Unfiltered & Unapologetic with Caitlin
Unfiltered & Unapologetic blends money, nervous system regulation, faith, and cultural healing — especially for first-gen and children of immigrants who learned survival before stability.
Hosted by Caitlin Gil-Soto (MSF candidate), this is where we rewrite narratives around money, rest, boundaries, relationships, and self-worth with emotional depth, cultural context, and practical tools.
You’ll hear conversations on:
• Faith and identity
• Nervous system patterns and emotional trauma
• Money guilt, abundance, and financial healing
• Boundaries without fear
• Rest and softness as generational repair
• What it means to break cycles with compassion, not aggression
If you’re healing yourself while honoring where you come from — this podcast was made for you.

42. The Version of You Who Already Has It—You Just Aren't Aligned Yet
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
There’s a version of you…that already has what you’ve been asking for. This episode is a reminder that you’re not waiting for your life to change—you’re aligning with that version.
🌊 SEGMENT 1: That Version of You Already Exists
You’re not becoming someone new… you’re shifting into a version of you that already exists. The difference isn’t just what they have—it’s how it feels to be them every day.
💭 Journal Prompt: What would feel different in my daily life if I already had what I want?
✨ Affirmation: I align with the version of me who already holds what I desire.
🧠 SEGMENT 2: Why You Don’t Have It Yet
You can know what you want and still feel the same. Your life reflects what feels normal—not what you say you want.
💭 Journal Prompt: What emotional state am I living in that doesn’t match what I say I want?
✨ Affirmation: I release the emotional patterns that no longer match my future.
🔍 SEGMENT 3: How You Know You’re Still Operating From Your Old Self
It shows up in small ways—overthinking, anxiety in calm moments, not trusting when things are going well. That’s not failure—it’s your old baseline.
💭 Journal Prompt: Where in my life am I reacting from my old version instead of my aligned one?
✨ Affirmation: I become aware of when I return to old patterns—and I choose differently.
🔁 SEGMENT 4: Start Becoming Them Now
This isn’t about forcing or pretending—it’s about practicing. In how you respond, think, and move through everyday moments.
💭 Journal Prompt: How would I show up today if I was already that version of me?
✨ Affirmation: I practice becoming that version of myself in the small moments.
🌿 SEGMENT 5: Why It Feels Uncomfortable
Peace can feel unfamiliar when your body is used to stress. Discomfort doesn’t always mean something is wrong—it can mean you’re expanding.
💭 Journal Prompt: Where in my life does something good feel unfamiliar right now?
✨ Affirmation: I allow myself to stay in what feels new.
🔊 SEGMENT 6: You Don’t Need More Time—You Need a New Baseline
Your life changes when how it feels to be you changes. It’s not about time—it’s about your internal state.
💭 Journal Prompt: What would it feel like to live from calm, trust, or abundance daily?
✨ Affirmation: I am allowed to feel different before my life looks different.
🌙 SEGMENT 7: This Is Where Most People Go Back
The in-between—where you’re no longer your old self, but your new self doesn’t feel natural yet. This is where you choose: go back… or stay.
💭 Journal Prompt: Where in my life do I feel in-between—and feel tempted to go back?
✨ Affirmation: I trust myself to stay in what feels new, even when it’s unfamiliar.
You’re not becoming someone new… you’re aligning with who you already are.
