Hello. Welcome back to your Sunday Woo Crew Private podcast. This reading is for the full week of November the 30th through December the sixth, 2025. So we survived one of the wildest astrological October November combos. In recent memory, there were five retrogrades. A serious eclipse, whiplash, identity, molting. I don't know. We've quite shed our exoskeletons yet, but we're in the process, emotional detox, and an entire season of the saying in quotes. I have officially run out of shits to give, but congratulations, you made it through. And now we are stepping into Sagittarius season and Mercury has gestation, direct, Saturn has also turned direct, and December is ready to roll. So we're gonna walk through. All of that in your astrology forecast in just a moment. This week is the first moment in months where the universe is really telling all of us that you can move forward. Now it's gonna be slow and conscious, but it's definitely a forward momentum. So let's dig into the Astro weather first, and then we'll drop into. The deck for this week, which is the Revelations Tarot by Zach Wong. Because this week's spread is really grounding and clarifying and deeply corrective after a pretty intense retrograde season. If it was the title of a movie, I would've named it Retrograde Season, the Extended Cut. It's like the one time I never want a directors. But, and here we are. Alright. I'm like, I don't need another scene. Give me the short version. Um, but we all had the extended cut, so lucky us. All right. Let's do our astrology weather for November 30th through December 6th. Sagittarius season is here. Technically it dropped in during last week's reading, but there was so much packed into that reading. I was like, we're still in Mercury retrograde. We can talk about Sagittarius on this week's reading. So we are fully into SAG season. Which is usually really big fire, big truth, big vision. Those are archetypal patterns of Sagittarius. But this year it comes with a big layer of maturity because we're really coming off of heavy retrograde months. So you can think of it like. Your fire is back, but it's more like conscious fire. It's not just on fire, it's focused fire, and it's also a very architected fire, like you have structure around it. Even if that structure still feels a bit like scaffolding, it's still structure. So this is the perfect energetic mix for business owners like us right now because holiday seasons. Sales really wants everyone to take action and the cosmos really wants alignment and they're kind of coming together here, which is really beautiful. We talked about this about a year ago in our quarterly forecasts and and in. The Q4 forecast, of course, is the foggiest one when I forecast that far out. But I really felt like by the time I got to holiday sales people who had been doing some modicum of in quotes, the work would be feeling some benefits of this holiday season. Now that we're actually in it in real time I really feel like the way in which you get the benefits is by doing a lot of the things we've been talking about for the last couple of weeks. So this week we're really seeing and feeling how much more ease and movement there is and everything we're doing. But it's also coming with sort of like a heavy side seasoning of. Curiosity and experimentation and not so much like this is the offer, like it needs to be a little bit more flexible. So that is going to be really useful because Saturn also stationed direct and it stationed direct. Right before this reading, hit your RSS feed. So you're getting this reading on November the 30th. Saturn stationed direct on November the 28th, two days before during the Black Friday holiday weekend. This is the biggest transit of the week, so I think it's easier to talk about Saturn. As it has finished going direct, because now we can do something with it. So Saturn is the keeper of structure, responsibility, boundaries, workflows, and also real life consequences, which is where it sometimes gets, some of its bad rap, but you know what? Sometimes we need real life consequences and it has been retrograde for months in Pisces. So the archetype of Pisces is that it dissolves things, whereas the archetype of Saturn is to build things. And these two have been stuck in the same room together having an argument because they just really don't usually get along. However, they help each other spot their blind spots, and they have really reached a verdict as Saturn has now gone direct. So what does that mean by Saturn? Stationing direct? Well, it means that your systems stabilize. Now at this point, your boundaries are able to tighten. Your professional identity will feel like it's clarifying. It'll feel like decisions are maybe a little bit easier. Your responsibilities become really obvious, so it becomes clear like, what should I do? Well, here's my responsibility. That's what I should do. And then the list of what needs to end becomes incredibly undeniable. I feel like people have been noticing this list of what needs to end well before Saturn stationed direct. So if you have been having private conversations with yourself or maybe even public conversations with other people, this would be the big sign that yeah, you're not imagining it. It's the. The big grownup moment in business, you are officially adulting in your business. Congratulations. It is the cosmic version of tightening your laces and getting ready for the 2026 starting line