Michael Blankenship: So SPACs have gone global. Are you seeing more activity from international sponsors or targets? How does that impact the work of a transfer agent like V Stock?

Seth Farbman: Yeah, that's, um, that's a good point. And I think I've seen some additional twists only recently, meaning for the last 12, 18 months, we've been super busy, whether it's Singapore, Malaysia, uh, Japan, Hong Kong, and we've seen a ton.

Anybody who's in the industry has seen a ton of different conferences that have, um, popped up drawing that attention. Most recently, a friend of mine did a, uh, an Israeli defense spac, and so we're starting to to see. Some very strong interests coming out of Israel. Also, you know, from our standpoint, we have staff that speaks those different languages.

Don't ask me to say anything in Hebrew 'cause it won't make sense, but I think when you're dealing on an international level, having the team that can, uh, talk the talk to those shareholders and the, uh, the management team is, is crucial. But definitely a, uh, a global, um, impact is, uh, is going on in the SPAC world.
