If you were to survey everyone in the world and ask them what they needed more of in order to manifest everything that they desire to create the life of their dreams, what do you think the most common responses to that question would be? Think about it for yourself. What do you need more of? Is it time, more money, maybe more resources? Odds are those would be the top hits. Everyone either wants more time, more money, or more resources, and if only they had more of one or all of those things, their life would be infinitely better. Again, think about it. How could more money, more time, or more resources make your life infinitely better? Well, today I am going to share with you the number one life hack. That will give you more of all three of these things. I'm going to show you how to exponentially put more money back in your pocket, more time back in your day, and acquire damn near all the resources you could ever need to make massive quantum leaps in every area of your life. So stay tuned because this is going to be a game changer you guys. I believe that everyone listening will have at least one light bulb moment during this episode that will change the way you move through life. All right guys. I'm back for another solo episode. This is Kim Gina's on her honeymoon this week. Um, I attended her wedding last week, and it was a blast. It was in downtown Louisville at a beautiful cathedral, and the reception was held at 21 C, which is known as the Museum Hotel because it's filled with all kinds of contemporary and interactive art. It's a really cool place and totally fit gen's. Style you guys. She was such a beautiful bride. Of course, if you know her, you know she's gorgeous. But her in that wedding dress with her hair all done up and the love just radiating off of her, I mean the absolute just adoration between her and Nick, like. Everyone could feel it. You just couldn't help but have a smile plastered on your face watching the two of them. I'm sure we'll talk more about her wedding in our next episode when she gets back and settled in from her honeymoon. But if you guys want a peek of the wedding, I know she's been posting a few photos and things on social media, and I've actually got a video that I need to post as well. I'll do that today when I get done recording this. But it was one of my favorite moments from the wedding, and I had a lot of favorite moments, which I'm sure we'll talk about, but this was her and Nick's first dance, and it was. So cute. It looked choreographed, but she said they actually ran out of time to practice, so it was more off the cuff, which made it even that much cuter. So I'll post that for you guys on the socials if you wanna check it out. Hopefully you all caught her Valentine's Day episode last week, all about her experiences with love and relationships. She recorded that just in time for Valentine's Day, but it was also the week before her wedding. And you can just hear it in her voice, how happy and in love she is. So I'm just so, so happy for her. Uh, but today I'm bringing you guys a different kind of episode than normal. I shared with you all that part of the reason for these solo episodes was to be able to talk about things more on the fly, less scheduled, more in the moment about whatever we're really into currently. And this definitely fits the bill. This is something that I am absolutely obsessed with right now. It's likely something you are already into as well, and if you're not, odds are you're going to be very, very soon because the world, as we know it has. Changed y'all. It is a pivotal moment in human history, and there has never been a technological advancement such as this that has the potential to quantum leap civilization forward since the invention of the internet. Yes, of course, I'm talking about ai. AI is no longer the future you guys. It's here. And while you may be slightly scared of it and think it's going to take over the world, the truth is that what is. Actually going to take over the world are the people who know how to use it. Because yes, 100% AI is going to replace a ton of jobs, but it still needs the human touch. And that's what employers are going to be and already are looking for, is people who know how to use AI to help bring creative solutions to the table, to change the game, to catapult businesses and full on industries forward by utilizing it. So whether you are an employee or a business owner, if you are not already practicing and experimenting with ai, you need to get on it. You are going to be left in the dust by those that are, and that's not just my opinion. That's a promise backed by a lot of experts that know what they're talking about. Now, my focus today is not going to be on business. I will touch on a few things business related just because it's kind of impossible not to in talking about ai. But my main focus today is going to be talking to you about how I use AI for personal use in my everyday life, because I do think that is an important place to start is getting acquainted with what all it can do by using it to simplify. Organize and streamline your own personal life first. A lot of people right now are just using AI as a new and improved search engine to replace Google, and that's great. That's where most people start, but just know that you are not even scratching the surface because AI is not just a question and answer forum, it's