Hi, I’m Tanya — caffeinated, chronically curious, and deeply in my hormone era. I earned my DNP at Johns Hopkins, where I also met my partner and future spouse — a rom-com-worthy love story with slightly more anatomy flashcards.
When I’m not working in an endocrinology clinic and teaching as a professor, I’m lifting heavy things, doing yoga flows, and foraging for wild plants. Food is my love language, and I will absolutely judge a city by its restaurants.
I speak five languages, love messy reality TV, and believe healthcare should be radically inclusive, deeply personal, and never boring. Endocrine Uncovered is my space to break it all down — hormones, bodies, identity, and the science that ties it all together.
