How did we actually get to episode 10? That's what I'm asking myself. We made it. We are doing our last episode for season one, episode 10. We are focusing today on past lives again. Please go back and listen to episode eight and episode nine, because we have been focusing on past lives. This is a series which I think you're going to get a lot out of, and specifically today, what are we talking about? We are talking about life between lives. We're gonna talk about shared experiences when people do group past life regressions, and also healing. So this is going to be a topic you're definitely gonna wanna save and come back to and share with friends. I am going to announce my co-host Lorenda Carr, medium. Friend, I miss your face. I'm so glad I get to see it. Too bad everybody else can't, but here we are. But they can hear my luxurious voice in the meantime. Hello, Carey. Your silky smooth voice, Lorenda. That's right. That's right. Or annoying, who knows? But that's not for me to know. It's just for everybody else to figure out. All right. So yes, I'm very, um, much looking forward to finishing up this series with part three in past lives, 'cause y'all know this is, this is my gig. I love doing the past life and the theta regression, all the multidimensionals, and all of the things. So, I'm looking forward to really shedding a little bit more light and answering some questions. You've got a long list of amazing stories and contributions which you're gonna be sharing with us today, in part. More to come still. We have to save some for season two. That's right. But this'll be really good, and we're looking forward to it. Michelle Oyler, I just love you. How are you? I am doing really well. Love you right back. Um, I find myself continuing to think about these two episodes we've already done on past lives, and I have more questions. I just keep getting more questions about this. I'm looking forward to, um, learning from the two of you today, uh, with all of your experience. Yeah, so and like you said, if anyone's listening today and they haven't heard the first two episodes, please go back and listen to those. There's some really good stuff here. So yeah. We've been diving deep, haven't we? Yes. We really have. And I feel like we've come forward... You know, Michelle has asked a lot of really great questions, because while Carey and I are practitioners doing this, Michelle i- is in a whole different realm of her spiritual journey and how she works. So it has been really great having Michelle ask all these amazing questions. I'm glad you feel that way, because I have more. I love it. I have more questions. Michelle, you're gonna get your turn too, because in season two, the topics are endless. And so we've got- Yeah so much we're gonna be picking your brain. Michelle, I know you came up, speaking of questions, with some really good questions and observations and things that we wanted to begin talking about for this particular episode, and I'm gonna turn it over to you now to be able to start off this conversation. Take it from here, Michelle. All right. Thank you. Okay. So as we've been discussing past lives and past life regression, there are two books that keep coming to mind that align with, uh, the conversations we're having, and those two books are, These are older books. They've been around a long time, so many of the people listening probably all have read them. But one is Journey of Souls by Dr. Michael Newton, and the other one is, uh, Many Lives, Many Masters by Dr. Brian Weiss, I believe is how you pronounce his last name. But both of these authors, they were trained psychiatrists, and they would use hypnosis to regress patients to their formative years, right? So to their childhood, formative years, trying to determine what are the issues that they now are facing in adulthood. But what's interesting is that while using the hypnosis with their clients, both doctors began encountering reports that seemed to go far beyond childhood memories. Like, their clients started describing, um, experiences from other lifetimes, which of course, you know, past lives. But also, more intriguingly, I think, is they started describing, experiences between lifetimes. So what I find, especially interesting, for example, in, Journey of Souls, Newton explains that many of his clients who had no connection to one another reported remarkably similar themes and stories. So they're all basically saying the same things- And while they were in these hypnotic states, his clients described what he called, the soul world or the spirit realm, right? So, according to these accounts, people would recall not only these past lives, but what happened to them right after death, or they would describe what that transition that we call death, what that transition was like. And they would talk about, reconnecting with, loved ones in the spirit realm or familiar souls. They would talk about, like countless reports of the same things, talking about, meeting their guides or meeting these, these teachers, these spirit teachers, and learning from them., Many of them would talk about, reviewing their life, like having a life review. And then, we talked about some of this in a, a past episode on past lives, but preparing for, a future incarnation, right? So