not just a search engine. If this is how you've been using it, I want you to start thinking about it differently. By the end of this episode, I hope that you start viewing AI in all its glory as your non-biased, non-judgmental, adaptable, infinitely patient and supportive, scientifically optimistic digital cheerleader. Accountability coach, personal assistant life manager, leading expert and thought partner in all areas. And the best thing about it is that it can become personalized to you over time. And this is where I wanna tie it back to the real point, the more personalized and useful it becomes to your real life, the more mental load it takes off of you. And when it takes that mental load off of you, you get your brain space back. That is the real life hack in my opinion. Now I'm not an AI expert. As a matter of fact, I feel like I'm a little behind the curve ball here, but I think we all have a lot we can learn from each other when it comes to this topic, and I hope that by starting the conversation and sharing how I'm using it, it will give you some ideas to get started too, because when you have the ability at your fingertip. To consult a professional, to delegate and automate and take things off your to-do list. You are not just saving loads of time and money, you are freeing up brain space. And that's perhaps the most crucial development with ai because when you clear up that big, beautiful mind of yours, you don't just become more efficient and productive and successful, you become calmer, clearer, and more grounded. And as a byproduct of that. You can manifest more because guess what? You now have more time to rest, to daydream and to listen to that little voice inside you. Your intuition. Not only can you hear it louder when you're not incessantly working on your to-do list with a million things on your mind, but you also actually have the space to prioritize and follow its guidance. We talk a lot on this show about manifestation. About connecting to and listening to your intuition about designing a life that isn't just hustle and bustle. Always busy, always rising, but one that gives you a chance to breathe, to rest, to be present, and to experience life's simple joys to the fullest. AI can give you infinitely more of that, and that is why I'm so passionate about this topic right now. So, without further ado, this is all about AI and how I, Kim Litre, the totally non-technical, non-computer savvy person, am using chat GPT to help organize, simplify, and streamline my life. And, thus creating more space to manifest my best life. Okay, so like I said, I'm a beginner when it comes to ai. I have only really used chat GBT, I'd say I've got a pretty good handle on it, and I'm now looking at venturing into Claude or Gemini, most likely Claude. These are generally speaking, the three top AI platforms most people are using. So what's the difference? Chat, GBT is made by open ai. It's super versatile for general purposes. Beginner friendly, great for brainstorming, writing help. Broad question answering, coding help and conversational tasks. Gemini is made by Google. It's great for real time research, strong with multimodal inputs, and especially useful if you live inside Google Tools. If you're using Google Docs and sheets. And drive and calendar, et cetera. Gemini's probably the right one for you. And then Claude is made by Anthropic and it's known for deeper reasoning, complex analysis, and handling longer documents well. So in short chat, GPT is great for the generalist. Gemini is great for Google workflow and multimodal purposes, and Claude is great for complex reasoning. The reason I'm likely exploring Claude next is for writing and podcast research and business automation tasks where I want that deeper reasoning aspect. What I've noticed with chat GBT after using it for some time is that I'll ask it a question and often it will answer from one perspective unless I prompt it to go deeper. So sometimes I really have to know what I don't know in order to get a truly well-rounded response. That's not ideal, but it's also why the human touch matters. For example, I was trying to calculate our LTV lifetime value of a customer for our family business. Blue MAs Freight. I uploaded an Excel sheet with customer data and asked chat GPT to determine average LTV. It did that and then it offered to tier our customers by importance, which. Sounded incredibly valuable, but when it gave me the tiers, I noticed right away there was one customer showing up in the top tier that I knew we didn't make much money on, even though we did a ton of loads for them because of the type of freight that they run. So I pushed back and said. It looks like you're basing tiers on number of loads, not gross profit. Why? And it basically agreed and corrected the framework. It even said, this is a common mistake brokers make. So that's just a good example of why I say this tool is powerful, but it still needs a human who understands what they're looking at to review the output, find the cracks in the reasoning, and push it to get a better result. The same thing happened when I asked about compensation for someone we were promoting. It gave me a figure that protected the business, but wasn't really attractive enough for the employee taking on significantly more responsibility. Again, I had to push it. So yes, use ai absolutely, but do not hand over your