Jacob Barkley AKA The Indiana Lumberjack has fought in 4 Redneck Brawl events! He talks about his experience in those events and give predictions for the coming Redneck Brawl 14 in Johnson City this Saturday. Hosted by Barrett Freeman, Billy Hubbard, and Tera Padgett.
Whoa!
SPEAKER_03What's up, guys? Barrett Freeman here with No Episode of the Party Pills Podcast. It is Redneck Brawl Fight Week.
SPEAKER_04Redneck Brawl Bonanza Week.
SPEAKER_03Bonanza Week, yeah. Tickets are still available. Get your tickets. Redneck Brawl.tv. Uh, all four of us will be there. Uh obviously we've got Tara Pagett, uh singer, actor, comedian. Got Billy Hubbard, comedian, uh, entrepreneur, promo, extraordinaire. And Jacob Barkley, the Indiana lumberjack, drove all the way down to be here in person uh to give us his predictions, uh, talk a little bit about his experience for the neck brawl and just to help get us really excited.
SPEAKER_04I'm gonna go ahead and say it. You are so tall. Yeah, you are insanely tall. It's not a lie, you know, isn't it's not like something we gotta scoot around here. You're you were we thought you had the tallest fight in the brawl, looked it up after the fight, and then for some reason, like the or the tallest fight in what boxing history or sanctioned and it wasn't. What the hell, Google?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like me and Scarecrow sent pictures back and forth making sure that you know the AI generated Google answer was the same and we had it beat. And then they announce it and we're all stoked. And then yeah, we get home, and now it says two other guys, and it's 13 foot, 11 and a half inches.
SPEAKER_02Damn.
SPEAKER_00So now I need someone like five, six inches taller than me. Well, you make that half in it's pretty much. How tall are you? Uh right around 6'10. Okay, so you need what, 7'4, dude? Yeah, 7. I I was thinking 7'3, but I'd rather 7'4 or taller just to be safe.
SPEAKER_03So uh just for uh high comparison, Shaq is 7'4, I think. Uh I'd throw down with him. I think Chris would make an exception for Shaq. Yeah, yeah, I think everybody would.
SPEAKER_04Now, correct me also, but we've talked a lot because you've been there since Billy and me our first time going to the brawl.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04You did bull riding at some point in the past, right? Like when you were younger?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, uh after high school.
SPEAKER_04Wasn't you like one of the tallest bull riders?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so I tried to get Guinness Book to make that a thing because I seen this lady has a dog out there that can pop the most balloons in a minute. So I'm like, surely I can be the tallest professional winning bull rider. Yeah. Not PBR pro, but I have my card and I never really got anything back from him. And then I go to one of my rodeo camps like I did every year, and the Guinness Book's oldest professional bull rider was there. And I'm like, this don't make no sense.
SPEAKER_04We gotta get this man in the Guinness Book of something for being tall, okay? God gave him a gift, we're gonna use it.
SPEAKER_02I think uh I think O'Lumberjack here is a good example of uh personalities in the brawl. A lot of people they assume that the personalities are staged and stuff, but most of these guys are just good old boys. What was your first redneck bra? Uh five.
SPEAKER_03Five, when was that? Uh December of twenty-four. Can't believe how fast they're turning these things out. Because we're on 14. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And I've I was in five, eight, ten, and twelve.
SPEAKER_00What's your fight record? Two and two. And uh who's the last guy you fought? Uh I had the first international matchup against the Canadians. Decision loss.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_00Those guys were cool though. Yeah, they was great.
SPEAKER_04I wanted you to get that fight so bad though, damn it.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I I thought I had him.
SPEAKER_04I thought you did too.
SPEAKER_00But he was aggressive, and I'm assuming that's where the points come from. Uh if he'd have hit a hit me one good time, though, I definitely would have felt it really good. He hit me in the side a f a few times and busted my nose, but there was a height difference with you all too, but you were Yes, six foot was how tall he was.
SPEAKER_03Is that kind of is it hard to punch down? I feel like No, you ever see whenever me and Scarecrow fought?
SPEAKER_00No, I didn't watch that one. He's the one that so he blew his knee out, right? Well, he's 6'9, and we've never punched above our shoulder before. So we literally looked like two praying manises out there. It was awful. It's a weird problem.
