"Falling to the Top explores the process of emotional and relational healing, by addressing the "Big Feeling" events from one's "family of origin" by revisiting events in sensory, "ground level" detail, which often involves painful emotions like shame or abandonment. Using the analogy of Jesus' journey from Good Friday to Easter Sunday, highlighting a crucial "Saturday" experience—as essential for liberating the "innocent child" we abandoned to survive.