brain. I hear this a lot when it comes to uploading documents into chat GBT. So for example, you upload your LabCorp report with all of your blood work and ask chat GBT to tell you what's likely going on with you. But it may or may not interpret that data accurately because it's not the best with visuals. To be safe. You're almost always better off first asking it to summarize your numbers so you can review it and make sure it's pulling the data accurately before getting its opinion on it. And there's been other times where I've been trying to connect an idea, like maybe for this podcast, and I'll use chat GPT to brainstorm that idea and it will tell me I'm wrong. But instinctually I'll know that I'm not, and so I'll keep pressing and eventually it will say, oh, well yes, that actually aligns with this other theory or concept, not the one you originally stated. And again, then it will say, yes, you're a hundred percent right. When thinking about this scientific theory, those two ideas do go hand in hand. So I, again, have not used Claude. But my expectation is that Claude would be much better about connecting those kind of dots and giving you a more rounded viewpoint rather than just specifically answering your question. I believe it will go deeper, and that's why I plan to switch, I use it to brainstorm my ideas. I wish I had known to use it when I was writing and editing my book. I just didn't know enough about it at that point in my life. Um,, I wouldn't. Have wanted it to write for me or do any heavy editing. I think it's very easy to pick out things written by chat, GBT, and honestly, it can be a little cringe when you see it. When it comes to creative writing, your humanness, your tone. Your personality. All of that has to come through for actual good writing chat. GBT has an incredibly human touch for what it is, but it can't recreate those aspects. It still comes out sounding somewhat manufactured. However, I absolutely would've used it for research, for editing, for critical review. To poke holes in my ideas and check on what I might be missing that would've saved me an ungodly amount of time and money. And this is where I use it all the time. Now, I'll ask, am I thinking about this correctly? What holes might someone find in my logic? What's another perspective on this? What have I missed? That alone can save face and save so much mental spending. Even if you are just making a post on Facebook, you guys use chat PT to make sure you are right in what you're saying to make sure you are not missing something obvious. I didn't really think about this until just recently, but I can't tell you how handy this would've been when I think back to some of the like debates that I've had on Facebook with people, and if you're reposting something, I mean, in this day and age, the headlines are so misleading, so sensationalized, run it through chat GPT first. Is this true? What's actually going on here? I've been doing that lately when I see something that gives me pause on social media, some headline that makes me go, whoa, is that real? Spoiler alert it hardly ever is. There's some aspect of it that's true, but it's typically just blown outta proportion to indicate something That's not really the case. We literally have a non-biased fact checker at our fingertips. Now, you can say, what context is missing from this article? Give me some different viewpoints on this. What might be misleading about this? What's actually going on here? Let us all use it to become more informed consumers who don't just repost things that create hate and further divide. Which speaking of headlines. Did you guys see some of the headlines going around lately that people are tying back to Gina's 2026 predictions episode? Um, I dunno if you saw it, but Trump ordered the release of UFO Alien related files and Prince Andrew was just arrested due to the newly released Epstein documents. Uh, so if you miss Gina's 2026 predictions episode, go back and listen. It's a fun one and things are already starting to pop off that align with some of what she predicted. Since we're on the topic of language and ideas, you can also use chat, CBT to help you write emails, texts, and to create phone scripts for yourself. If we're not talking about creative writing, go to town. Let it do it for you. This saves so much time. I've personally been using it a lot lately to take the edge off of my words. Um, if you know me, you know, I can come off a little. Abrasive at times. It can be a bit direct, a little to the point, and it doesn't always sound nice. So I will literally put something into chat GBT and say, make this sound nicer, and that can really help. It can help just protect relationships and help you communicate clearly without damaging the connection. Again, that's brain space, less overthinking, less emotional cleanup later. I also asked chat GBT to dumb things down for me a lot. Just recently, our mortgage broker texted me about refinancing the mortgage on one of our rental properties. So I asked chat GBT. I said, based on the rate we have versus the rate being offered, does it make sense to refinance now or should we wait to see if the rate drops more? And it said, yes, it's likely a good time to refinance, but it asked me for more information and had me upload the loan estimate so that it could tell me for sure, which a note here. Always mark out personal information