Hello, welcome back to your Sunday Woo Crew Private podcast. This is for the week of December the seventh, through December the 13th, 2025. And welcome back my friends, and also a very big. Special warm welcome to everyone who just joined us during the Cyber Monday Flash Sale. You landed in the perfect week to start listening. I mean that really, truly'cause we are wrapping. We are ramping our way up to our Q1 and Q2 2026. Quarterly forecasts, but we are also ramping down on 2025 in this nine universal year, which we're gonna talk about in this week's episode. So first, for everybody, doesn't matter if you're old or new, take a breath, relax your shoulders. Unclench your jaw and just be in the space of receiving. You don't have anything to catch up on. You don't need to study your natal chart. We're not preparing for the LSATs here, and you also don't need to memorize everything we've talked about this year. We do this iteratively week by week. So just let everything land where it lands. Everything is built in layers. We revisit themes weekly. You notice that we don't just magically fix everything in one week. Um, there are a lot of themes that travel for quite some time. Some of them have been. Been, we've been working on them for a long time already this year. So, um, we're gonna grow through repetition and you'll find that the clarity hits differently every time you hear it because you grow and change and so does the energy, and so does all of us as a collective moving through that. So this week we're gonna talk about our businesses. This is the focus here, and it definitely has some clarity. We're gonna start with our astro weather. For the week of Sunday, December the seventh through Saturday the 13th, and we're really just at the current moment standing in an afterglow. It's really like the full lights are on, bartenders are stacking chairs at the nightclub, afterglow. And this is all coming after the December 4th full moon, which happened just last week when you got this reading. So the moon has really not been soft. It has not been subtle. We are also on Sagittarius season, so nothing in Sagittarius season has ever settled it. And it just really has not been like the kind of moon cycle where you're like, I'm gonna have a candle lit bath moment. It's just more like somebody came and flipped on the frigging overhead fluorescent lights, and then you're in like the nightclub of your life and business and it's like, look around. Like really, really look. And I've been feeling and seeing this in the AK field. All week. It's kind of been a really hot mix. Not hot chaos, but. Definitely a hot, maybe fizzy drink mix. Things like seeing yourself more clearly than you really ever have, which is exciting from a CEO perspective because that's always very useful. But also feeling new possibilities, crack open, not a bad thing. And also simultaneously seeing things you'd prefer not to look at. And that's the part that has it feeling a little like. Being at the nightclub, just like five minutes too long, and it's like, yeah, you looked beautiful in the strobe lights. Everybody looks great in the dark. The vibe was vibing. Everyone looked mysterious and successful. Maybe like. 15% taller or is that when people compare their, their revenue numbers and you're like, everyone looks like they made just 15% more and then they call, last call and then the lights snap on and suddenly you're like, oh, oh, this is what I've been standing in. And this is really that feeling of the end of the nine universal year and it's. Gonna do that to you. Nine energy already strips away illusion, and we are at the end of it. So in our nine universal year for the year, 20 25, 2 plus zero, plus two plus five equals nine. When you boil down all the numbers, it ends cycles, it clears karma, it unravels identities and reveals the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Whether you are emotionally ready or not. And so here's the thing, the lights on isn't a one night only event. It goes on again and again. It might kind of feel like Groundhog Day, like the movie. You're not, you're going to be processing. All of the clarity from this full moon all through December and also well into January. Just because December 31st happens and then January 1st happens, doesn't mean you're just suddenly done with one and you start into something else. Um, we, we have a little bit of a, like a gradient, as I like to say. We go through. From, you know, all the shades of gray. Or you could pick whatever other colors on the color wheel you prefer. But because humans and businesses don't just flip like a switch, and we do operate ingredients, you can think about the natural seasons around you like this too. What we're, we're finishing out the season of fall. It's not like all of a sudden the trees are just off, or the leaves are just off the trees. They, they have a period of time where they fall off the trees and the same thing is happening as you go through this season in business. So