Hello, my radiant hearts and welcome back to Living the Levity Way with our energy magic Serious, where ancient wisdom meets modern science and where we translate the language of your body. Today we are diving into the most magnetic, sparkling and emotionally vibrant of all the five elements. The fire element, whom of the heart, and small intestine meridians your inner son. Your emotional warmth and your power to connect, but be wear too much fire and you burn out too little and you dim your inner light. The secret lies in the balance. A steady flame, not a wildfire. In Chinese medicine, fire is the energy of the summer, warm, light, laughter, and expansion. It's the season when everything is alive and open, just like your heart when you are living in joy. The heart is the emperor, the ruler of all emotions, deceit of consciousness. It governs your spirit, clarity and the ability to connect deeply with others. The small intestine is the loyal minister of sorting. It is helping to separate what nourish your soul from what must be released emotionally and physically. Together well deformed the energy of discernment, connection, and joy. When fire is balanced, you are loving, expressive. You are open-hearted and you are alive. But when your fire is unbalanced, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, restless, or emotionally exhausted. It is like your inner flame is either flickering too low or burning the house down. Let's decode the fire element through the lens of modern biology because yes, your heart does radiate energy. Fact number one about the heart's electromagnetic field. The HeartMath Institute found that your heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the human body, 66, 0, 60 times stronger than the brain's electrical field and measurable several feeds away. So when you feel love, gratitude, or compassion. Your heart emits a coherent rhythmic frequency that synchronizes with others nearby. So yes, you are good wipes. You overheat, cortisol, adrenalin, dopamine, they go wild means translates to insomnia, anxiety, palpitations, and I can shut my brain off all these moments as your body's SOS signals. It's like the fire is too high. Fact number five, emotional warmth and oxytocin. Yeah, hugging, laughter and love increase oxytocin. It's the bonding hormone that literally calms to heart, ever felt sad and got a hug. So yes, compassion and physical touch. A biochemical acupuncture points. So when fire burns too bright or to dim the body and mind, they send clear smoke signals. When your fire is excessive, you feel like anxiety, racing thoughts, restlessness, insomnia, or waking up between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM that's the hard time. Breathe slowly or walk in nature. Balance stimulation with stillness and. Cool foods and hydration. Enjoy cooling foods like cucumbers or watermelon, mint and greens, and hydrate. Giggle with your inner child and practice heart coherence. Breathe slowly by focusing on gratitude. Inhale. Love and exhale. The stress, your electromagnetic field shifts instantly. Don't believe it. Try it and protect your flame. Hey, boundaries aren't selfish. They are energetic sunscreen, so yes. Mm-hmm. The fire element is your spark of life. It fuels your joy, your connection, your laughter, your love. But when your fire rages out of control or burns too low, your light dims and life loses. It warms. Your task is not to put out the fire. But to tend it to protect your joy like a sacred flame, what it is. And when you laugh, love, and dress in equal measure, oh well, you are embodied a perfect fire element. It's radiant, alive, and deeply human, as the ancient TAs said. When the heart is at peace, the whole body is at ease.