SPEAKER_04If you go back and watch that fight, that's actually the one where they set his knee in the ring. And I we got to watch it like they slow-mo it.
SPEAKER_00It was like that doctor was wonderful though. Oh, yeah, she just like didn't even say a word to him and snap. Uh it's a big thing. I'm pretty sure she knew.
SPEAKER_04I had to look at my knee that time.
SPEAKER_02That woman is wonderful. That's a part that that doctor parties when she goes home.
SPEAKER_03And you're not fighting in this one, uh, as far as we know right now, unless something drastic happens.
SPEAKER_04If you're seven foot five, call this man out.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. But you never know.
SPEAKER_02They announced all the way leading up to like the week of.
SPEAKER_03So he told me that uh today that he's like, Oh, I don't think I'm in. I was like, I don't think Warwick has a fight yet. Because he he's been I talk to him almost every day.
SPEAKER_00Well, I tell you what, I used to kind of like laughing at his videos until he sat here and talked all that crap about Andrew Connery. Yeah, I didn't like that either. Andrew's our boy from day one, and uh I mean, if Warak needs an opponent, he can step in there with me. You ain't gonna dog my boy like that. You do uh you collab with him, then you come up here and talk all that sh that's what I was about to say.
SPEAKER_01They gave you a career, you fucking motherfucker. Why would you talk shit?
SPEAKER_03Well, he's the uh master at rage baiting.
SPEAKER_01Well, that's what I was about to say. I think it's a publicity thing.
SPEAKER_00I got him ready to catch his hands if he wants them. Beat him up in the parking lot. Three no trampoline. We do it in the ring. Three one minute rounds with me. No, I think I don't think so.
SPEAKER_02I think they're they're they're good at making people mad and they know that, so that's why they do it. They and they don't care. No, they don't care.
SPEAKER_04Like I wish it was more Colin Robinson to take it.
SPEAKER_02They did a video one time saying they were taking over Kentucky, right? I didn't think none of it. I was like, that's that's pretty funny. Like, that's funny. Sixteen people messaged me going, can you believe they're doing this? How could you do that? Here's what I do.
SPEAKER_04Here's what I'm saying, I don't know, buddy. Okay, I have not met these fellas. I don't know. I seen that video, didn't realize it was even them. I looked on Facebook. There's this X in the top right corner, you hit it and you put not interested, and you won't see like that ever again. And then I can see more potting soil videos or like cooking competition.
SPEAKER_03Soil videos, people love it.
SPEAKER_04That's what I do, is I'm like, I don't want to be bothered. I go to the internet to have peace.
SPEAKER_03I'm just shocked at how people don't understand how the algorithm works.
SPEAKER_04If you're commenting, I hate those guys on the video, you're gonna see more of that stuff. They're gonna be feeding you it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I go back to what he said. Like, if it was just like a funny publicity thing, share talk you, man. But if you genuinely meant that about Andrew, you have to whoop my ass.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like I mean, I ain't gonna lie, I ain't the best fighter, but I'm real good at talking about yeah. But we all know, like, it's publicity. I can't help that I uh beat you into one-liner, but he sounded pretty serious when he said that.
SPEAKER_03The uh schedule's not out yet. Uh, I have to imagine that uh so it's Billy Palazzo is who's gonna be is he's a member of War Reckless Fight. I have to imagine it's gonna be one of the later fights because they've got a huge following.
SPEAKER_04He has people won't see him get beat up, especially now that he talks about.
SPEAKER_03I mean, he's he's doing the Jake Paul uh uh plan. Make everybody mad so everybody wants to see him get knocked out. Yeah. I don't think he'll show up. No, no, he's gonna he'll be pretty much.
SPEAKER_04He's not as pretty as Jake Paul, though.
SPEAKER_03You talking about Billy Palazzo? He'll be there for sure.
SPEAKER_04I don't like looking at it.
SPEAKER_03I know he will.
SPEAKER_02Are you talking about the guy from Warak?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, he'll be there for sure.
SPEAKER_04There's only one Billy that has been for right here right now.
SPEAKER_02I know you're pretty keen on that, but I don't think that he will. He'll be there. I know he will.
