Hello ModernJeepers welcome to Episode 212 of The ModernJeeper Show… Kinda...
Really this is a ModernJeeper Replay Episode... while the team is in Moab for Easter Jeep Safari, we wanted to share with you one of our personal favorite Episodes... Episode 13, our sit-down interview with Moab's (and Every Jeeper's) Grandpa Danny Grimes.
Originally recorded at the 2019 Easter Jeep Safari, Grandpa shares with us why he moved to Moab and how much it has changed over the years, how the famous and free Grandpa’s Garage was started, Grandpa’s rules of civility, favorite trails, favorite Jeeps, why they call the trails out here Slickrock, how not to be stupid on the trails, and why there is a pair of burned men’s underwear on the wall of the Garage.
And we even get a pop-in visit from one of our great friends and ModernJeeper partners.
Of course we have another great Tech Tip of the week directly from Grandpa’s experience with the thousands who have come through his bay doors… the number one failure of most off-roaders.
BTW, this episode was recorded before we started doing video, so while you can listen to it at YouTube.com/modernjeeper, the video is just a few cool pics of Grandpa's Garage for context.
As always, we are incredibly grateful for this episode to our supporters and friends including Warn Winches, Raceline Wheels, Bestop, Baja Designs, Milestar Tires, Rugged Radios, Adventure Rack Systems and, of course, Metalcloak.
And friends, if you like this episode, we would be so grateful if you subscribed to the pod, told your friends about it and gave us a nice review on Spotify or Apple Podcast.
Now, sit back, relax with a cold one, and enjoy Episode 212 of The ModernJeeper Show.