basically, deciding, I guess, what life experiences they want to have when they do reincarnate. And so when I consider these books It raises some questions, and these are the questions I have for you. Q- and this first question is, like, a two-parter, and then I'll let you have some time to, like, uh, unpack it, and then I have some more. But here's the first question: Do your clients ever report experiences of their life between lives, like what I've described in these books? And if so, what do they encounter, and what do they experience? Like, what do they see when they're in the spirit realm? That's part one. And if, if they're describing this, what are the things you've noticed that they have in common? What are the themes, if you will, that show up repeatedly across your different clients and their stories? Does that make sense? Okay. And how about, how about we start, with Lorenda? Lorenda, what do you know? What can you share? Okay. So I do love this question because the consistency is astounding. And I can speak from my own experience, having been in regression and done past lives, as well as some of my clients. And then, of course, studying Dolores Cannon and her technique and listening to a lot of her clients' experiences really made a lot of difference, too, in what I feel my understanding of everything is. Which, again, in the end, I can think I know things, but really I know nothing. So in my experience being in regression, I physically felt, I physically experienced my soul leaving the body. It was as simple as an exhale And there was no fear. There was really no emotion attached to it from what I remember. I just remember it being easy. Now, keeping in mind it was not a tragic death. I'd lived a very long life. I was surrounded by loved ones. I simply breathed out and my body left, but I felt, and to this day sitting here right now recalling it, I can recall that feeling. It put me at such peace in knowing what happens, because up until that point, I feared death. I feared what it was like to actually die and to leave the body. And it was instant where I came out of the body. I just turned around, which is what I would tell other people to do, looked at myself like I was hovering over the situation. I could see the tops of the heads of the people that were around me. I knew who they were in that life to me, lifetime to me, as well as how they were related to me now. It all came together in that moment, and then I was able from that point, and this is part of when you do a QHHT or a past life regression and we go through this process. It's something we do ask or that, that we coach our clients through is every life has a lesson, every life has a purpose. What would you say you learned in this lifetime? And then it's just amazing to me how that knowledge just drops in. It's not a stream of consciousness. It just drops in and you know. And what was the purpose? What were you hoping to accomplish when you went in, in for that lifetime? You, again, you just know, and then we turn the client around and we say, "Now, now where... What next?" I always try to keep it very open-ended because I never wanna plant the idea, "Well, like, let's go to the other side," or, "What next would you like?" I, I have learned in that moment we say, "Okay, you can now, on the count of three, you can now go f- to another lifetime, another timeline, or-" Where we can go explore where you go next. From this moment, what's next? And a few of clients that I've had have said, "Let's go see where I go." I've had a variety of things happen. I've had some people pop into a room, and what I... Which is funny that we call this the liminal lounge because that's exactly what I call it, is a liminal space. They go into a room. They are met by their guides or a loved one that they miss, and then they will start realizing what that lifetime meant. But it was interesting because when I did, when I was in that lifetime myself and turned around and I could see, it's... I got it all at once. I got it all, it was like a download of all at once. There was no, "I'm gonna go watch a movie. Now, there are other people that have said when they go into that liminal space, they go that space in between, or when they go into a classroom, we've heard classroom as well, that their guides sit them down in a classroom-like setting. Or, some people actually will cross over, if they had a tragic life, will cross over and they'll kind of get their bearings straight and they'll go, "Wait, I'm in a, I'm in a, like, a hospital room, but it's spiritual." And then they'll have angels, they'll have healers that are there helping them to heal, and they're just as confused in that moment as, you know, 'cause that's not something that they had thought was even possible. So to me, their experience was very real. So they would get the healing, and then their guides would come in and say, "Let's talk about that. Let's talk about that lifetime," and then discuss where you go next. So I've had numerous, like, dif- different people experience different things., I know in one of my lifetimes I was knocked off a bridge and I drowned, and there was a tunnel under the water, and my ex-husband was there to greet me. Who knew that was a thing? But in that moment, I was like, "Oh, it