SPEAKER_03You want to wager on it? Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Oh, you want to bet 50 bucks?
SPEAKER_03I bet you $50 that Billy Palazzo shows up. I'm gonna fly to Warak and drive him down here. I'm gonna spend 500 bucks and cannot beat you.
SPEAKER_04No, this is a purely a rat race type. He's gonna be on a negative to winter fit. We are observing, we are not helping. We're also not hindering. All right. So, Billy, if you see him on the road, you cannot run him off the highway.
SPEAKER_03Well, uh, the plan is with Billy and and whoever else is this is an open invitation, anybody that's fighting. Uh, they want to the the following week they want to come and do a podcast and talk about the fight.
SPEAKER_04Like an aftermath.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, after because they're gonna stay down here a few days. So we'll film hopefully that following Tuesday, uh, you know, depending on everybody's schedule.
SPEAKER_02See, they always I get surprised sometimes though, like I said about them. Sometimes I'll be like, ah, they won't even show up. And then they'll like show up and they'll win their fight, and I'm like, damn.
SPEAKER_05All right, man, talk about it.
SPEAKER_03Well, we don't know who Billy's fighting yet, but uh, I I I would say I'm gonna bet that he wins his fight. You think so? I'm not saying they're going knock guy knock the guy out.
SPEAKER_04I don't know, he looked like he got soft temples.
SPEAKER_03I've spent a lot of time with him. Uh he is bigger than he looks online. He's probably about six foot, so not huge, but I mean he's pretty strong. We hung out Tomahawks about two or three weeks ago because he came down for a podcast and uh he set the record on the punch out machine.
SPEAKER_02Okay, so you have a uh like a personal reason then. You've seen it.
SPEAKER_04I'm gonna tell you right now, I got a 777. I'll send you the video on one of them before. And I can't hit good. I hit like a damn mosquito. No, I've got a video, I'll send it to you and we'll put it up right here.
SPEAKER_02Seriously, that don't mean shit.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, well, I've got the least fighting experience of anyone on camera right now, including Tara. So I I'm no I'm not a good judge of of fighting.
SPEAKER_02Well, like I said, I've been wrong before in predictions for the brawl. I've predicted the people, and you know, but I am like, I'm like, if I'm wrong, I'll be like, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Well, if you were right all the time, the government would take you and and we'd never see you again. We'd be having you do cal she bets.
SPEAKER_03So you decided to watch uh this weekend. Oh yeah, we sponsored you too. I think we sponsored him.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we did sponsor him because I'm sorry, I'm 0 for five.
SPEAKER_05We didn't sponsor you know what's funny?
SPEAKER_04He sponsored my derby car in the first derby that I didn't even get to run in, and it was the only one that won, and I wasn't even there.
SPEAKER_00Maybe they're gonna be a good one. I totally forgot I sponsored you. I let America down. I'm also misspelled Indiana.
SPEAKER_03I let America down. You did your job. I turned it. I can't believe that. Every time the longer I think about the sponsors I the fires I sponsored, the worse my record gets. Yeah, sorry about that.
SPEAKER_05Whoopsies.
SPEAKER_03Can't win them all.
SPEAKER_02I've won zero.
SPEAKER_00Oh, well, next time. See, blame us.
SPEAKER_02Don't blame yourself. Blame us. You should have sponsored a guy that fought Conor McGregor.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00No, yeah. I'm glad I bet on him. Because he bet on the bet on his opponent. Uh Max. Yeah, because 80% of people bet on McGregor. Yep. Oh no, I bet on Max. I just didn't bet a lot, but I can't believe that.
SPEAKER_03I'm probably not allowed to say this, but I wish that we could bet on the Red Egg Brawl. Oh, yeah. I would I wouldn't.
SPEAKER_04I'm gonna say you could say that because a lot of people have said that, and it's it's one of those things that until like I guess there's more cohesive laws across all states.
SPEAKER_03You can bet on boxing. So yeah, I don't think why can't it?
SPEAKER_04It'd be fun.
SPEAKER_03I would certainly steal a little loosey-goosey.
SPEAKER_04Like Is there any on Cal that Calchy thing? Because that's that you can bet on anything. It's free market betting. Like you could bet how many times they're gonna say You're absolutely right.
