Teach Me or Heal Me
Welcome to Teach Me or Heal Me, a podcast about the moments that break us, the medicine that finds us, and the journeys that reshape us.
Here, you'll hear anonymous voices, mostly veterans but not exclusively, sharing their real stories of pain, resilience, and transformation.
These are people who found their way to psychedelics not out of curiosity, but out of necessity. Trauma, grief, disconnection, and the search for something that could make it bearable or simply meaningful, again.
They speak candidly about what led them to these substances, what happened during those deeply personal journeys, and what life has looked like after.
We don't offer advice. We offer space. These stories aren't told to convince, they're told to connect. Whether you're here to understand, feel seen, or simply to listen... welcome.

Guest #8 was a friendly reunion with a Marine that I served with. I saw a Bryan Hubbard post where he read off a letter from the wife of a Marine who was struggling from the loss of his teammates in Iraq. December 1st 2005 was a tragic day for our battalion that left 10 dead and 11 wounded. This event put a sadness in him that he carried for 20 years. After hearing a podcast about Ibogaine, he and his wife went down to Mexico to investigate all the hype... and received more than they had ever imagined. This is his story