we ramp up, we ramp down, and we unfold. We are in a big season of, of unfolding right now, and this is why A keeps saying that January 1st. Isn't the real beginning, the real doorway opens on Lunar New Year, which is February the 17th of 2026. We will dive very deeply into this, um, maybe as early as next week. Um, I think I'm gonna do Lunar New Year the following week, but I'm gonna start giving you quarterly, um, forecasts starting next week. So, 'cause there's just so much energy, I don't think I can do it all in one episode. So. In on February the 17th of 2026 is when the fire horse energy kicks in for the lunar New Year and you really get to feel it in your bones, and you honestly won't fully embody the new cycle of all of this transformation that's happening collectively for all of us in business and in life until airy season hits in late March, that is the start of the energetic New Year, so. What's happening in December? Well, December is the time to see everything. January is the time to sort through everything. February is the time to initiate on those things, and then March is the time where you start becoming. So let's talk Transit so you understand the support that you're working with because we are in Sagittarius season. This is big vision zero filter. Sagittarius season really gives you courage to dream bigger. This is not a one-time only deal. This happens every year, um, during Sagittarius season. So even if you know your chart particularly well and you're like, but Mary, I don't have a lot of Sagittarius in my chart. Um, it doesn't matter. Sagittarius is still in your chart. Um, all of us have, you know, kind of a smattering of. Planets in different places. I have lots of houses on my own chart. Some of you have seen this in previous newsletters way back in the day, and you know that I have some, some houses that are. In quotes, empty. But those, but those signs are still very much in my chart and they rule certain houses and how things affect me. So you might have the same thing like me. Um, and it might be specifically around Sagittarius. And so sometimes seasons like this, you just don't feel them quite as strongly. It does not mean that they're not affecting you. And remember, we're talking about business here, so we're really talking about. What's going on with your clients? So one of the big reasons I switched into doing these collective readings instead of doing one-on-one readings, is not just because I just didn't have the time, and it wasn't scalable to do one-on-ones, but it was also because the number one question everyone always had in their business readings was, Mary, how do I, can you throw cards? How do I find more people? What's going on with my customers? Why aren't they buying? How do I get them to do more? Why are people in a funk? You know, trying to figure out the more sticky parts of when we deal with other people, because business is people and, and so this is a really great reminder at this point. And there's somebody in here who doesn't have a lot of stats in their chart. And the reason why I keep talking is 'cause I've got a guide in my ear who's just giving me a lecture and I'm just repeating it as best I can. And we have, this need, whoever this is, you have a need. We all do though. We all have a need, um, to recognize that whatever our personal micro level experience is, you know, you have to also then put on your CEO pants and look back out into the world at the macro, view the collective and think what is going on for my clients because. Even if you are not having specific, um, strong feelings like what we're talking about in this week's reading, you might discover that your client base is, and you know what? If you can see it in them, it means that you're able to communicate with them better. You can time your offers better. You know, if they're really going through a major gradient moment or they're really jarred by the lights coming on in the Cosmic Business Club, then you have a chance. To say like, okay, how do I wanna deliver that better? Like, how do I do better than the person next to me who's not paying attention at all? And, and that's really the goal here. So, so when SAG season is giving you courage to dream bigger, you might be like, I already dream big. Like, I got it. And it's like, okay, but. What happens for the person you're trying to sell to, whether you sell product or you sell a service or whatever. Um, and, and then it gives you the chance to bluntly and honestly admit what hasn't been working. So, Sagittarius season is the perfect mix of like, let's aim at the shiny thing.'cause fire signs, I'm biased'cause I'm a fire sign. But, but it also says, you know, can we also stop lying about what it actually takes to get there? What I love about Sagittarius archetypal energy is that it's very hopeful and it is at the same time, very clarifying, and in this moment where we're at in our unique mix up of all the things going on in the cosmos, it's also this