Welcome, coaches, to the Coaching Magic Podcast, where we reveal, discover, and create insight, cool, awesome moments that make your coaching scene, well, magical. I'm your host, Jill Young, and I invite you to listen up, giddy up, and buckle up as we play with this creative profession of coaching that helps humans become their best. Hey coaches, today is a really special episode with Trisha Drake. Trisha and I met when she was a baby coach. I was actually her trainer during boot camp. You'll hear us, you'll hear us riff a little bit on that. And we are able to explore the ways that Trisha has shifted over the last two years. So if you're a baby coach or if you remember being a baby coach, this might give you some insights as to maybe what your life will look like over the next two years. We unpack the distinction of normal versus natural, and we just keep coming back to it and back to it. So we unpack it in several ways. I hope you enjoy that. We also are riffing on an element of coaching magic that Trisha shares with us is a struggle for her. And then once she knew it was a struggle for her, she had a really profound experience with it. So um keyword octopus to be listening for that. And we also really play with how Trisha has learned to dance, one of our 11 elements of coaching magic, with her clients and her husband. So listen in, buckle up as always, and enjoy this conversation with Trisha Drake. Trisha, we're wearing the same thing today. We've got our V-necks on. Dark colors. Let me see your necklace. What do you have on?

SPEAKER_00

Mine is uh this.

SPEAKER_01

Ooh. Some you know, some tassels, like rope's and some tassels. Mine's a mine's a copper circle with a with a probably a pewter square inside and it. It it doubles as a fidget toy. As a fidget toy. Twirly twirly. Listen, this is what sometimes coaches need a way to get that out that nervous energy. We we believe in fidget toys. Yes. Well, 100%. Yes, for sure. I'm excited you're here on the podcast today. And as I was thinking and feeling into this and just really getting curious about Trisha and also wanting to share messages and insights and um valuable little tidbits with the other coaches. What's really unique about you and I is I was in your boot camp. So I got to witness everybody, I got to witness Trisha as what I call a baby coach.

SPEAKER_02

I love it.

SPEAKER_01

And I remember my time as a baby coach. In fact, there's many, many days where I wake up and remind myself, I I am beginning today. This is my this is my first day. This is I'm beginning again. So I was hoping we could riff on just maybe some insights. Cause you've you've been at this this coach thing almost two years. Is that right? Yep. Right. And I was wondering if you'd be willing to play a game and riff on like where what has shifted for you? Where were you then? Where are you now? And then maybe just unpack, unfold those catalyst moments as to where you are, because I know that would have been very valuable for me to hear. And I kind of want to go down memory lane and even just, you know, just today. I'm a baby coach, aren't we? All yes. Does that sound like fun to you?

SPEAKER_00

It sounds like amazing amounts of fun. I'm I'm all in. Let's do it.

SPEAKER_01

Let's do it. Well, just just from that opening curiosity, if you will, what's what's going through your mind right now?

SPEAKER_00

Um, you know, when you mentioned boot camp, I I had like a like, oh, oh boot camp that's like a little like, oh no, where? Oh no. Um no, just really like all that excitement, I think leading up to that point and walking into something I had never done before with people I had never met. Um, and just now, you know, hindsight, I look back and these people that I met two years ago, just about two years ago, are some of the best people I know. I'm still in contact with most of them. We see each other at the EOS um events at our conferences. And um, I mean, just these people have been life-changing for me. Um, and all of the stuff that we've all gone through together and how we just, you know, we go, oh, Pesha, those people coming in right now, they don't know what they're in for. And it's look at us, you know. And then all of a sudden, the next day we're baby coaches one more time.

SPEAKER_01

And then we're all baby coaches again. It reminds me of this phrase. Um, for for those coaches listening, and you're thinking, what is this boot camp they're talking about? Trisha and I are both EOS implementers. And to be trained as an EOS implementer, you go through boot camp. And it's two uh kind of three, because that third day also counts, of just like holding your feet to the fire and a fire hose and all things fire and burning and uh cortisol inducing and all of those things. And when when human beings go through something like that together and then they bond, I've heard some people call it trauma bonding. I would go along with that. Yes, 100% bonding. Okay, that's one way, that's one way to bond. Yes. Good, yeah. Good thing most of us come out the other side and we're like, okay, we we get it a little bit. We we get it. So the relationships then it sounds like going in there and then who you are then, who you are now, the relationships are just really foundational to you. Um, could you let's unpack that just a little bit. Having a I'll say it this way, as as a coach, a lot of times we're solopreneurs, essentially. Um and we know about entrepreneurs for sure that when we get um when we get nervous, you know, off our path, triggered, uh, we tend to isolate. We tend to isolate. I think it might happen with lots of adults, but entrepreneurs for sure. And to have that group, what has that, um, how has that shown up in your coaching practice to have that supportive trauma bonded group?