because we are at the end of our nine universal year, which we'll touch on before we're done here again today. So the other thing that went direct was Mercury the day before this breeding hit your inbox. Mercury went direct on November the 29th. It's literally the day after Saturn Station direct and then Mercury also stationed direct. The combo of this together honestly is really wild. This is the energy of like the lights coming back on and you can kind of think again, type energy. So you'll probably notice. That your messaging feels like it's a lot clearer, like you can clarify things more easily, that your decision making also clarifies that your communication smooths out, that your tech stops glitching, like kind of sort of. Mostly we're done with Mercury. We still have the post retrograde shadow through most of December. But from here on out from the day this reading hits your RS. Feed in your podcast player, you are going to notice that things just start getting better and better when it comes to your tech. And then your marketing is really gonna get coherent as well. You can move forward. It's still slow, but again, it is still forward. So it's just all these more forward momentum actions. Stacking on top of each other. We love to see it. Now the thing that happens this week in the middle of your reading for this week is the full moon in Gemini on December the fourth. So this is a communication moon, and it comes during Mercury now direct and right after Saturn going direct. It's like getting a cosmic Ted talk, like it's fantastic. So because it's a Gemini moon, the full moon is going to illustrate all things related to communication. So your messaging, your audience, your offers, your content strategy, your blind spots, the, the folder of drafts you have not finished, the conversations that you have avoided, dun, dun, dun, that really belongs with someone this week. You may have, um, some like moments around your content this week that are very like, aha, like I suddenly figured it out. You might feel like you get a new direction. And it's sort of like. Clicks into place, or an old one that you were really clinging to might fall apart. There's been a lot of talk over the last, what, couple of months in our readings here about old things sort of falling apart and that you can't hang onto them anymore and like this would be one of those areas. Remember, it's not always like super dramatic, like my whole. Funnel fell apart. I mean, I hope that doesn't happen to you. It could, but I don't think that's what this is. Um, it's more like, you know, I really clinging to using a certain phrase or I really clinging to a certain structure in how I impart my information or whatever. And you're just like. Yeah, that's just really not working anymore. Like it's just easier if I do this other thing, you know? So you also might find that a conversation may reveal everything that you needed to know, and so you can really use this moon, this full moon in Gemini. For clarity, not premature action. And I don't know if you noticed this, but not just this Full Moon and Gemini. The um, aspects preceding this that we've talked about already on this week's podcast episode are really about. Talking to other people, reconnecting with other people, like how do we get all that information? Well, you get it by interacting with the world and it's really important that you interact with the world. And I don't know who this belongs to you, but your guide is like in my ear. They're all up in my business, in my space right now, and I'm like, okay, I will tell them. It's imperative and important that you, you reconnect with the world. I feel like there's others of us in this collective group who, could just do a slightly better job of plugging back in. And guess what? It's the perfect time of the year to do it. It's the holiday season people wanna talk. So to, you know, avoid being human. In a human world is really gonna work against you, you're gonna find like this full moon feeling doesn't feel so full. And it's like, okay, if you feel like it feels dark or like a new moon, it's not full, it's not bright, or you're like, I don't feel like my message is illuminated at all. I would ask yourself, who are you talking to? How are you figuring this out? Like, where do you need to go? Most everyone who's in our collective group has a rather sort of average, you know, ho-hum experience with this, which is like, you know, hey, remember it's the holiday season. Why don't you reach out to some people and you know, human to human? Check in on them, ask them how they're doing. Ask people, how do you feel about this phrase? Don't make it weird. Don't make it a big deal. You don't have to have a focus group and do market research with questions and paperwork and all the things you can literally just talk to people is really, really easy. And, and that's like the majority of us. And guess what? Because you're going through it, guess what your audience is going through? They're probably going through something similar. Now, you might not serve just like all business owners. But, whoever you serve, they are having, um, this also gentle, beautiful reminder of, you know, connecting with the world around them and in a not forced way, right? Like sometimes at the holidays things get a little bit forced. Like, everybody be happy. Everybody give a gift, you know, secret Santa in the office and you're like, Ugh, God, I don't wanna do it. Not