In this episode, I’m sharing why I decided to change the name of my podcast from The Josh Speaks Podcast to Made to Be Great.
This new name reflects the heart and purpose behind the show: helping people grow into the greatness they were created for. Inspired by an exercise I did years ago, I realized that life is about more than just my voice — it’s about creating conversations with others who can inspire us in health, faith, relationships, and vocation.
I believe we are all made to be great, and this podcast will be a space to explore that truth together.