makes sense that you're here. Good to see you," and I just swam to the light. So, I believe that we all have different experiences based on how we passed, and what we were supposed to learn. I've had people say that they're floating through space. I did have one client say, "I'm sitting at my tombstone." I'm like, "Oh." "Well, I'm watching my husband talk to me." And they said, "I'm just gonna wait because when he goes, it'll be soon. But Earth years, not soon, but for me, it won't take any time at all. I know that he's gonna be joining me here and we're gonna meet here." So whether that's a preconceived belief system or whether it's their true experience is not for me to judge. But so I've had a variety of after you die, what happens in that immediate- timeline. But at no point, I will say this as a m- knowing as a medium what we hear, the crazy things we hear, at no point have I ever encountered in the hundreds of the, of things that I've done, no one is stuck. Right. No one gets stuck anywhere, just to reaffirm. Right. Like, I just wanna keep hearing more, and a- as you, every time I get more information, then I have more questions. Okay. Which is so crazy. Um, yeah. Uh, so before we go on, though, I wanna ask Carey, what else can you add to that? Like, what have your clients shared with you about the in between, the liminal... Ooh, I like that, Lorenda. The liminal space. Yes. Now, I'm... This is... One thing is Lorenda and I have these different ways that we do our work, and a lot of my work, I don't do as much individual regression. So I do a lot of group regressions, things like that. Mm. And so I don't have as much of a history with taking people to those spaces. However, and it's funny that we're filming this today, I'm doing one this weekend. Oh. And what... And so what I've been focusing a lot on in my work has a lot to do with healing and the energetic template and what's going on in the current energy, and then we do a lot of healing work, both in the, in the, through the Akashic record and that template, but also with archangels and things of that nature. So the summary of, like, taking them from here to there, that's really Lorenda's specialty. Um, I would say nuance and thing to share is different when it comes to those dynamics of working within spaces, of liminal spaces with different clients, which is just f- absolutely phenomenal, but also, of course, connecting people specifically to their higher self and to, I would say, guides or loved ones, and what we can get out of being in the space of not being so f- attached to our physical reality in this lifetime. The absolute healing and transformation that we talk about, and this is the same thing, like, the consciousness of us and what that provides, say, for example, like in Lorenda, her, with her work with her clients, is just phenomenal the amount of healing and transformation and an indelible change of getting that perspective of not being so enmeshed in your issues of today, to be able to get the... And it's also not even just in your awareness. It's really changes your vibration and your energy field and your physical, mental, emotional So I have multiple stories about that specifically. Beautiful. Yeah. So what I, what I hear you saying is that the experience is healing, definitely, and it's healing mind, body, spirit, like the threefold self. It's not just one aspect, it's all of it. Yes. Which that's really, that's amazing. Yeah. Do you have w- have you, either one, specifically worked w- uh, since we're talking about healing, uh, worked with people who have, like, fears or phobias and they're able to release those through this work? Do, do either of you have any of those stories? Multiple stories, yeah. Lorenda and I both do. Just tremendous changes that people go through, and transformations and healing, and that's why we do this work, right? Yeah. It's so much more... Yeah, so we, we have wonderful, incredible experiences that are happened for our clients. I have one specifically I can share with you, and then I want to hear what Lorenda's contribution. I had a client come to me who was going to be going into surgery in this lifetime, and she had specific phobia fear about, and wanted to get to the origins of what it was, and she was terrified of going onto the operating table. Absolutely terrified. And she couldn't move it through with meditation, through traditional practices, through therapy, anything. Absolutely could not shake it. So we went and did a regression, and we went back specifically, which was, this is where a piece of that overlap of Between Lives happened, because she was hovering between her physical reality and then switching over to the spirit world. But we went back to a lifetime in the '20s where she had a horrible car accident and they hit a tree, and then had to be transported into the operating room, and specifically the doctor made an error, and it moved her into the spirit world, and she was caught there. And she had this sat with her in her auric field and in her physical body and her mental body, this trauma, and it was consequently related to physical things that she was actually going in for, for the surgery in this lifetime. Very intricately connected. Hmm. So we did healing work around that. We brought