Jacob Simon is the editor for the Above and Beyond Podcast. Originally pursuing a path in aviation, he brings that same level of focus and attention to detail into his work today. Outside of editing, he works as a kitchen manager at Vero Chicago Pizza, where he’s used to fast-paced environments and keeping things running smoothly. That mindset carries into his editing style - keeping each episode clean, easy to follow, and natural from start to finish.