before uploading documents. Even though chats are supposed to be private, it's still the internet. Okay? So I uploaded the estimate and it helped me understand the break even timing, and whether it was even worth doing. Later, we got a revised estimate and it wasn't clear what had changed to me, so I uploaded both estimates and asked. What was the change between these two documents? It was a huge time saver. Then when my broker sent some texts explaining why I couldn't do something that I wanted to do, I asked Chachi PT to explain what he meant in plain English. That saved me time. Help me understand the situation better and help me go back to him with better questions instead of just confusion. This is exactly what I mean by freeing up mental load. When you have financial decisions to make, when you need a second opinion, when you have legal documents to review, when you don't want to waste your time or someone else's asking a ton of questions, chat, GBT is your savior. I know I said this episode was. Mainly not about business, but I do have to say this quickly. If you're a business owner or in management or in sales, and you're not using ai, you are really missing out. We've been talking with our sales team about using AI for cold call list generation, getting insider information on companies. Personalizing, phone scripts, and email scripts, call critiques, and role play. You can literally upload your calls into chat GPT and have it critique you and tell you what you can do better next time, which is so cool. And we've been using it for process mapping, roles and responsibilities, financial planning, hiring decisions, like I said, marketing ideas. Uh, lots of businesses use it for their social media. It can make your posts for you, create visuals for you. It can create content calendars the whole nine, so it can save you a ton of time and money and just make things move faster in your business. But here's some more personal use examples, and this is again where most people should start. Uh, travel planning is great. Kyle and I went to Vegas a few weeks ago and I used chat to help plan the trip. We were only going for three nights, so I didn't wanna waste time. I used it to help narrow down my direct flight options, um, itinerary ideas and how to make the most of a short trip. That kind of thing can take days of searching and comparing and AI cut it down dramatically. You can use it for your skincare routine. So I used it recently to help tailor my skincare routine and tell me what products to use and when I gave it my skin type, my goals, what I already use, what I'm considering trying, and it helped map out a daily and weekly routine, told me what not to use together, how often to exfoliate, what's worth the money versus over hyped, et cetera. It took so much of the guesswork out of it, and I did the same thing for my vitamins and supplements. Here's what I'm taking. Here's why. What should I keep? What should I stop? When should I take each one? I didn't realize some things that I was taking. I shouldn't be taking together so I was just wasting money because they weren't even effective the way I was consuming them. And it also gave me better brands that were third party tested, that were more reputable and cheaper options. It helped me organize all of that. And now that these chats are saved, I can update it later instead of starting over. If I'm looking at starting something new it already has my history right there and can say, no, don't take that. It interacts with something you're already taking or you're already getting too much of this with these supplements, or you have sensitive skin. You know don't, that's not gonna be good for you. I can't tell you guys how happy this makes me. Some girls love bags or shoes or clothes, and that's where they go overboard on spending. I am a skincare and health supplement junkie. That's my Achilles heel. I spend far too much money there and I am very easily influenced. I fall for all the marketing campaigns. Like if you tell me some product is gonna make my skin glow or give me energy, or make me sleep better, I'm. All over it. So I use chat CBT like every day now to keep myself from spending a boatload of money on stuff I don't really need. I've also been using it to calculate macros and help with mill portions and substitutions. As a vegetarian, this can get frustrating real fast when you're trying to hit protein goals and not go over your carb limits. But now I have my daily macro goals in chat GBT, and I can say what I want to eat and have it help me adjust those portions and make substitutions. That's been huge because it keeps me from getting overwhelmed and giving up. Um, and obviously consistency is everything in that area. Also, while we're on health. Please stop Googling your symptoms and convincing yourself that you have a life-threatening disease every time. Use chat CPT to help you organize your symptoms. Understand labs in simpler language. Think of questions to ask your doctor. Um, get a calm second opinion while you wait for appointments. Of course, go to a doctor. Use it as support, not a replacement, but I do think it can be incredibly helpful while waiting to get in with specialists or when you leave an appointment and suddenly think of 10 more questions you forgot to ask, you can pop up and chat GBT. It can help you think through those questions and understand