health we "think" we should have or be.

-What workouts help you feel challenged but in an energizing, expansive way?
-How much time around others do you want and need to feel your best?
Similarly, Casey chats about when to recognize when healthy is becoming out of balance, or when healthy is becoming unhealthy.
