In this Easter message titled “It’s Comeback Season,” we look at the resurrection story in Matthew 28 and what it reveals about the nature of Jesus and the hope available to every believer.
Scripture often describes Jesus as both the Lamb and the Lion. As the Lamb, He entered into human suffering, weakness, and sacrifice so that He could fully identify with our pain. But through the resurrection, the Lion was revealed—the victorious King who defeated death and secured eternal victory.
This message encourages anyone who feels like life has counted them out. The resurrection reminds us that what looks like the end may actually be the beginning of something greater.
Through Jesus, weakness can become strength, defeat can become victory, and broken stories can become powerful comebacks.