what you were told, and it has. Really good bedside manner. It will help keep you calm while keeping it real and letting you know when you should see a doctor. Also, you could upload pictures and it can tell you what's likely going on. Um, my son gets rashes from time to time and I can't tell you how many times this has helped us determine what's going on with him and what we need to do. So if you've got, you know, a mole or a rash or something that's swollen, just. Upload a picture to Chachi BT and ask it what it thinks is going on. Okay. Moving on from health. Here's some other random everyday ways that I have been using it lately. I've asked it about our specific tax situation and documentation that we need, whether certain credits might apply to us, whether a car repair quote seemed legit or overp price. I used it for cookware recommendations, you guys. I was ready to spend an arm and a leg on new cookware you know, that I had been influenced to buy. And I put it in a chat GPT, and it was like, no, that's very expensive. And here's some other cookware that does the exact same things that you're looking for. Uh, I used it for show and book recommendations recently. I used it. For party planning, how many pizzas, how many drinks to get, et cetera. Uh, for budgeting, like if I have to buy gifts, you know, sometimes I'm not sure what you're supposed to spend on, like say a classmate's birthday or something like that. Restaurant ideas based on our likes, vacation ideas, what to feed by picky kids. Tech troubleshooting you guys. This one is gold. If you are having an issue with your computer or your phone or something isn't syncing right, ask chat GPT to help you. It will fix your problem like that. Um, I've also been using it for schedules and routine optimization. I've uploaded photos of my kids and used the images tab to make works of art for our walls. This is really cool. You can make photos into drawings or paintings or. Pop art or caricatures like you can, whatever you can think of it can do. So that's really fun to play around with. And speaking of uploading photos, you can upload pictures of your house and have it act as your personal interior designer. I learned this one from my brother-in-law. He did this with his home office, and you guys should have seen how great it turned out, how it's possible that it's up to date with current styles and fashion, and understands the complexities of these is just beyond me. The list could go on and on for how you can use it. Each of these things may sound small, but together they free up so much time, stress, and decision fatigue. And again, the more you talk to it about everyday items, the more it develops a profile of you and can tailor its advice to you. That's the point. So before I get into prompt tips and how to use chat GPT better, I just wanna tie it back one more time to my original claim. All of these little things, the emails, the macros, the travel planning, the paperwork, the routines, the shopping decisions. They don't just save time, they free up brain space. And when your mind is less cluttered, you can actually hear yourself. You can connect your intuition, you can be more present, you can make better decisions. You can stop living in constant overwhelm that changes your energy. And when you're talking about manifestation, your energy matters. The most. That's why I'm calling this life hack, not because it's a shortcut to avoid life, but because it helps you move through life with more clarity and less chaos. So, structuring your prompts correctly will help you save a ton of time and back and forth conversation with Chet GBT. This is maybe the part that you wanna take note of. You should have four bits of information before you hit enter if you want really good information back without a lot of back and forth. So step one. Define the role. For example, act as a professional home organizer. Step two, give context. I have a messy closet, too many clothes and nothing is in order. Step three, set constraints. I only have two hours. I wanna use what I already have. I don't wanna buy anything new. And then step four, define the output. Create a step-by-step closet organizing plan with a checklist and table format.. So your full prompt would sound something like, act as a professional home organizer. I have a cluttered closet with clothes, shoes, and accessories, and it's hard to find things. I only have two hours. I wanna use my eight drawers, five sections for hanging clothes, and 10 shells with eight bins. I wanna use what I already have. I don't wanna buy anything new, and I do want to get rid of some things. Create a step-by-step closet organizing plan with a checklist and table format plus a simple system to keep it organized going forward. Again, define the role, give context, set constraints, and define output. Okay, and I also want to tell you how to organize your chat GPT Environment using projects and custom GPTs. So projects are like folders that you can create in the desktop app for different life areas like health, finance, travel, work. This helps you keep chats organized and easy to find. You can assign colors and icons and add project instructions, which is huge because it saves time and keeps the chats in that project. Focused on your goals, and then there's custom gpt. This is where you build a reusable assistant for repetitive tasks like social media