SPEAKER_03You there's nothing stopping you from betting on Calchi. I'm just a DraftKings, DraftKings fan.
SPEAKER_04I mean, you could literally bet you could bet if I'm gonna wear a hat or not at the brawl. Right. How many times I'm gonna be on camera. Like you can bet on anything as many times as you want.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Not winning two bucks, but yeah. That's not gonna tell you if I'm wearing a hat at the Watch Fight this weekend.
SPEAKER_00I tell you, Friday of the night, I don't care who thinks they're the baddest out there, the best brawl is going to be Man Bear Pig. Oh, yeah. Man, Man Bear Pigs.
SPEAKER_03He looks skinny, but he's a big dude. That's a fucking monster.
SPEAKER_00He is stout.
SPEAKER_03Was he 6'2?
SPEAKER_00I don't know if he's quite that tall, but he sure fights like it. I want him, I want him, we'll get him on a podcast.
SPEAKER_03He said he'd be on it. He just lives in Georgia.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So I don't know where Ryan lives. His sparring partner is Georgia Outlaw. Like that's another good fighter. So you know, I mean, and everyone's seen Man Bear Pig throw down. He definitely he's good.
SPEAKER_03He also smart. Like every time I talk to him, he's I don't know. I just I feel like he'd be a very he's probably a very smart fighter too.
SPEAKER_02I learned something about the redneck brawl. I got my son in uh boxing, I'm not gonna say the gym name, but I learned that boxing gyms, they don't like us very much. They just think it's I guess which I should have caught on. I'll tell you the story. I think you were in this in this brawl.
SPEAKER_04From what we've gathered, a lot of professional boxers view it kind of like how professional baseball players look at savannah bananas. Yeah. Or like the NBA versus the Harlem Low trial.
SPEAKER_02Don't get me wrong, I understand why you're upset, but I can't help how many people buy tickets. They they don't want to admit that it is a guilty pleasure, though, because they will watch it. We went to uh I know you won't watch it. We were in a hotel and just cut loose and have fun with it. We were across the room, across the hall from these people.
SPEAKER_04They were entertainment wrestlers. You want me to tell the story or you're gonna tell the story? Yeah, I'll tell the story and I can get it done fast.
SPEAKER_02Here, I'm gonna let the comedian tell the story.
SPEAKER_04No, I'll make it funny and I'll get it done fast. Listen.
SPEAKER_02Oh my god. Here goes the entertainment aspect out of it.
SPEAKER_04Really?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Really?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04You want to go there?
SPEAKER_02Well, you want to see that.
SPEAKER_04I'll read that brawl you right now.
SPEAKER_02You ain't scared of me.
SPEAKER_04Brother, I there's a lamp right there. See that? Look.
SPEAKER_03First assault in the history of Property Also. No, I've been on several times. Getting you out of this thing.
SPEAKER_04That that rule number one, never turn your back on your boat.
SPEAKER_02Anyway, anyway, these WWE wannabes were across the hall from us, and they got fucking mad at us because we were having a good time. And I guess we were being too loud.
SPEAKER_04We were playing Wii Sports.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, we were put we were playing Nintendo Switch Sports. Me and Cat Peace Cooley was having a great time, and they weren't having that shit. It ain't my fault you sold 17 tickets. I don't know what to tell you. They were mad as f at us. Talk all the time.
SPEAKER_04We gotta be up early for practice in the morning because we have a serious thing. I was like, we have a show tomorrow too.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, we have 500,000 people watching. How many guys got one?
SPEAKER_04And they they were like, Well, we're expecting a big turnout and we want to do our best. I was like, Yeah, and they sort of get in like Yeah, they were weird. Also, they had on their little robes from the hotel, which I thought was funny because I've never seen a mother wear a rope that the hotel comes with with the little Leotard pants on.
SPEAKER_02I'm like You see that little bickering we did back and forth there?
SPEAKER_04We do that in public sometimes, and it makes people so like I like to get in real hated arguments inside of Walmart.
SPEAKER_02And then yeah, and then it goes from like that where we're just obviously playing, but it does not look like we're playing. And then we just go back like it didn't happen.
SPEAKER_03So are you gonna be there this weekend?
