Michael: Mike Blankenship here with the SPAC Podcast. Today I’m joined by Patrick Sturgeon from Brookline Capital Markets. Patrick, welcome. Do you want to give a couple minutes about yourself?
Patrick Sturgeon: Sure. Well, first off, Michael, thank you and Josh for having us on the podcast today. I’m Patrick Sturgeon, a Managing Partner at Brookline Capital Markets. We’re a boutique investment bank headquartered in New York with SPACs being an area of focus. Not only are we underwriters and advisors in the SPAC space, I’ve also been the CFO of three SPACs that have all successfully completed acquisitions, each in different parts of the SPAC market cycle. That gave me a lot of good learning lessons and stories from being on the principal side.