in, the energetic frequencies that we work with in this liminal space, and then she went into that surgery very successfully, and also felt such relief and almost joyful to be entering into that space with what- Right trusting doctors and, um, not fearing a passing on the operating table. That was, I would say, my most top of mind, incredible- Oh because we did also that s- that work where we went into the liminal space in between and worked with higher self then. To disconnect from that life and it being so implanted in her physical energetic body- Right to do the healing work around that, which was incredibly transformational. Yeah. That's so fascinating. How, how wonderful. It, you know, it kind of explains why we have phobias maybe, that, you know, they're so illogical. It, it's like why am I so afraid of spiders or whatever it is, you know? It's, it's like to the point of it's, this is, this isn't rational you know? But this ex- it explains so much, that we still carry with us all of the experiences. Our wholeness is always with us. Yeah, that's so fascinating. Lorinda, what stories do you have along these lines? So along with your typical I ha- you know, I have a fear of snakes, I have a fear of fire, I have a fear of, even, uh, food fixations. People who tend to overeat or tend to maybe even have eating disorders because they have a fear of these foods. A lot of times you can go back and track it to either pinpoint in the current lifetime, or typically you always wanna ask where's the root cause of this? And s- a lot of times it's not even... Yes, it might have happened something in this lifetime, but a lot of times the root cause is another lifetime that's spilled over into this. So we always ask, first of all, where is it caught? Mind, body, or spirit complex? Hmm. And that, by the way, that's not something that Dolores Cannon taught. That is something that spirit f- it fell out of my face one day. And so we were asking, mind, body, spirit complex, where is it stuck or where is it attached? Is it necessary in this lifetime anymore? So those basic fears, basic fixations, things like that, y- we can cover. What I really find the healing, though, comes in things like relationships. Hmm. Changing the perspective in relationships, because maybe you have a tumultuous relationship with your mom, and you, you feel guilty because you wanna continue helping your aging mother, but then you're still really angry because she's bitter and you just don't even wanna deal with it. So how do you, how do you look at the long term, going way back? Is this a karmic thing in this lifetime, or is it... And is it serving a purpose, or is this something that you're working out from lifetimes before? Was this a choice for you to come in and have this experience with your mom or with w- whoever, with your child? And, and is it n- is it something you chose, or is this something that derailed and you have to navigate f- let's find the root cause of it. How do you disconnect from that? Working through your higher self, we disconnect from that mind, body, and spirit if it's no longer necessary, and then asking the higher self to shed light and give perspective and be an active participant in the healing of- the person, of the client. So one, I'm gonna give a specific, a specific example. I had a client who, who has a v- again, going back to the mom. She has a very tumultuous relationship with her mom, but her mom's aging. She's now, like, she's our, you know, our age, and she's trying to navigate this. And when she, we went back to a lifetime where- She experienced some things with her mother, and then we crossed her over, and then she said, "Oh, wait, I'm..." It was one of the first times, the first experiences I ever had, um, because it was within my, my first, my first set of freebie, like, um, not internship, but my practicum, uh, clients, right? Going through my certification. Yeah. Where she just spontaneously crossed over and she's like, "I'm standing on... Oh, wait, no, I'm not standing. My, my mom... I'm being held. I'm being held by my mom, but it's not my mom. She's this, the spirit of my mom, and she's holding me close, and I'm being held as a baby because my mom in this lifetime couldn't do it." And there was something very healing and something transformative in that moment where that was the soul of her mother, and she was experiencing, "Oh, I have experienced this with my mom in other lifetimes, but for some reason, we chose it this way, this time, in this way." And now, while her mother is, again, aging and not in her right mind in, in real life here as this person My client's perspective completely changed of her mother. And while she gets frustrated with the mundane everything human days, she does not feel that deep-rooted mind, body, and spirit anger towards her mother anymore. Wow. She's able to care for and be present in this experience without experiencing all that anger because she was able to experience her mother actually loving her- Right in that liminal space,, in that hypnosis. So the healing can come from so many different directions and so many ways, and understanding what is the root cause of this. Why? Mm-hmm. Was this part of our purpose? Have we already learned this lesson? Do we need to keep doing