Episode 5: I Still Like You (Most Days) - Surviving Marriage with Kids
This week, we’re chatting about marriage, the post-kids version. Where romance now looks a lot like collapsing on the sofa, sharing a box of chocolates, and trying not to fall asleep mid-conversation.
We’re talking about keeping the spark alive (sort of), saying a firm no to any more babies, and how making love these days is less “spontaneous passion” and more “quick, before someone wakes up.”
There’s some honest chat, a few laughs, and plenty of very relatable moments, including why standing near the dishwasher does not count as helping, and how the only thing getting regular action in our house is the washing.
It’s marriage, but with extra Calpol, less sleep, and just enough flirting to keep things ticking along.