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, definitely. I haven't missed one since uh since six when I blew my knee out.
SPEAKER_03Uh so we'll all be there. So come say hi if you see us, except for Billy, leave him alone. He's working.
SPEAKER_02Uh, you can say hi, but bring me a beer. You're not gonna be.
SPEAKER_03He says that he's not allowed to drink.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I am twisted teas only.
SPEAKER_02I'm allowed to drink twisted teas. But what he's actually referring to was I got my shootout by the West Virginia Athletic Commission for drinking next to this. I can drink around the ring. Couldn't drink next to the ring.
SPEAKER_03It's funny, I was ringside and I was getting ready to go get a uh beer. Yeah. And I was like, Billy, you want a beer? He goes, I didn't see the interaction five minutes before.
SPEAKER_04He's actually um what what is it? You you've got that thing where when he drinks, his neck turns really red and he'll stomach will get rock hard and bloat.
SPEAKER_02Rock hard.
SPEAKER_04Like, I'm talking, I can knock on that so much. It sounds like a cuckoo bird about to pop out his belly button.
SPEAKER_02I've been drinking uh twisted tea and I've been looking everywhere. I can't fucking find them. The red strawberry ale. Do you know what that is? I fing love those things.
SPEAKER_04Because those are still light alcohol to ratio stuff, because I mean, he doesn't drink during the brawl anyway.
SPEAKER_02I'm turned up whether it's watermelon flavored or water flavored. I like to drink, don't get me wrong, but I had to like you know tone it down a little bit.
SPEAKER_03One of my best friends I see about once a week. He's a teacher at Corbin Mills School elementary school. But anyway, he was drinking twisted seeds for years. He finally got me to start drinking them, and now they're my go-to. I love twisted teasers. The only problem is they have a little caffeine in them, so I do worry about drinking them like too late because I don't want to mess with my systems.
SPEAKER_04Oh no, we got ADHD in our household. We drink a monster to go to bed.
SPEAKER_03I I try to be asleep by 10, and uh, twisted cheese would be uh uh they're a barrier to that.
SPEAKER_02That's actually a good uh question for you. A lot of the new fighters, when it comes to the brawl, the one thing that they worry about is the physical. They worry about what you should do to prepare for your like physical right before the fight.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04You've got a lot of experience in that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. And have you seen how big the guys are that pass that physical? No one should ever have to worry when you got 500 pounders stepping in.
SPEAKER_02This man right here, I saw this man one time, uh, the day of the fight, he was so like concentrated on his fight, he was running around.
SPEAKER_04It was a weight thing. Yeah, it was like what, three pounds or something? Yeah. You didn't want him, but you wanted to be as close to that as possible because it's important that you are in that weight.
SPEAKER_00So for Tennessee that time, it was like uh 15 pound differential being because I was the two th the 200 weight class, and he was the class below it. Oh so, but we got within 13, but yeah, I was out there in level three long johns.
SPEAKER_05You had the weights on your ankles.
SPEAKER_00Running around the hotel a bunch, just soaked, and I went in and we got it down to 13 and a half pounds. What kind of advice would you have for some of the new fighters this weekend? Don't be a pussy. I mean, just first things first, go out swinging. Um don't worry about the crowd. You can't hear the music, you can't see no one's face. Only you're gonna just see him, and you just better fight like it's your, you know what I mean? Like do or die. We want with your whole soul. We want to see it. We want to see everyone throw down, be of each other. That's the whole point of it. Don't get scared if you're if you're scared now, there's time to replace you. So I'm right here, you know. No, but anyone in general, because there are a lot of no shows. Every event I fought in, there's always at least three no shows.
SPEAKER_02We had that one girl that didn't show up, and then she went to jail for an FDA. And someone said, damn, she's got a record to not show up.
SPEAKER_04Somebody said she doesn't show up for anything in the comments, and I thought that was the funniest thing.
SPEAKER_00Or like uh people that skip and they'll skip the whole event and they'll show up at the after party or crazy after party. It's not really wherever everyone's hanging out afterwards. They just couldn't get through the door. No, too nice.
