We dive deep into Steph's journey into becoming a remedial massage therapist with her own struggles involving major surgery.
Steph gives us everyday tips to increase our mobility and in turn optimise performance and help you reach your goals! We also touch on the role the fascia plays in our bodies and it's link to releasing trauma & emotion.