like that. You know, more like, how about instead of, um, being my like super introverted, quiet girl on the sofa with my spicy romantic and a pint of ice cream and the. Phone off. What if instead, what if instead of that, I do that later, but first maybe instead of like having my afternoon coffee at home, where again, I don't talk to anybody. What if I take my laptop and I go to the local cafe and I have one cup? And maybe you don't really talk with anybody while you're there, but the fact that you get. Out into the world is the important thing. And that was like a really clear little movie in my third eye. And I feel like that belongs with somebody very importantly in, in our, in our community here this week. So if you felt that, that's probably for you. Alright, so retrograde cleanup. The crew is really still active this week. Just because we are now in direct patterns with those planets does not mean that the cleanup crew doesn't need to cleanup after the party. So we still have a couple of retrogrades that are going on, and this is what contributes to that feeling. We have Jupiter, which is still retrograde in cancer, so this is where we're dealing with things like emotional intelligence, community trust, relationship led growth. So a lot of those. Finer more complex portions of what we just talked about, um, with the previous aspects are showing up here in Jupiter where there's still work to do. And then Uranus is still retrograde in Taurus and this is where you get value systems that are shifting. There's a big pricing evolution going on right now. I don't know if you notice it, but there is, and a lot of economic recalibration. Speaking of pricing evolution, I've got like the peanut gallery just lit up in our guides this week, and they really, really want you to pay attention to these words, like I'm looking at them on my script on the screen while I read to you. And simultaneously channel for you. And they like, won't let my eyeballs leave these two words right now. And, this really goes back to that full moon and Gemini. Like, why do you talk to people? You talk to them, not because you're gonna be like, so if I price my product at $27, will you buy it? Not that, please don't do that. They're all groaning. They're like, oh God, don't do that. No. What you're doing is you're interacting with people and you're hearing about. You know what they're going through right now. What do they complain about? What do they celebrate? You know, if they're complaining that the coffee went up $1 in the cafe where you all happen to be sitting, that would be really good indication that like, yeah, people are feeling a little strained. You know, they're not going to tell you, okay, for you specifically, Mary, your pricing looks like this to me, and I don't like that. And I do like this. Like they. They don't have the context to do that for you. B they're just not gonna do that. Um, what, what they will tell you is like, you know what, Mary, I, I'm just really feeling the strain right now. I gotta take care of my kids and all their prices went up and then this and then that. And like, you know, my health insurance premiums high and like, and they'll tell you about things and you'll, you'll get a pretty clear indication like. Hmm. Maybe I need to evolve my pricing too. What does it look like? What does it look like to let somebody grow with me rather than forcing them to come into this like one single package price? Like what does it look like when you get a little bit more flexible? How does that come about? What do you need to do in order to do it? You're a business owner. This is part of that work, so you can really think of these retrogrades as things that are not blocking you. Now they're supporting refinement, especially this Jupiter that's retrograde in cancer and the Uranus that's retrograding cancer. They're supporting refinement. We've got a whole bunch of juicy, delicious stuff that went totally direct for this week's reading and, and now that they are in a direct motion, it's sort of like the, the really big things have been moved around and, and now these guys are doing, you know, finer detail work that adds a little class and fines. To what you're doing, and all of this really feeds into our numerology for the end of the year. We are in a nine universal year, in the year of 2025, and we are very much in the final stretch of that nine universal year. When you get this reading, we are heading right into the beginning of December and it is the final month of the nine universal year. This is the year of endings, completion, fulfillment, truth telling, and a lot of karmic cleanup. And that that karmic cleanup is not just because of the nine, it is also very much because of like all the astrology that's been going on. Having that nine energy support you in, walking through the gateway into the one year of January, 2026. So don't forget to that December is a. 12 month, which boils down to three because one plus two equals three. So the three is creativity, expression, clarity of voice, artistic problem solving. What a coincidence that we kick off the month of December on December the fourth, with a full moon in Gemini, which is about, what is it again? Communication, creativity, expression, clarity, a voice. All of those things. So you can really think of this first week of December as your creative reactivation window. You're still not meant to sprint yet, so if you're like, I'm gonna run full