this, or is this from someplace else? And releasing that, and that's when you see true transformative healing beyond even just your silly fears of spiders and fire, which are not silly. They are legitimate. Right. I, we- I've had clients who are so fearful of fire that it's debilitating, and they would have physical, visceral reaction if they saw a fire, and it made no sense. And it's because they perished in a fire in a past life and m- had multiple experiences. Releasing that, giving them that higher self, the higher self to be accountable and to come in and change their way of thinking or seeing things in perspective was transformative. Mm-hmm. So again, I'm full of lots of words today, but I'm so passionate about this because we can do so many amazing things in healing our soul and our journey, our mind, body, and spirit, and giving us perspective that we could never have had because we couldn't see the forest for the trees. Right. And when you're coming from the plane of the higher self, the higher dimensions- Mm-hmm you can unstick all these things which just route you in these really repetitive negative patterns continuously without any full insight access, and also literally the healing, the currents of energy from these different planes that come in to transform your life can transform it with the actual issue itself, possibly with a relationship, but also in every aspect and route of your life. So it's like a way of expanding consciousness and your proximity, which makes you closer to the higher vibrational self anyway. So it unplugs all those channels of energy, how you think, how you show up in your routines, how you move through your day. It just completely transforms. It's so massively impactful, and I think that's why there are so many healers awakening to these modalities on the planet right now. It's, like, popping up everywhere, which is extremely exciting, and much more accessible to people than it has ever been in the history of our planet, which is just extraordinary. Yeah, it's, it's very fascinating, which kind of brings me to this next question I have for you both. So, you know, we had mentioned, I think it was in the first episode we did on past lives, that it would be really fun, um, since Lorenda and I live fairly close to each other that I would go and she would regress me, and then I could come back and report on my experiences. Well, you know, I'm That I still would love to, and the more we talk about it, it's like, I really want to experience this. But we haven't had the chance to do that. Um, we did, however, get our, uh, snug, uh, visit that, that is, that has been scheduled. Priorities. Yeah, we had the priorities, right. So, um, but I would love to do that. For those of us here who are listening and, um, those of us who haven't had this experience, we've not gone through a regression, how, how could What would you, how would you describe the experience, and what would you suggest to someone like myself? Before we book a session, what are the things that we would want to do or think about or prepare ourselves before we even have the session? Does that make sense? Like, what are, what are we gonna experience, and what could we do to get ready for the experience? If you are going to do a full QHHT, which is what you and I are... We're, we are getting this on our schedule- Yes after The Snug. Yes. While we're at The Snug, we'll get it on the schedule. Yes. How's that? And by the way, for those of you listening, The Snug is a cute little Irish pub in an artsy little part of Indianapolis that we just absolutely love. Anyway. Yeah. Um, so we'll get that on the calendar. Perfect. What you can expect for a, with a QHHT, whether it's Q- we can also call it BQH, Beyond Quantum Healing. Those can be done virtually. QHHT has to be done in person. But when you're doing this as a full experience, I will literally tell people set five hours aside, five to s- six hours aside, because we're gonna spend the first couple of hours, if not longer, talking. We're, we, what you're going to do ahead of time is to write down all your curiosities, your, your questions, all the weird things, the, uh, the relationships in your life. You're gonna be really rethinking and, and evaluating what got you to this point What made you say, "That's it. I wanna past life regression"? Because the first thing I'm gonna say is, "Why? Why are you here? What made you actually make this appointment today? Was it a trigger poi- like, did something happen that made you go, 'That's it. I'm doing it finally,' or was it something that's been a slow burn, you've just been curious," right? So we're gonna spend a couple of hours talking, and, and I tell people, "There is no hurry. There... Let's take your time," because the more we talk, the more you're gonna go, "Oh my gosh, I totally forgot about this thing," and let's add this to the list. My job as the practitioner is to be your advocate. So the more information I have about you before you go into hypnosis, the more questions I can ask. Now, as a medium, I also use your guides and my guides. I bring in all of the dead people to help guide that as much as I can, um, in asking intuitive questions along the way. But then one... Then we will go, I will s- lay you out on the couch. I've