SPEAKER_04They'll message and try to figure out where there's gonna be a gathering of people that want and then they get made fun of. Yeah, I'm like, and they'll show up and I mean people are gonna be nice to you, but as soon as you leave, they are gonna go, why were they here? Well, you are already here, you didn't get out in the ring and stuff, you don't really belong with us, even though you know they're gonna be nice. It's just like it it's not a good look. It's not a good look.
SPEAKER_02People that paid money that wanted to watch you fight, you kind of let down.
SPEAKER_03Well, you know, what causes scrambling by the organization.
SPEAKER_02Chris has to fill that spot and I will say he does a really good job at that though. Like that man is like I've seen him be put in situations like that, and it it's just where he's he's been doing it since like the early 2000s. It's just amazing, like he's very, very good at it. But at the same time, shouldn't put him in that position. It don't make him have to do that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. No, there's over 2,000 people apply every event now. Yeah. So like if you're only picking three percent of all the applicants, uh then show up. Like it is intimidating. Like uh I don't know. My f the smallest crowd I've been in front of is probably like five thousand. So that was kind of like play that was like back in regional basketball days. So I was kinda used to that, but it's still real intimidating. But once you get in the ring, like I said, the uh you can't hear nothing. You might hear some roaring, but you're just you're hearing your own thoughts. The physicals, the most thing I ever had to do was stand on one leg for 30 seconds, and then I did some push-ups, some jump and jacks, to check your ears, your nose, your throat, and they make sure that you didn't get off up right before you walk in.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I've seen people's nerves bother them so bad they throw up before the fight.
SPEAKER_03Do you see uh what happened to uh Hazard Heartbreaker two days ago? Mm-hmm. He was at the gym and he tried to a box jump. He didn't hit he didn't make it high enough and he fell. Oh, you're talking about Brandon.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, Brandon. Yeah, I did see that. Yeah, I haven't got to meet him yet.
SPEAKER_04He popped up and and was fine and looked like, but well, uh well Yeah, don't injure yourself before you fight. That's the thing.
SPEAKER_02I will say though that when I first started seeing Brandon's content, I didn't know how to take him. But from what I've heard and everybody that's told me about him, he's pretty a pretty nice dude.
SPEAKER_03He is a charmer. A charmer, yeah.
SPEAKER_02They they like him. So I've I've actually got to where I like Brandon a whole lot.
SPEAKER_03He he we spent an hour with him uh doing the podcast the other day.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but when I saw the box thing, him take a hit like that, I was like, uh, he'll be alright.
SPEAKER_03He's 400 pounds.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Now Rick though, the guy he's fighting, that's a that's a tough song of a bitch.
SPEAKER_03Terry and I took a picture with him, he towered over us.
SPEAKER_04I'm wondering if if it's gonna be because I don't know what Rick's reach is, because I know reach is a big factor in this.
SPEAKER_03There's a reason I looked up Rick's age, by the way, 34.
SPEAKER_04Okay, so we was we was well.
SPEAKER_00He looks 54. So I I ain't trying to be rude to Brandon, because like we've I ain't met him in person, but through group chats and stuff, we've talked a little bit. He does seem like a nice guy, always been respectful to me. But he doesn't he's he's not currently doing a nine to five every day, and you know that happens in life. But I hope he's taking this seriously because Rick is a working man. And I don't care if he's bigger than Rick or not, Rick's gonna pack an active punch from being physically active at his job every day.
SPEAKER_03Not just that, but we're on catching the house fighters. Um but and Terry and I talked about it after the podcast the other day. But yeah, I think if I had to bet I would pick Rick on that fight.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Um it's gonna be who hits harder because Rick can just take a punch, but I was gonna say Rick has got, like I said, he's got like a titanium cranium, you know.
SPEAKER_00He's got a wolverine skull. I just hope a boy goes down swinging and just don't underestimate Rick just because he's bigger.
SPEAKER_04I do like Brandon's whole thing though. I do like his like, I'm going big live. You know, like he's got a good Personality thing going with it.
SPEAKER_00Oh, he's bringing the attention.
SPEAKER_04It's hand in hand. So if he fights good and has the personality, that right there, that's how you make that's how you craft a redneck raw superstar. Personality and the fight's good.
SPEAKER_03Who's gonna win the Frankie LaPena uh Sasquatch fight? Sasquatch.
