Navigating Toxic Work Environments

This episode is a follow-up to episode number three which was titled Faith At Work. This episode is a continuation of how I used faith by practicing putting into place scripture verses that helped me navigate working in a toxic work environment. In this episode we discuss the impact that working in and navigating a toxic work environment has on our mental health and physical health. In this episode I will give some insight on how applying scripture to my daily life helped me go through and get through working in a toxic work environment.
