In this week's episode I sit down with Brooke Remoundos and talk all about her journey with anxiety, as well as, how she has used somatic movement/healing and other modalities to reconnect with herself.
We touch on taking anxiety medication and debunking the stigma around it, as well as strategies such as breath work, journalling, movement and somatic healing.
Brooke also dives deep into diet culture and the external pressures of the wellness space/online & how to recognize this toxic culture.