SPEAKER_00

Yes, indeed we are trauma bonded. Um, you know, it's been amazing for me. It's, you know, I'm I'm married, I have an amazing spouse, but he doesn't know, you know, normally what I do on a daily basis, doesn't know what happens in my session room. All of those things are kind of a mystery to him. And it's nice to have a group of people where I can call and say, oh my gosh, this happened. What would you have done? Have you ever had that happen? And they're like, oh my gosh, yes, or hey, no, but you know, this other guy did that was in our boot camp, and they know what I'm going through because they're on the same exact journey, right? Um, and so that that alone has just been so helpful. I I tell people it's um so I have a son, uh, one son, and he played lacrosse. And I am so grateful for the time that I had with the other parents of the kids playing lacrosse, you know, because you talk about your kids and and I mean, no offense to my son. I love him, he's amazing, but I have never been the mom of a 14-year-old boy. And I was like, is he normal? Is this normal? And yes, we were all going through the same thing, and they're like, that's just a boy thing. Just it's totally fine. He'll grow out of it. It's good, whatever it was, right? And I kind of relate that sometimes to this to think these are my people. They know what I'm going through. We're all doing, it's all normal. Whatever it is that we're going through, it's all normal and we're all just in that cycle. So it's been, it's been fun. And these people in my in that were in my boot camp that are now what in what we call a T group, right? We meet every week or so and just go through our stuff and our lives and our clients and and we support each other. And it's uh, like I said, they've been life-changing for me.

SPEAKER_01

As you're sharing your story, I'm feeling what my own T group, uh my own small group that we support each other, you know, more on a daily or weekly basis outside of anything organized. And I go, um, I'm feeling into my own experiences with that and having just uh just before I was on this recording this podcast with you um on a Marco Polo group with a few of them. And and to hear you reflect on this principle of normalcy. There's there's so many times when we as entrepreneurs, as adults, as coaches, when we isolate, we don't have a a benchmark, something to bounce something off, or you described it with your son, like I just like is that normal for a 14-year-old boy? And somehow when we know, oh, that's normal. I mean, I just felt it in my body. We, uh, we can relax a little bit. And when the relax comes in, that's when the magic can occur. As long as we're this, like tight, white knuckle grip on that, there's very little creativity or listening or attunement or feeling that can come through. I'm I'm just wondering if it's part of adult evolution, adult development to to just have that a little bit, we gotta just benchmark ourselves. And it it happens with our clients too. How many times do your clients ask, like, oh my gosh, is this normal? Or we're really weird, we're really weird, we're special, this you've never seen this before. Right?

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yes, I've heard that quite a few times. And I I go along with it, like, oh well, yeah, geez. No, it's it's normal.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, it's normal. It's normal, it's normal. And I just feel I feel their energy go, okay. I it's normal, you're right where you're supposed to be. Okay, yes. Okay, it's it's really delightful. Well, what else? Let's see. So your your relationship with the the people you didn't even know, total strangers, and now really tight. Oh yeah. What else has shifted for you inside inside Trisha Drake? Maybe this was your way of thinking then, and this is your way of thinking now.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, no, that's that's a great question. Um, I think going into this, you know, being a baby coach, um, you know, all of my experiences and everything throughout my career coming to to to boot camp um and just being a little bit overwhelmed, um, being like, what, you know, what even is what am I doing, you know, with all of this. Um, I was just coming out of my cancer journey. Um, and at that point, and uh so my I mean my entire life had just been thrown up in upheaval and changed and and you know, I was telling people, I'm not thankful that I got cancer, of course, but I'm I'm grateful for the experiences that it led me to and what I learned during that time, you know, during that year of of treatment and since then just you know, dealing with the the side effects and all of the other things that comes with the a cancer journey. And um, it made me so much more grateful for what I had, um, looking forward to the future, the future that I that I had because I did survive. Um, I'm definitely one of the lucky ones and stuff. And so I think um that whole thing and all that turmoil and and kind of culminating at the end of the year going to boot camp and the people that I met um and just being being there, starting me on this amazing journey. And now looking back almost two years, I think I feel like I've changed so much. Um, maybe I think changed is the wrong word. I think I have um gone back to the Trisha that I used to be a long time ago, that uh was the the the go-getter, the risk taker, uh that type of a person. And I feel the journey that I've been on with EOS, with my clients, um Joe with you as a mentor and a coach, those things um have have helped me realize who I really am. So I'm not sure I've changed. I think I maybe just evolved um into a better version of myself.