steam, you're gonna poop out real fast and it's gonna take you longer to recover. So slow your roll my friend. You're meant to clarify, align, refine, edit, ideate, and prepare. Those are the words. The one universal year of 2026 is like the lights are already starting to come on, but we don't walk through that door until Lunar New Year on February 17th, 2026. It's like on January 1st. The switches get turned on and the computer boots up and, and it's, you know, kind of like the computers of old where you had to wait for a minute. But by the time we get to Lunar New Year on February the 17th, the operating system is fully booted up and ready and online. This week is really like a slow ignition that you start to feel because we get into that December numerology energy with that three. And then of course the planet is moving direct and we've got that beautiful full moon in Gemini on the 4th of December. So with all of that in mind as the foundation, we're gonna move into the tarot for the week and we're gonna use the Revelations Tarot by Zach Wong. So you can go ahead and pull the cards with me. There's also a listing of it in the show notes. So that you can find the cards in your deck, I would really encourage you to use whatever deck you have in front of you to build a relationship with it. So you can look at those cards as I talk and see like, how does my interpretation, reading Revelations Tarot by Zach Wong this week, how does that help inform you of some connection and in, um, definition around whatever deck you are using? Or does it make you, um, find. Other definitions and words and meanings out of your deck that adds more layers that are very specific for you. So this deck in particular, I've always felt is really perfect for post retrograded clarity. Those of you who've been with me a while, you might have noticed. That I tend to pull this deck a lot when retrograde start clearing, and it's just because every upright card has a very clear, mirrored, reversed version imagery that's built into the art. So the duality of meaning is like right in your face, like you can't ignore it. Also, it means that there's no sugarcoating, there's no ambiguity, it's just clarity, and the spread for this week is really grounded and it's. Very direct. It's also very mature. I would like to say it's a little spicy. We'll see. Alright, let's go. Let's do the base of the pyramid. We have justice in the upright position, the three of wands in the upright position and the five of Pentacles in the upright position. A love me and upright positioned base. This tells me that we are in the full and upright forward moving position. So with justice being upright, we're talking about karmic alignment, balanced decisions and truth, but without theatrics a love me, some truth without theatrics justice that lands here in the reading and it's right after Saturn's direct. Stationing is not a subtle thing. This is really like a quality control week. Anything that's out of alignment, because justice is gonna have you looking at this. Anything that's out of alignment, it could be people, it could be projects, partnerships, maybe your habits. They become really visible rather instantly, and this is where you get to ask yourself, Hmm, is this fair? Is that honest? Is this really reciprocal between me and this person? Is this aligned with what I wanna do? And if the answer comes back no. On any of those things, you know what to do. It's a nine universal year coming to an end and all the energy has been like if you didn't see it before or you didn't have time to deal with it or you know, you had a lot of emotional growth moments. It's like this is the month to really like pull up your. Big put panties and just be like, I'm gonna have to initiate a difficult conversation. Or maybe it's a joyful release and you're like, woo-hoo, I get to set it free, you know? But you know what you need to do and you are rewarded for doing those things. Not in terms of like you get prizes, but the prizes that we get in life are usually things like. Faster, easier access to say, paying clients. Everybody loves that prize. Or maybe it is faster, easier access to better messaging, which makes you feel more in alignment with your own business, which means you do have better, faster, easier access to people who will pay you some money, which is always great. And then we have our three of wands in the upright position. This is where your vision returns, your optimism returns, and your ability to plan returns. The systems girl in me loves this part that your ability to plan is returning to you. Your long range strategy as a result is able to return. And this is not a surprise coming at this time of the calendar year in this reading because it's about the time of year. People do a lot of annual planning, and so if you haven't had a chance. To even just think about what do I want next year? This three of wands is going to activate that Sagittarius season energy for you, and it's going to tell you that you can look ahead now that the fog is clearing, or maybe it's already gone for you, but you survived the retrograde gauntlet. You get to see the shore now. It's on the card imagery. You get to see the shore, and it is there for you and, and that you're allowed to see it. Somebody in here needs to know that you are allowed to see what you. See, I don't know if it's because somebody in your like nearby community, whether they're an advisor or like a peer