EP25: Having More Fun & Letting Go of the Search for "What's Wrong"

This was another episode of the podcast where I was called to just turn on the mic to deliver an intuitive channeled message!

What came out was a conversation about having more innocent, pure fun that comes from just *being your authentic self* and doing things you enjoy (not tied to productivity, outcomes, goals or bettering yourself). I talked about sourcing dopamine (the brain's reward, motivation and pleasure neurotransmitter) from within, rather than from the external.

We talked about how labeling things as "something wrong" or yourself as "wrong" is part of the judgmental paradigm that separates you from the only thing that can create lasting, sustainable change & healing, unconditional love. (see episode 19 for more on this concept).

Finally we talked about understanding the nervous system from a whole new perspective: you roadmap to mastering this 3D reality, where FUN & joy are the byproducts.

Intellectual understanding of the concepts discussed are only scratching the surface... the real magic happens when you can believe and feel "nothing is wrong with you" throughout every cell in your body!
