Karen Frost is more than a leader; she’s a force of strength, resilience, and unwavering commitment to service. A third-generation law enforcement officer with 29 years at LAPD, Karen has dedicated her life to protecting and uplifting her community. But her service didn’t stop when she took off the badge.
As the leader of her Moms for Liberty chapter in Los Angeles County, a region spanning 4,751 square miles, 88 cities, and 80 public school districts, Karen brings the same courage and conviction to advocating for families and students. She is also a mentor to young women, modeling integrity, grit, and heart in everything she does.
Karen’s personal story is just as powerful as her professional one. She adopted a daughter early in life, is raising a special needs son, and is now watching her own son follow in her footsteps into law enforcement. Through every challenge she never stopped serving, never stopped showing up, and never stopped believing in the power of community.
Karen shares candid stories from all corners of her life: advocating fiercely for her special needs child, building bridges across diverse communities, and leading with such positivity and transparency that even critics struggle to dismiss the impact of her chapter’s work.
This is a conversation about legacy, leadership, motherhood, and what it truly means to serve. Karen Frost doesn’t just talk about community she builds it, protects it, and inspires others to do the same.
