Today, my friend Brian joins me to talk about Meet My Valentine, the most messed-up allegedly romantic film of all time, except for maybe that one about Ryan Gosling and the Living Doll.
When Tom (Scott Wolf) learns that he has terminal cancer, he does what any married father of a young child would do: He makes a fake dating profile for his wife Valentine (really, that's her name; played by Courtney Ford) to search for her next partner, all while concealing his diagnosis from his family. After a few false starts, Tom realizes that Val's business partner could be her next Mr. Right. That is literally the plot of this movie.