or something, but it's almost like they tell you that you shouldn't be seeing something or that that's not what they see or whatever. You know, you're the CEO in when you are driving and your CEO car. You see what you see and you're allowed to, and it's important that you make record of that for yourself. Alright, let's talk about the third card in the base of your pyramid. It is the five of Pentacles. Also upright in this card comes with kind of a bad rap. It's not like a super happy card in the tarot deck, but it really doesn't mean doom and gloom. It really means awareness. In this week's sense, it's awareness about knowing. Where the leaks are, you know where they are. Knowing where your energy has been bleeding, you totally know, knowing what hasn't been working. You also totally know, and the five of Pentacles is where you're saying, we are not doing that anymore. And I feel like that moment arrives this week where you just like stomp your foot on the ground and you're like. No, we're not doing that anymore. That situation does exist. It's not terribly happy, but we're not doing it anymore. It's you calling your spirit back to you, which we talked about a few weeks ago in your readings, and it's you calling your spirit back and being like, get back here right now. It ties directly into the nine year closure cycle, and this is about naming where depletion in your business and your life has lived and frankly thrived on your energetic dime. Thank you very much so you can stop carrying all of that into 2026. You don't need to bring this package into 2026. Leave it in the five of Pentacles and allow yourself to like be a little bit angry about it this week. Somebody in here needs to know it's okay to like not be happy about something. You do not have to be happy about everything. I have a feeling this is related to like holiday shit. Where you're supposed to be like, yay, everybody's so thankful at this time of the year. And you're like, no, I'm not doing that anymore. Like I'm not doing that and I'm not doing that and I'm not doing that. And that's a really powerful thing for you to do for yourself and, and also really good for yourself before the coming year. Alright, middle of the pyramid, we've got our two confirmation cards. We've got eight of swords, which is reversed, and we've got the King of Wands in the upright position. With our eight of swords, this is really the card of liberation. This was in our reading last week as well, and this week, I mean full liberation. And this is mental clarity. It is the disillusion of fear. It is evaporating self-made blocks that you have. This is Mercury direct showing up in the tarot by having this eight of swords reversed. This is Saturn saying. That you know better, but now it's time to act like you know better. So eight of Swords reversed is a moment where you realize you were never trapped, you were just scared. We talked about it last week. It was in the upright position this week. I frigging love that. It is in the reverse position and it is right here in the reading. All right, and then next to it is the King of Wands In the upright position, your King of Wands has the energy of leadership direction. Strategic fire because it is a Wands, which is a fire suite card and embodied authority. Not just authority for authority's sake, but like that quiet authority where it's like I don't have to tell people I'm in charge. They just know I'm in charge. This is the version of you that steps back into your CEO chair with both feet. It, this is not impulsive fire. King of wands is to evolve, to be impulsive. It is very intentional fire. It's like if you say, I know where we're going and why. It's that kind of energy and it is perfect timing for early December. Clarity. So this King of Wands is very creative. He has, you know, done all, he's made all the mistakes. He's been through everything and he says, I may not know how to solve all the problems, but I do know. I do have enough experience so that I can continue solving problems as creatively as possible, and the wands being a fire suite has a lot of creativity wrapped up in it. And all of that takes us to the top of the pyramid, which has your six of Pentacles in the upright position. This is sort of like the crowning energy of the week. So we're talking reciprocity, balance, generosity that doesn't drain you giving, but with the boundaries and receiving. Drum roll please, without guilt, uh, raising my hand because I am learning some big lessons on receiving without guilt lately. So if you are with me. Welcome to my club. This card crowns the whole spread and it really says that everything this week is about energy exchanges. Energy exchanges in business relationships, collaborations, and especially in your self-care because yes, you energy exchange with yourself. So you give what aligns you, withhold what drains, and you receive what's meant for you and in you start to learn this. Skills of making those discernments. If anything. I really feel like the top of the pyramid, this crowning energy of the week is, is really about discernment because you're taking action in some way, shape, or form, but it's so grounded because it's the pentacle suite, so it's earth energy and it's very, very grounded in rooted. So with all of these things in mind, they asked her weather. The main tarot spread. Let's talk about your CEO pillars for the week. So what we have this week for Earth, for your body is the two