Alex Duffey
Alex Duffey of Duffey Woodcraft, is a maker whose journey began with DIY home projects in the Pacific Northwest. With his day job of a technical analyst, he found a powerful contrast and passion in woodworking, using his hands to create something phyiscal that will last for years. What started as an Etsy hobby to fund his passion quickly grew, with products soon featured in local gift stores like Sea Gypsy Gifts (Astoria, OR) and PopLocal (Vancouver, WA). Over the years Alex has continued to learn, and grow his community through events like Workbench Con and forging multiple brand partnerships. Alex has learned his passion of woodworking has expanded to teaching as well, but launching a beginners CNC YouTube channel 2024, becoming an instructor at cncwithme.com and teaching a CNC workshop at AWSF in Las Vegas.