SPEAKER_02You think Sasquatch is gonna win? That's an issue.
SPEAKER_03I agree with you. I'm in the minority of people I talk to.
SPEAKER_02You want my opinion? Of course. I think it's gonna come to decision. No. You don't think so?
SPEAKER_00No. I mean, that dude, I don't care how fat his butt is, it's not gonna help him anymore.
SPEAKER_04Weebles wobble, but they don't fall down.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, he's gonna wobble right six. Sasquatch knocks him down. It's gonna happen.
SPEAKER_02I've seen that man get the f beat out of him by people before. Talk about Frankie. Yeah. So that's that's the only thing that's which don't get me wrong. I could see Sasquatch winning that fight because Sasquatch has that over him. And the people that he did fight, they don't storm you like like Sasquatch does.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, he puts he bears you in a corner with his weight and then just however you can do it.
SPEAKER_04He pop a bears you.
SPEAKER_03He's points, points, points, points. That's what he's doing.
SPEAKER_04But if Frankie's quicker than him, he can just he is an athlete.
SPEAKER_00There's no doubt about that.
SPEAKER_04He's very athletic.
SPEAKER_00I mean, every and everyone stands a you know a puncher's chance, and it happens. I'm not saying that there ain't a chance he can win, but I just the man for the average person, Sasquatch is too much for anybody to handle.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I I'm gonna say weakness level in the sheer size back behind it.
SPEAKER_04Imagine if they had had Sasquatch fight a Canadian guy named Sam Squid. We have why did you not make that happen?
SPEAKER_02Put me in charge of time. Yeah. Well, sometimes uh we've had like our bigger names, you know, set out for I'm saying iconic.
SPEAKER_03I mean, that Sasquatch uh cornbread fight is the one I've seen the most.
SPEAKER_04I also look at like who has more of a because you've got entertainers, new fighters that have the build of someone who might be more lean into entertainment or like fighting. Cornbread definitely is built like somebody you'd you would see him in amateur fighting on UFC and stuff he's got built.
SPEAKER_02If you take a promotion off and you watch the fights and someone, you know, does a really good job, then you're kind of scouting, you know. Because you never know. You you find someone a new face that's that might be worth your time.
SPEAKER_04And and say, I want to take everyone, because we usually pick a restaurant after the Yens, Cracker Barrel.
SPEAKER_02Are they open at 10 o'clock at night?
SPEAKER_04We call ahead, we tell them what we're doing, because I mean we would fit in some cracker barrel.
SPEAKER_02Can you imagine a bunch of drunk fighters at a cracker barrel? Everyone else would be respectful.
SPEAKER_04We always are.
SPEAKER_00I mean, but the events ain't been getting over until like 12-1230 now.
SPEAKER_02And I will say this, I will say this. Even though that you're getting people from a rowdy promotion, every time we go to a bar, there's never any problems. They're always so respectful to everybody. And that's I don't know why people would expect anything other than that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, sure. Also, I mean, you're they're not they're literally not allowed to do drugs because they're tested. So in theory, they're gonna be the best version of themselves anyway. So, all right. Anything else you want to uh talk about before we get off here?
SPEAKER_00I just hope someone that tall out there wants to get cheese hair.
SPEAKER_02If you are seven foot three or taller, please reach out to us. We have a proposition for you. Stand up like maybe.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, she wants him to cheese. Legend has it, he's still going to this day.
SPEAKER_03No, if someone wants it, I'd like to set that record. I don't see what I mean. Gosh, I don't know anyone that's 7'3 or 7'4, but uh I want your hat.
SPEAKER_04Here's what I want to say if you look like someone whose fighter name should be Beanstalk. If your fighter name should be Beanstalk, come fight this man.
SPEAKER_03Also, we need a Canadian to fight Sasquatch, and go buy Sam Squinch.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that'd be great. I love Canadians are tough, trust me.
SPEAKER_03Also, if you want to be sponsored, do not reach out to me.
SPEAKER_04If you want to be sponsored and lose, we don't care about losing. Call us.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. All right, I appreciate you for making the drive down. Yeah, thanks for having me. All right, it's been another episode of the Prop Tales Podcast. See ya.
unknownWow.
