Jän Simon
Jän Simon is the Owner of Foundation Insurance Services, a Robertson Ryan & Associates agency. With nearly three decades in the insurance industry, Jän is known for his honesty, integrity, and commitment to doing what’s right—values that guide both his work and life.
Jän has been deeply engaged in his community through the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, where he’s held numerous leadership roles, including Past Chair of both the Chamber Board and Gilbert Leadership Board. He has also served on multiple civic and business boards and is now in his second term on the Town of Gilbert’s Planning and Zoning Commission.
In 2025, Jän launched Above & Beyond: Where Excellence Meets Elevation, a podcast spotlighting the stories, values, and motivations of business owners and entrepreneurs. Through his work, Jän’s mission remains clear—uplift others, strengthen businesses, and build meaningful connections that elevate the community.
