She is also the founder of Cloversy, a women-led executive virtual assistant agency that supports entrepreneurs with strategic business operations, and Her Write to Rise, a nonprofit that mentors and empowers the next generation of young women through storytelling, leadership, and education.
After overcoming significant personal challenges early in life, Mel has built a career centered on creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and encouraged to own their experiences without minimizing them. Her work is rooted in the belief that every story has the power to create connection, open doors, and leave a lasting legacy.