SPEAKER_01

Oh there's so much to love about that. I'm just I'm I'm kidding with excitement. Is this word keeps dropping in of remembering? And it's uh I'm I'm seeing this as especially with that cancer journey and the the gratitude and your added your attitude of gratitude is um is palpable. I remember hearing your story for the first time and just just filling my heart with wow, um what a perspective, what a perspective you offered um with your energy for sure. And it's like you're remembering who you really are versus uh changing into something else that you never were, you're coming back to your wholeness. Yes. Oh uh you know, when we're talking about wholeness and coming back to who you are. It's very similar to normal, like coming back to here. I have this distinction and I want to hear like your thoughts on it. There's a distinction between normal and then natural. And I I feel like it's like you know, see if you like this or don't like this or expand it. Um natural is that that state of being, like you said, your true self, your whole self. Life takes us through things, and I know like coming back to it, remembering your natural self. Where normal is an average of everybody. So it's normal to have anxiety, it's normal to scream at your uh spouse, you know, when they've made you tacos for the third night in a row, and you're like, Yeah, uh, it's that's normal. But I don't know that it's natural. So do you what what comes up for you with those two words?

SPEAKER_00

Um, I yes, I love that distinction that you're making a hundred percent. Um, and I think probably uh yeah, I would believe going back to my natural self really and feeling really who I am, who I was meant to be. Um I was fortunately invited to be part of a group called Wise Women. And uh we were at a retreat a few weeks ago, and another US implementer, Rachel Downey, presented um something called the Fascination Advantage. And we all had to take the test and we did that, and at first I saw my results, and my first one is prestige. Now I don't really want to go into all about that, but I was as much as you want, as much as you want. Yeah, I was so surprised at that and and a little taken back, like what? You know, thinking of it in a negative connotation where I just want people to fawn over me and oh look, and that's not really what it was. And so I obviously did a lot of research. And going back to what you said, natural, I feel like for a long time I was suppressing my natural, um, trying to show up differently, where where I thought people might say, oh, you know, we we like Trisha or Trisha looks good that way or something, where my natural tendency is to be a little bit bigger, right? A little bit louder, a little bit, you know, show up type person. And um having done that, that fascination advantage um thing, it it kind of drove that home for me. Like, no, this is actually where I show up well, right? Where people will connect with me, where they um, you know, can see who I really am and understand that and kind of I guess connect on a on a deeper level than me just showing up on the surface or again trying to act as something that I'm really not. Um, I love to I love to tell people that, yeah, I'm a great listener, I'm a good listener, I'm a good observer. And then I'm like, I'm really actually not. That's something I really have to work on. Um, my husband is a therapist, he's a psychotherapist. He is the listener. Oh my goodness. Yeah, lucky you. Lucky me. Yeah, so he is the listener, he is the observer, and that's how he shows up really, really well. He listens to people and he, you know, then he expounds knowledge and all of the stuff and and helps them um with their struggles, whatever that might be. And um, and I that's not how I show up well. Um, but I think again, I feel that I I had been trying to do that, be someone that I'm not. And now I'm back to that natural self where I'm I'm actually comfortable. I'm comfortable in my own skin, I'm comfortable showing up. I'm you know, those types of things, I'm comfortable being in front of the room. I I love that and I'm in my element. And um, I feel like this journey, especially over the past couple of years, has really helped open my eyes and I see that. Um, and then especially, you know, the last few months just really, really showing up.

