Lessons from writing a Short
In this episode, I want to share my journey of writing a short film titled "This Is Crazy," produced by Thando Dlamini. The story is about a 34 year old woman, Esona, whose pursuit of a new perfect life with the love of her life is abruptly stopped, when she is compelled to return home for traditional dowry negotiations. Upon her return, she discovers her estranged mother living in solitude, struggling with the burdens of Alzheimer's disease.
