🔥Beyond Skin Color: Ep. 11 - The Fire of Liberty Show
Meet Yadusha Jones, a Nevada native, mom of four, businesswoman, and Chapter Chair for Moms for Liberty in Clark County. With a heart full of retro vibes and old-school grit, Yadusha shares her journey from growing up in poverty as the ninth of thirteen siblings to becoming the first girl in her family to graduate high school and the only one to earn a college degree.
Yadusha shares what it was like coming out as a Black conservative in Las Vegas, how she and her husband faced backlash after putting Trump stickers on their cars, and why stepping into political activism was a calling rooted in faith, family, and love for her community.
We talk about the pushback she’s faced, from media distortion to school board hostility and how prayer and her family keep her grounded in the storm. Yadusha reminds us that Moms for Liberty isn’t about hate, it’s about fighting for transparency, accountability, and the right of parents to have a voice in their children’s education.
If you’ve ever felt unheard or unsure of how to make a difference, this episode will leave you inspired. As Yadusha says: You don’t need a title to be powerful. Just show up. Your voice matters.
