Brad joined Founders in 1997 and embodies its ethos. As captain of Founders' strategic vision, he aligns with the company mission and leads Member Partner development, emphasizing leadership transparency. This is the Founders Difference,” Shepherd said. Brad's 25-year tenure began as a financial advisor, where his service flourished. His desire to impact financial advisors led him to leadership at Founders, serving both community and industry transparently and energetically. Brad is a Chartered Financial Consultant, has served on various Boards of Directors and associations in Maryland, and holds a B.A. in Economics from Dickinson College. He holds Series 4, 6, 7, 24, 53, 63, and 65 licenses from FINRA.
