A Message From Dr. George Ibrahim, Urologist

I opened Biltmore Restorative Medicine & Aesthetics in early 2013. My goal was simple; to be the most highly trained, experienced physician practicing hormone optimization—period. Ten years ago, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Rather than put patients at risk, I retired as a surgeon. My love of medicine and helping others stayed with me throughout my time away from the operating room. I wanted to practice medicine but was unsure how this would translate for me during this new chapter of my life. One day, I read about hormone replacement therapies. I was fascinated by the opportunity to help people feel and look better. Even though I wouldn’t be saving lives like I did as a urologist-oncologist, I could still change them for the better.

Restorative medicine is a highly specialized field. There is an art to achieving the balance necessary to get optimal results. I researched how to become specifically certified in hormone management. I immersed myself in a fellowship offered by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. I opened Biltmore Restorative Medicine & Aesthetics in early 2013. My goal was simple; to be the most highly trained, experienced physician practicing hormone optimization—period. Later, the practice added state-of-the-art, physician-led aesthetic services as our patients demanded them. Sexual wellness medicine then followed. Based on my decades of experience with men in this area, I became an expert on helping women achieve their best intimate experiences. And the results have been outstanding—with a capital “O”! Because of my extensive experience, I am able to help my clients beyond typical hormone replacement therapy.