SPEAKER_01

So that's uh that's so insightful. And I I want to acknowledge you for you're not only saying the words right now, but you're showing up this way to, you know, come on a podcast and say, wait a minute, that word, you know, prestige was like, what? And to come on a podcast and say, I have I have been playing small, I have been this, and now here I am. Here I am, Trisha Drake, in in all of my glory and my bigness. You said you said I'm big. Um, it allows you to go deeper. Uh I would I would love to hear just your your initial thoughts, or maybe you've thought about this for a while. How is this this shift now to being this open, remembering who you are, going back to your natural state? How is this showing up for you as a coach? What's what's shifted? You may have done it this way before, and now you're doing it this way because you're embracing that natural state.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, um, great question. I I feel like especially showing up with my clients, it's me being um more present in the room and allowing my expertise to come through. Um, right. I normally with my clients, I'm not an expert in their industry. They are, right? But I know what I'm doing with the OS and the mastery and all of that while I when I show up in the session. And so I feel like with my clients, that's showing up better for them, um, pushing them a little bit harder, um, knowing that they are looking for answers, they are looking for my help. Um, and I can use that to really help guide them in the way where you know we agree that they should go, or an opportunity maybe that they didn't think of, or something like that, um, and show up for them instead of allowing them to take the reins, if that makes sense. Um, and so yeah, that's that's one thing that I found is has been, I think, eye-opening for me as well as them. Um, and seeing the difference in the session days, uh, when, you know, when they were, when I was a baby coach and they were my baby clients, and now we've grown together and um, you know, changing up the room a little bit and changing the way that I do things for them to show up better for them and really help help my clients, right? Also get to the next level, show up the way that they should be showing up, um, you know, and not muting themselves if they if that's the way they feel it should be or anything like that. So really hope helping them, maybe I guess go back to their roots. Find what's natural for them and explore it.

SPEAKER_01

Wow. Uh you just gave a beautiful description of what uh one of the elements of coaching magic is we dance. And oh, I love seeing and experiencing right here that because you um came back, you remembered your natural state. That's we say, I am magic. You remembered your magic. Then it just it, as you're describing it to me, it feels effortless, this dance. Uh, you said, you know, we rearranged the room a little bit. Um, you had an insight of um, this is what they want me to push them. I also heard you say, you know, I gotta maybe keep the reins at some point, but then also they're the expert in their business. So it just there was so much. If if we were listening to this, maybe with an untrained ear, it's possible someone's like, well, what well, it sounds like she's doing this and that, this and that. Yes, this and that. She's a leader and she's watching, she's taking the reins and she's being patient, she's pushing them and she's one being curious. It's a dance. And I just I can just feel, I can, I can feel, I can feel that dancing energy.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. Yes, I that is one of my favorite elements um because of that, right? Um, sometimes, so me and my husband really want to take dancing lessons. Oh fun. Um because I love to dance and he's like, I like it, but I don't really know what I'm doing. So right now, when we dance, I kind of lead and then he'll do something, and then I can let go of the control and let him lead me for a minute. And then he's always like, I don't know what I'm doing. And I'm like, don't care, it's fun. Let's, you know, keep on doing it. And we just kind of go back and forth, right? And he he lets me lead for a second, then I let him lead, and you know, and then we both enjoy what's going on, and uh doing doing that, and just what you said, right? There's just that little give and take, and it's changing the way that the room is and and being able to move freely, body and mind, I guess, even emotionally, right? Um, and those type of things, it that helps that helps everybody just get so much more out of what we're doing, um, you know, or what I'm doing as a coach.

SPEAKER_01

So you're you're such a skilled dancer. Yes. It's um, you know, one of the dance steps in We Dance is co-create. We co-create, and I just felt in your story you co-creating, dancing with your husband. And you said a word, you said, because this is fun. So when you can shift to a different energy without him saying, Okay, Trisha, you lead now. And then you're saying, Time out now, I'm gonna lead and you follow me. It it's an energy that you just you pick it up and then you give it back, and you pick it up and you give it back. And it's what we do in coaching all the time. Coaches, whether you are acknowledging it or noticing it or not, it is happening all the time. We're dancing with our clients. Uh, one of the things we unpack in coaching magic is sometimes, like if uh, you know, Trisha's gained some skills, we're in in the dancing area. When we're baby coaches, if we're just following the steps on the dance card and not feeling into the energy of our partner, we're gonna step on toes, which happens. Um, we're gonna move too far away from our partner, and then they can't, you know, we can't catch their hand. Um, we're we can't feel the rhythm of the dance. So when we notice it, when we notice that the whole coaching container really is a dance, and you notice how the energies are working, when you notice it, then you can say, aha, and now I feel this. Now I feel this. Thank you, Tricia. And thanks for bringing in the analogy of your your husband. Oh yes. How fun. I hope you really do get some uh some dance lessons in there.

