Hello, I’m a board-certified endocrinologist who earned my M.D. from the University of Colorado. Since then, I ‘ve spent over two decades running a full-time, 100% endocrine-based specialty clinic and earning multiple 5280 Magazine Top Doc honors along the way.
I live with Type 1 diabetes, so I don’t just understand the tech—I live it. I wear an insulin pump, ride the CGM rollercoaster, mutter at the alarms, and still champion the best tools with conviction.
I treat actual endocrine disorders with evidence-based care, and I won’t sugarcoat it. I’m a wife, a mom, dog-lover, and am a passionate home chef who, like most people, try to keep my head above water.
