This week, we're diving into the neurospicy side of parenting — raising our wonderfully unique 6 year old. (and, let’s be honest, navigating our own brains too). From ADHD meltdowns to autism assessments, sleepless nights to moments of pure joy and confusion! We’re talking about what "normal" looks like for us… and why that word barely means anything anymore.… and yes, maybe one of us is also a little neurospicy too.
Expect laughs, tangents, a few “should we say this?” moments, and a whole lot of real talk. Whether you’re parenting neurodivergent kids or just feel like you might be the neurospicy one in the relationship, you’re in good company here.