SPEAKER_00

Me too. Me too. Because I love it and he's learning to love it more. So yeah.

SPEAKER_01

There you go. Good. Yes, I love that. I love that. Um, so Trisha, we were we're unpacking um evolutions. We said changes, and then we're like, well, we don't really like the word change in this one area. So I love how you pay attention to words. Mmm, words matter. So thank you for highlighting that for us. Um, is there anything else in there if we're thinking about three big things? Anything else in there that you have noticed a shift or an evolution?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Um, let's see. I think uh one of the elements that I have had the most um struggle with, I guess. Um the most, the most challenge with is being unattached to the outcome. Yes. Yes. Um, and it's so funny how often that will come back around. Um, right. I feel like I've I've let go and I'm doing, you know, it's it's not that big of a deal. And then all of a sudden I'm I'm struggling and I'm pulling, right? And there's that opposite force, and and I'm like, and you know, I had a call uh last week, and and someone said, Well, you know, if you just became unattached to the outcome, this wouldn't be that big of a deal. And I was like, Yes, yes, you are right. Um, we were in Croatia not too long ago. Me and my husband went on a retreat in Croatia. It was absolutely amazing. I uh you can't really go in the even though it's on the sea, there's not a lot of sand there. It's all rocky, there's a lot of sea urchins, so you have to be really careful going in the ocean. So a lot of places have just stairs down to the ocean, and then you just sit on the bottom stair. So you don't have to go in. You can just enjoy, you know. And I was sitting um at a restaurant. We were just sitting waiting, and uh I put my feet in the water. There was all these little tiny fish, they were probably sardines, I'm not really sure what they were, um, anchovies, maybe. Um, and they would come up and kind of not really nibble on your feet, but kind of touch your feet. I was like, oh my gosh, that's so cool. And I and my feet is my foot was in the water, and all of a sudden something grabbed my foot. I I will admit I screamed, I screamed pretty loud, I kind of kicked my foot, and then I was like, what was that? How weird! And so I'm looking down, and there's the bottom stair, and I see these tentacles come over the bottom stair. And I was like, Oh my, that's an octopus. So not very large, and I put my hand down, and the octopus kind of grabbed my hand and started kind of crawling up my arm, but pulling me, and I was pulling back, and a gal next to me said, Stop pulling, and I did, and so did the octopus, and we just kind of sat there for a minute and he was exploring my arm. It was the weirdest experience I've ever had, honestly. And then all of a sudden, he just let go um and swam around for a minute. He came back for another visit, and we, you know, touched, touched again, and um again, it was just but it was so amazing, and I kind of feel that when I stopped having a little kind of panic, like, what is he doing? Trying to, I mean, he was small, he couldn't have pulled me anywhere, right? But I just I let go. I let go of any expectation, um, you know, and just sat in the moment enjoying this wild animal, you know, crawling up my arm. And and it was just so freeing with that. And uh last week when I was talking to my friend Brandon, she she mentioned that. And I thought, you know what, that that is it's for everything in life, in in business, being a coach, um, you know, letting letting go of my expectations for what I think people should be doing, you know, letting letting go of that outcome. The outcome's going to happen, you know, whether however I want it to work out, we want it to work out the best. Um, but if I just let it be and let it happen the way that it should, it might be a little bit easier. And I'm not gonna get, you know, pulled in the ocean by an octopus. Um, but that when she said that last week, the honestly the the octopus jumped in my head and I was like, oh my gosh, like holy cow. And knowing that letting go and allowing people to do what they feel is best and and helping them through that that journey, whatever it might be, um, that's to me, that's the best thing I can do.