got this amazing couch. I call it the cloud. Mm. Um, and put you into... Like, we just do, like, a guided, very interactive meditation. Most people that come out of this go, "I remember that whole thing." Fast-forward to where you don't later, but that's a whole other thing. I record it. We go through the guided meditation. We take you through three past lives. I, we give the option to cross over. We, while you're in that meditative state, while you're in that state, to be able to cross over, to find healing with loved ones, or whatever we wanna do. It, the, it, the, it is our playground. Wow. And it's my job to explore everything with you that you want to experience. Then we move your conscious mind out of the way. We let all that go. We bring your awareness back slightly and ask to speak to the higher self. At that point, I'll know if a person is connected to higher self because they will start talking in third person. Ooh. When I say things like- So why did you, and I'll ask permission. I'll say, "I always ask permission from the higher self. Do I have permission?" Absolutely. So why did Michelle choose that first lifetime? Why did you show her that first lifetime? What is significant about that in this lifetime now? What does she need to walk away with in getting that higher perspective? We do that with all the lifetimes, then we say, "Body scan. Is there something energetically within her mind, body, spirit complexes, org field, whatever, that is unnecessary addressing that? Disconnect and remove. What does she need to learn from that? You know, she has an issue with this fear of fire. Can we disconnect that so you can just show her in later whatever?" And then we also set the intention that you're not gonna be tired, that you're just gonna wake up and have a, like you'd had a wonderful nap. I record everything. Then we spend a good half an hour at least. Once you come out of that, we very carefully bring you up, very carefully so you're not exhausted. And then we decompress. I have you recall everything you possibly can remember in that moment, in that time, and get it on recording because I guarantee within a couple hours you're gonna start forgetting everything. So that is, in a nutshell, a full past life regression QHHT experience. I've had take, especially people who are mediums that want to meet their spirit guides or have conversations with them. I'm like, "Cool, let's, let's move you over after one of the lifetimes." I'll say, "Do you wanna move, on the count of three, do you want to move to another lifetime, or would you like to move to the spirit realm and have a conversation with X, Y, and Z?" And I leave it up to them where they go. There's no power of suggestion here, it's just I ask open-ended questions, "Where would you like to go next?" And we just experience it all together. Wow. That sounds like so much- I know, right? It just sounds like so much fun. It sounds so amazing. Um, before I, um, I'm, 'cause I wanna also wanna hear what, Carey has to say about this- Yeah too. Some things that are coming to mind, these are just observations as I hear you, you explaining so much of this. A lot of what's being described sounds like some of the recounting those who have had a near-death experience will say, too. Uh, it makes you wonder, are we just all going to the same dimension of awareness and consciousness? You know what I mean? Like- I do are we just tapping into that? And then the other thing that, um, that it reminds me of, is, you know, when we dream, which I think is, there's significance to that, too. We're visiting and going places there as well. That when we wake up from a dream, we need to write it down right away, because the longer the day progresses, we forget it. And this, what's so crazy is all of this is, like, connecting. Dream states, near-death experiences, the past life regression. It, it's amazing to me, like, I'm, I'm having these aha moments. I know, I'm sure this isn't new to either one of you, but it's amazing how all of that is so connected. Um, yeah. Well, and a good practitioner understands how to keep the client in that, it's theta-level state. And theta level can be described as where you are when you're not... You know, I'm gonna give you a good visual here. You know when you're kinda dozing off, and all of a sudden you imagine that you're stepping off a curb and your whole body jolts? Yeah. That. See? We all know. We all- Yes every single person listening to this says, "Yep, I remem- yeah, I've done that." Yeah. We jerk and wake up. That is the theta level state. A good practitioner keeps you in that state- Nice for about two hours. Wow. You feel like it's 20 minutes, but it's about a two-hour time span. I don't go, unless you're a trance medium, unless you have a lot of experience in those realms, I won't go over two hours typically. But- Wow but yes, it is. It's theta-level consciousness. All right, Carey, your turn. Yeah. Love this conversation. Loved all that explanation. Absolutely. So my experience is gonna be modified because I do more group past life regression, and also the, I do a type of energetic clearing, which is based in Akashic records, which we can do for another episode another time. Mm-hmm. That was what I was called to do. So you're gonna have a very