Georgette is the founder of Fuel Your Fitness - a nutrition coaching service that teaches people how to eat for their goals without giving up the foods they love. Georgette started Fuel Your Fitness a few years ago when she was laid of from her corporate job. Now, she’s running a super successful business full time, while also coaching CrossFit and working as a freelance food writer.

During the episode, Georgette shares how she got up and running as an entrepreneur and she gives great advice on eating and exercise. Georgette has an incredibly refreshing approach to nutrition - she never wants people to feel restricted and she actually encourages people to create a balanced lifestyle that allows you to indulge every now and then. Georgette's mission to help others lead happier and healthier lives (according to their own rules) is much needed in today's world.
