Credentials don't give you permission to speak up for what you want; you do. I have two master's degrees from top universities PLUS I'm a published author and speaker who's been on stages from Hong Kong to New Zealand—none of those degrees or fancy credentials did the talking for me on any stage, panel or pitch. I had to dig up that confidence and speak up for my excellence.