different experience with doing a past life regression for a group. Obviously, you're modifying everything, and one of the benefits of the training I did with Myra from Soul Science Hypnosis is she does a lot of group past life regressions. So it's very different experience, much more modified. So And it's interesting that you're mentioning this just today because I'm about to send an email to all the participants in the in-person past life regression group regression I'm doing this Saturday. So really you are editing the expectations of the participants, and you are laying the foundation For coming in prepared with some of the very rudimentary things. So you wanna make sure they've had a good night's sleep, that they come, you know, hydrated and with a journal, right? That they come with a very open mind and a clear expectation. I think that, for me, is getting a group past life regression adjusted just because they're going to have seen a lot of clips and experiences. They've probably read a lot. And so what we're trying to do is shift them more into doing this as a group, and that they can really have an incredible experience based on that. You would be surprised about people coming in and not knowing all the information just to get them to be able to get into the theta level state for just that amount of time with a group, right? Mm-hmm. So I had a woman in person, 'cause she'll, she'll be attending the event, and she's like, "Well, what should I expect?" And she's read all of these books, right? She has watched QHHT. And I said, "Well, what we're gonna be doing is just shifting you into getting used to being able to open up your energy, getting to that theta level state, and then connecting." So I am really editing expectations at that point. So that's my main thing is going in... And I usually always tell them to come in with one intention, and that the intention should be based upon not s- a specific life they think they want to experience. That is big. I'm sure Lorenda's dealt with that many times. People come in and say, "I wanna do this specific life. I think it's happened to me before." Because the spirit wants to do what the spirit wants to do, and their healing in this moment may not be attached to that lifetime in Scotland at all. Mm. It could be completely different. So editing expectations, getting them prepared, the body prepared, the mind prepared, and then just having them bring some, you know, something to cover their eyes, it sounds very rudimentary, but it's important, and comfortable clothing. And then when we're going in, we talk very briefly first. Not too much. We don't spend a lot of time in that cerebral cortex in this case because I'm working with a group, um, and because it would put them off center and get them more into the mind if we spend a lot of time lingering there. So I take it almost more like I'm doing a group meditation. However, through my focus and what I have, and I, I do use more of a script that I use because it keeps me really anchored and then has me watching everybody at the same time. And it helps tremendously. And then we really target them, exactly what Lorenda has said, is what do they need to know right now? And then moving through the experience. And we've had some tremendous revelations. I think it's wonderful also in group settings can be great because, and everyone can validate their experience, and sometimes people have a shared experience, which I know we talked about- Mm-hmm which I think is also a whole nother topic of study, and how they might even have, not from the same lifetime, but experiences that might have overlapping. Like, there could be a theme all of a sudden that arises. Like, they're all dealing with something with their issue with their father or something about not feeling empowered or something. I just find collective work is so fascinating. Yeah. So that's the way I take them through. In this very it's a much more of an edited way, um, but it's still highly transformational for them. And then we work on aftercare and integration and bringing everything through. So I usually walk them away with, like, tips. They get a workbook from me to, like, how do you follow up from here? So I knew initially that when I trained for this, this is how I would be doing it, would be group work. Um, and then, which I'm very excited about, you know, that I, I still feel like it's such a great point 'cause it ties into the rest of the work I do, and I love watching the shared observations, which is just transformational. For people to be able to say, "Oh my God, I did have a past life," or, "Oh my God, I did see my guide," it's just foundationally amazing. Yeah. That's been most of my experience. Amazing. I love these stories. Um, and I love the healing aspects of all of this too. Uh, I... Uh, yeah, it's making me want to experience it. I, you know, uh... So for sure. Well, I feel like, I think we're at the end of our first season. How did that happen? Isn't that crazy? It is. How did it happen, you guys? I don't know. I still can't believe it. We, we, we got in the cockpit. We turned on the engine. We flew the plane even when it was foggy, and we're landing this plane. We are. Nice analogy. You- I can't imagine two people I'd rather be doing this more than