Kris Liebau (that's Lee-bow, like the boat) is an engineer-turned-leadership coach who somehow became known as the "Geek Whisperer" — and yes, she leans into that fully. After 20+ years in engineering, quality, & manufacturing & Certified Patroller with the a National Ski Patrol (spreadsheets by day, slopes by weekend), Kris discovered her superpower: translating the human side of leadership into language that actually lands with analytical minds.
She's the founder of Action & Ease Leadership Coaching, where she helps engineering executives and managers stop running on autopilot, get genuinely curious, and build the kind of connection that makes teams — and ideas — actually move. She also hosts the podcast Leading Beyond the Spreadsheet, where she tackles the people side of work for leaders who'd honestly rather have a flowchart for all of it.