content, meeting notes, weekly emails, meal planning, show notes, et cetera. I haven't fully utilized this yet, but I'm planning to use it for podcast show notes so I don't have to repeat all the same instructions every week. I can just upload the transcript each week and it will already know what to do and pop out, show notes for me. That's another huge saver. And then some other quick tips. Use the voice button if you use chat GPTA lot. Typing and reading gets old. Talk to it, let it talk to you back. Tell it, how to talk to you, you know, short, direct, funny, formal, et cetera. You can say things like, use less words, get to the point. Only give me background info. If I ask for it, you get to train it and tell it how to talk to you. And it does learn your style over time. Uh, still be nice to it. You know, I use my please and thank yous with it, even though it's technology. Uh, mostly because I'm not fully convinced that AI is not actually alien technology. And so I definitely wanna be in good graces whenever, you know, they come and take over the world and all that. But, uh, yeah, use your own discernment on that. Um. Let's see what else. Oh, the free version is fine if you're starting out. But if you use it regularly, the paid version is so worth it. The amount of time, energy, and mental load it can save is just wild for $20 a month. Uh, which makes me think of one of the fun things I did recently that showed me the difference in the paid version versus the non-paid version. I had it. Give me an astrology. Profile on my whole family. I put in the birth details for me, my husband, both my kids, and asked about our family dynamics, how to best interact with each other, how to best parent our kids based on our charts. And you guys, the insight this gave me, almost made me cry. Honestly. It really shifted how I think about parenting them because it described them so accurately in ways I could immediately recognize. But then it also gave me these deeper characteristics of their shadows and their inner emotional landscapes that I can now see easily. But that before I just. Hadn't really pieced together in that way. I could do a whole episode on this, and I probably will, so I won't go into a lot of depth here. But it gave me so much clarity and it prompted me to change our entire routines and schedules and the way I talk to them, the way I correct them, the way I punish and praise them. It just made such a difference in my perspective that I can honestly say has changed our dynamic for the better exponentially. So whether you believe in astrology or not, just take my word for it and try this. Put in your birth details for everyone in your family. Ask it to give you profiles of everyone and tell you about your family dynamics. You will be blown away. But the reason I bring this up is because. I told my husband to put his birth info into chat, GBT to get a month by month breakdown for 2026 based on his astrological chart, because I had done that for me and I thought it was pretty cool. Um, and he does not have the paid version and it wouldn't do it. It told him that it required some calculation tool that it didn't have direct access to. So since it did it for me, I can only imagine that's because he had the free version. So there's certainly differences in output. Um. Okay guys, so that's my tips and tricks, and I want to close with a really fun thing you can do with chat GBT to directly help you manifest your best life. I want you to make a list of all of your goals and the things that you want out of life, all of the things you want to manifest, just bullet points. It doesn't need to be full sentences or anything. Then put that list into chat, GBT and say, based on this list, tell me a story of a day in the life as my future self. Then once you get that ask, create a daily schedule for me to follow that will allow me to achieve this life. Then I want you to input your actual schedule and say, tell me how I can begin to live my dream life now within the schedule I already have. What small tweaks and changes can I make so that I can become more of my future self now? I can't wait to see what you guys get back. This really helps you to start visualizing your dream life and what that life could actually look like day to day. Because when it comes to manifesting your dream life, it's really about getting clear on the details of what you want and then making it practical for yourself. It's about bridging the gap between who you want to become and who you are. Now, between where you want to go and where you are currently at, the more you can begin showing up in that energy of the dream version of yourself, even in the smallest of ways. The more you draw that life closer to you, and I really do believe AI can help you get there because it makes it so much easier to say, here's what I want. Here's where I am. Help me bridge the gap. What do I do next? That's the magic. Alright guys, I know this was a long episode if you are still here. Thank you. I hope you got something out of today. I hope it was not only practical advice, but also dreamy advice because you know, that's what I'm all about. And more than anything, I hope you leave this episode thinking about AI a little differently. Not just as a tool to get answers, but as a tool to free up your brain space, clear your energy, and help you create more of the life you actually want.
