TailorSun Tales: Sparkborn Stories from the Tuned Place
Fiction can be fun. Sometimes, it can be transformational.
Welcome to TailorSun Tales — a mythic audio series crafted for those who still carry the spark.
Each episode explores the living legacy of Gualah — a land lost to fear, but remembered in blood. Through ancestral sound design, sacred storytelling, and original music, we follow the Sparkborn — modern-day descendants of the Twelve Great Families, each keeper of a Song of Understanding that can heal, shield, mend, or evolve our world.
These stories blend speculative fiction, spiritual awakening, and cultural roots into tales you can feel.
🔥 Some episodes reflect the past.
🌍 Some ignite the present.
🚪 All open doors to something more.
🎧 Perfect for listeners who love: audio drama, magical realism, cultural sci-fi, spiritual fantasy, or just really good storytelling.
✨ New episodes every other week.
The fire remembers.
And so must we.

Hey, what's up, people? Welcome to Taylorson Tales, Tales from the Woven Flame. And just to let you guys know, I'm writing the story episode by episode. I have a good idea of what direction I want this story to go. I'm trying to ramp up this community because I think it would be cool to get you guys' input along the way. But prior to that, I wanna make sure I put out some tent poles, you know, the left and right limits of the story, because I know a story can really, really get out of hand if there's too many chefs in the kitchen, so to speak. So once again, welcome. to the tailors and tales podcast uh the current book we're weaving right now is tales from the woven flame yeah so i just want to share stories with you guys and hopefully you know entertain you and maybe encourage you to do the same if you have a story you want to tell it's a podcast baby and uh yeah so thank you for your support this is episode five i believe the reluctant thread keeper and uh yeah let's get into the story peace before the flood before the forgetting there were songs that shaped the world now They're waking up. Through you. This is Taliesin Tales. The fire remembers. Let's begin. Episode 5. The Reluctant Threat Keeper. House of Balance. Song of Harmonizing. Some of us aren't chosen. We just heard the call first. Scene 1. Collapse at the battery. Rio walks along the seawall after a fight. With who? Doesn't matter now. The storm overhead argues louder than anyone else. He doesn't fall because he's weak. He falls because he's carrying everyone else's rhythm but his own. Then, a hum inside his chest. One note, then two. Then three. Not a melody. A meter. It wasn't peace. It was pattern. And the beat was mine. Scene two. The beads return warm. His auntie's old beads always tucked under his shirt. Heat against his skin. Not burning. Warming. A pulse steadies. A breath aligns. The world doesn't get easier. It just gets clearer. Rio doesn't rise in triumph. He doesn't rise at all. He just lets the rhythm hold him. He hums. Low. Steady. Unpretty. But it balances the noise within. That's the song. That's the return. Rio returns to work at the Gullah Theater. He doesn't fix the feedback loop. He steps into it and lets it pulse. The crowd doesn't notice, but the land does. A glyph grows faint on the light board. The old harmonizing thread is awake again. You don't have to be ready. You just have to return. The thread remembers and so must we. When was the last time you felt out of step with your life? And what rhythm tried to bring you back? The spark doesn't shout, it hums. So if you feel it stirring, follow. Let the rhythm lead and the tale will meet you. Peace.
