Mike B: Everyone. Mike Blanks here with the SPAC podcast. Today I'm joined with by, uh, Andraka. Berna. Tova. Andre, how are you doing? Why don't you give us a couple minutes about yourself?
Andrejka B: So, Andraka, Berna, Tova, uh, uh, over 20 years of experience in, uh, energy, infrastructure, power, and I guess now digital assets. Um, have, uh, spent some time as an investment banker.
I was at Credit Suisse in New York and Morgan Stanley in Houston. Uh, I was also an investor at, uh, Blackstone in New York, uh, investing globally and, uh, at UBA Development Company, which is one of the sovereign wealth funds of the government of Abu Dhabi. Then I was based in Abu Dhabi. Um, out of there, I mostly invested actually in renewable energy globally, and, um, spent, uh, quite a while as an operator, CFO and CEO at a number of companies, uh, was backed by private equity funds, large family offices, institutions like, uh, NGP.
Energy spectrum, Tailwater, uh, energy impact partners. And, um, and I also, um, uh, just started a, about five years ago, a platform called Dynamics. We have two platforms. We have a SPAC franchise and we have separately a private, uh, investment franchise.