SPEAKER_01

But there's when when coaches say to themselves, you know, maybe even before their baby coaches, hey, I'm gonna be a coach. It's it's like this big warning or a big siren song to the universe, like, oh, she's ready to grow.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_01

And I found so many times, and this is uh I'm just witnessing you in this. You said, I struggle with this concept, unattached to the outcome. And you're gonna get an experience with it. And how lovely, what a beautiful, fun, lively, um, entertaining you drew me in with that story of the octopus. Um, what a beautiful experience you're gonna have forever. And you get to share that with your clients.

unknown

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

It's um, I I think it's one of our superpowers as coaches to be able to tell stories to teach. And when when I'm in my observation mode, which I am a lot, because you can't take the coach out of the girl, because you were observing and you were very, very present, which is a word you used a little little while ago. You were very present with that octopus. Of course, you listened. There was someone coaching you right there. She was a coach. She's like, just relax, stop pulling, just see what will happen. Uh just in a very gentle way. You're gonna have that story forever. Because you had the experience of it.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it was it was awesome. And you know, if you've never been to Croatia, I highly recommend it. Absolutely beautiful.

SPEAKER_01

And are you guaranteeing that if we sit on the bottom of the stairs we often come?

SPEAKER_00

I'm I'm not sure, but maybe, maybe there's a lot of them there. So yeah, hopefully, suggestion. Hopefully. Yes, yes.

SPEAKER_01

Well, thank you for sharing your insights. This has been so lovely to um experience you over the last two years. And I also want to acknowledge you for some things that I have noticed not changing. And maybe you can tell us, maybe these are part of your your natural state that I saw even just so early on day one when you walked in the room. And the the word that surrounds all of this is you are a gatherer. You gather people. And the way that your boot camp um um it I don't want to use the word supported you. It was they they responded, they responded to you. Like, hey, let's meet on this day. Hey, let's start a WhatsApp group, hey, let's do this. And I got to be on that group for many, many years, and I got to just see your it's it's a it's a sprinkle of encouragement. Just it, I could feel it. It just goes such a long way in how you gather and nurture people. Um is that uh now I'm curious, is that part of your natural state?

SPEAKER_00

Uh probably, yes. Um, I think it's something that I do not realizing that I do it. Um and so when it is recognized, I think, oh, did I do that? And then I think, yeah, I did. Um, because I like that. I I like that I want people to feel comfortable where they're at. Um and so I like I what's the word I'm looking for? Uh I I guess gathering, right? Gathering the people together, um, making sure that everybody feels heard um and feels like part of the group. Uh that's a a goal of mine. It really is. So I I'm so humbled and touched that you would that you would say that about me.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you. It's just the truth. It's just the truth. And now, Trisha, would you like to play a game another night? Okay. So listen, this is so funny because Rachel Downey has been mentioned on this podcast maybe five times. So, Rachel, if you're listening, she's gonna be on. At some point, she's gonna be on. Rachel and I have a lot of fun together. But I find it so funny. She is the one who introduced me to these cards that I'm gonna pull. So I'm gonna pull a card and then I'm gonna show it to you. I'll read it to you, I'll show it to you, and then you'll share what's coming up for you, and I'll share what's coming up for me, and you get to decide who goes first. Okay. All right, all right, here it is. Here it is, here it is. Um, oh, this is a fun one. Ready? I am so ethnic right now. I am so ethnic right now. Maybe just tell us well, what's coming up for you?

Uh, what's coming up for me? All right. Uh going, let's see. I am traveling next week uh to a session and being able to go out on a date with me and my husband and um another client and his wife, who are absolutely amazing people, Michelle and Vern. Um and we're so excited because we get to travel to Utah and do all the things and be with my husband. Normally he doesn't travel with me. So I am so I am very excited about that.

SPEAKER_01

Would you say you are effing excited about that? I am F and excited about it. I really like that because Trisha and I, we both have some Utah roots, and so you know, F and although I will say fuck, but you know. Thank you, cards, for giving us the Evan. And I'm just I I get we only do two semesters. So when the new semester comes up, I just pour myself back into coaching magic. And you've heard me say before that I am also enrolled. I'm the creator of coaching magic, but I am I'm not, you know, here I am the teacher behind glass who knows everything. Absolutely not. It's I'm so effing excited to get back to beginner's mindset. Um, a beautiful group of women who are about to learn the 11 elements of coaching magic.

SPEAKER_00
