In this episode I'm joined by Bea Lopez, expression to sales strategist, who spent 15 years building a successful career in pharmaceutical and medical device sales doing it entirely her own way. After being fired twice in three years for being too outspoken, her confidence collapsed. She found herself battling imposter syndrome, questioning whether she'd ever really been good at her work, and watching her sense of self erode not just in business but in her personal life too.