the two of you. And- Same I've learned so much- from being with both of you, and- Same I just can't wait to see what we end up doing into season two, which we're already planning season two. We are. Mm-hmm. We are. Lorenda, what's... Tell us about your reflections on the season and what you're looking forward to and anything else you would like to share with our loyal listeners. I am- What I've learned is that I have a lot of things to say, and I didn't know I had so many things to say. And then my spirit guides also have a lot of things to say, and I have found that the more I allow that, the more information comes through, and I just hope that people are learning. And, and also, I'm learning to listen to myself And yeah, I know we joke about this, but really paying attention by taking away our video and having to listen to ourselves- Yeah I've learned a lot. And, um, and I feel like I know the three of us have talked about how much we've grown, um, from just talking to each other, and I love that we're just bringing three very different perspectives. Even though we're b- all three mediums, we're bringing three different perspectives on these amazing topics that most people, actually, they're not so far out there. They're not... They're accessible topics. And I'm just very thankful to have the two of you to share that space with, and to bounce off the ideas, and offer the different perspectives. So I'm looking forward to our next season and bringing more guests in as well. Mm-hmm. We have so many exciting topics we're gonna be covering and guests to talk to and get their wisdom. Michelle, what would be your lessons that you've learned? What did you enjoy and what are you looking forward to? Well, I, I always love g- um, following Lorenda because she always says it all so beautifully, and then I can just say, "Yeah, l- like what she just said." Uh, you know? I, I think what I've learned is that w- we have created this space that's so safe to explore these topics, and we can each have our own experiences, and that's okay, and our own ideas, and it's, it's all safe because, um, we... I feel like,, in the Liminal Lounge, everyone's just... Uh, y- we're enabled to just explore in our own way, if that makes sense. Like, there, there's no right or wrong, and I love that. No one's trying to say it has to be this way. These are just things to consider. I've, learned that there's a lot I don't know and want to know. There are so many questions that I want to explore. Um, it's definitely piqued my curiosity about so many things. I agree, I can't imagine not having the two of you as my friends. This has been so beautiful. I feel like the very first time the three of us came together in Chesterfield, Indiana, you know, that, that it was like, kinda like a past life thing where I just felt like we know each other. We've always known each other, and why are we this many years old in this lifetime and just coming together, you know? Um, yeah. I guess those are my final thoughts, and I am already excited about the next season already. So, and this one's just ending, so yeah. Um- And how about you, Carey? What, what are your thoughts? My reflections as we're closing out season one together is that I am so grateful again that I'm doing it with both of you, and I think this really goes to show often when we do spiritual work in this way, especially with the age of doing things online, we can very much be in our own little cocoon- Mm-hmm and not be connecting with other creators or other people that are doing the work. And so for me, the whole is so much greater than the sum of one single part. So I really am feeling into that with both of you, and so thankful to Spirit for bringing us together in such a beautiful way and so meaningful. And so I'm first of all very much grateful for that experience. And so I hope this also encourages all of you who are budding mediums or interested in the work you do that is don't isolate yourself. Connect with community. Find community. If you can't where you live, find them online. We have our communities. We would love to connect with you. That would be amazing. And then I also learned a lot about- Things that have to do with topics, 'cause all of us have big energy with our ideas, and th- I, I know we could think of thousands of topics to wanting to cram it into one episode. Like, that's how I, yeah, I, you know, my energy goes like that. I know, I know Lorenda, both you guys have all fire in your astrology charts. I have a Sagittarius moon. I'm like, "Let's give them the fire hose." And then I feel like Spirit's like, "You can edit that down to, like, a 16th of what this is and still talk for years to come." So I'm learning on things on the back end about giving people information. And then finally, I would say I'm so happy that all of you who have given us feedback are finding these episodes enjoyable. You are the reason we're doing this podcast, and we are here to serve you. And then going forward into season two, I'm looking forward to connecting more with listeners and hearing their comments and maybe suggestions for episodes, and there's just so much to explore. It's just the beginning. I love you both. Love you too. Love you. Yeah. Okay, everybody. That's a wrap on- Woo-hoo season one. Yay.