of Pentacles upright air for your voice is the emperor upright fire. For your energy is the night of Pentacles upright, and then water for your nervous system is the star reversed. So when you put them all together, this is like an internal infrastructure snapping into place and I like to think of your pillars being sort of like more individual homework really for yourself. The two of Pentacles says that you're juggling, but with rhythm now, not chaos. And then you have the emperor, which brings in structure, authority, boundaries, and sovereignty. And your night of Pentacles says to be slow, steady, and do daily consistency, which helps you win the week really. And the night of Pentacles was in our reading last week, and I really love that he's back this week and now I really love that this. Dark caps us off. When it is in reverse, though, it says that your nervous system is hopeful, but still fragile. It needs some gentle pacing this week, not pressure, which goes beautifully with some of this very, very fresh direct energy between, lovely Saturn and Mercury. In between those two things, a little bit of gentleness would be really great. So when you put them all together, you get things like messages about. Leading more steadily and moving more intentionally and having more conscious balance and you know, taking your rest but with honesty. It's a very grounded feeling actually, but it has a little bit of a tired feeling to it. I feel like this week is the beginning of like returning to a whole new way of doing CEO, embodiment. So we're not doing performative leadership, but we're doing real leadership. It's grounded, calm, consistent, and aligned, and this is very new. I am getting a note that you, in this reading, you belong to this list. Like you spend time thinking about these things for yourself. And because you do that, you end up with a way of making sure that you walk into your CEO embodiment journey a little more consciously than most, and what you will probably notice is that amongst your customer base, whoever you serve, whatever it is you serve them with that, you'll know who does the work and who doesn't. I'm being shown, like it's very easy to see who is ready sooner, basically. So while you're doing your curiosity and you're piloting and you're testing, instead of trying to shove full, complete whole funnels out the door, like you are getting a. In this season through pretty much like through January now through January, to identify like, oh, when people are really ready, they act like this. They say things like that. Their actions are different than the people who are doing things like performative leadership or are not grounded and calm, even if they like try to pretend to be that way. Um, like. Everything from our astrology to tarot is saying that anyone who's faking it till they make it is really going to have a hard time faking it. Again, does that mean that it's always a dramatic thing? No, it does not. Most of the time it's just gonna be like, oh, you just notice like, oh, that person just kind of seems like they're full of bullshit. Like every time I see them, they say that they're gonna do X, Y, Z and they just never actually do it. So it's gonna be kind of like things like that but it would be useful data for you so that you. Know how to make better intentional decisions. So let's look at the repeater report so that we can track our trends. Again, we have changed decks as we do every week, and we have a whole bunch of repeaters starting with the justice card, which is about alignment and truth. We have the three of Juan show up again. Again, visioning and future orientation are its themes of the day. We have six app Pentacles, which has shown up again. That is about reciprocity and energetic exchanges. The eight of swords reversed this time. Freedom from mental patterns is the big lesson here. We have king of Wands, which is leadership, fire, energy. The emperor is back talking about boundaries and sovereignty in the star, which is reversed. This time is about honest. Nervous system work. And so when you put those repeaters all together from this week, yes. All those cards were in our reading this week and they are all repeating cards the theme is that you are stabilizing, that your clarity is clearly returning, that you are anchoring your leadership and that your identity is. Definitely preparing for a 2026 start. So congratulations to you because that is not small work. I think it's really important to recognize how much that is not small work. Um, there's a lot of applause from guides this week because sometimes it can be really hard when you're just in the middle of everything happening to realize like, man, you did a lot of work. Somebody in here, you're really like, been shitting on yourself lately that you haven't, you know, achieved some, it feels especially monetary, like some monetary goal. Um, it could also be some other numbers related goal, like, you know, certain amount of subscribers or followers or stuff like that. Marketing stuff and the guides are really adamant that, those things come, they come later. And so, you doing this very longevity type. Work is not a small thing and it's nothing you sneeze at and that you should be really proud of it and it can be really hard to see it while you're in it. So your journaling prompt for the week is where is my next level of leadership asking me to stabilize and not stretch? You are already giving enough.