Sagittarius. Season in particular is also pushing you to consider your 2026 identity, and that is where we get some of this juiciness. So let's talk about identity a little bit more by talking about the Mercury retrograde shadow that we're in, because Mercury went direct right before, um, our Black Friday weekend hit. Um, but what we wanna do is make this post retrograde shadow super useful. So. This is really the review and the integration zone. If Mercury retrograde was like a rewiring of things, the shadow post retrograde shadow that we're in now is like getting the user manual and having it just like land in your lap and you're like, oh, now I, now I see what I'm doing. It's like opening your IKEA furniture box and starting to put things together and then realizing maybe you should look at the pictorials. That would be me. This is the moment where you see. What's inefficient right now? What's draining, what's outdated, what belongs in the trash, and what is going to belong in 2026 instead of 2025? So I'm really calling this the lights on clarity phase, just like talking about the lights coming on in the nightclub. And I have to say it is super accurate. I have not been able to see anyone else's business, including my own in any other way. Um, and I feel like seeing this right now, understanding that basically the rest of December is this bullet points of in figuring out what's inefficient and draining and outdated and what you need to take out to the trash or the recycling and what you are going to then. Bring forward into 2026, what belongs there to be worked on there instead of trying to work on it here. So this might be why many of you are suddenly getting the urge to reorganize things, rewrite things, restructure or renegotiate things that you've tolerated all year, maybe even longer than this ear. So you might say, well, Mary, that's a lot of res. Don't the res belong in a Mercury retrograde? And I would say yes, but we are in a post retrograde shadow, and sometimes what you go through during that mercury retrograde finally gives you concrete things that you can focus on to actually do the res, reorganize, rewrite, restructure, and so forth, renegotiate. So just keep going wherever you're at. Just keep. Going And then we also had Saturn that turned direct right at the end of November, right before Black Friday and, or it was on the Black Friday weekend, I think. Um, and so we're talking about structure returning, but it, it feels more soft this time and Saturn, and it's because Saturn is in Pisces. It has gone direct back into Pisces. Um, it has a feeling of like a zen gardener. You know, I love me, my gardening analogy. And it's telling you things like, you know, your intuition's super cute, but can it actually support your life And, you know, are like, like are you looking at things in a way where it's also grounded in the practical realities? Having dreams are beautiful, but like, can we prune the ones that are overgrown? Um, if you have, you know, plants in your garden and your bushes are overgrown, the really beautiful flowers that come out actually don't have a chance to like really thrive. They do grow. They do happen. They're just not as big and lus as they could be. And then you, it's this, this cosmic gardener is also saying that, you know, boundaries need reinforcement. It's sort of like making sure that your fencing is upright in your garden. It's like, no, really? Can you please go recheck that one section? So when we have Saturn direct, it means that you're ready for implementation again, but. This time doing it gently, not just because it's in Pisces, but also just with everything else that's been going on. Like be gentle with yourself. You can discipline yourself and your business and your plans without punishment. You can have structure that does not have rigidity. You can exercise your authority without self bullying. And, and these are really the lessons right now. Like, can you do it more softly? This is that yin energy, the divine feminine that's really coming into everything that we are working on and going through. Um, which I have a very strong feeling it's gonna come up a lot more in 2026. Um, and so because we are also starting over on a one universal year, a whole fresh. Cycle of one through nine starting, um, in January, 2026. So, um, so we'll talk about that in the quarterly forecast as we get closer to it. And then other things that are happening in the cosmos, we have Mars, which is still going strong in Capricorn. This is really building a new track. Um, Mars and Capricorn is, operates a lot like a hefty CEO engine. It says things like, I've seen broken parts of the roller coaster and identified rust, and I'm really ready to start rebuilding track that gets me somewhere. The visual that I had when I was, you know, looking at the astrology and doing my channeling to get ready to record for this today, um, I kept seeing the ride at Disney World. The one where you're in Space Mountain. Space Mountain is the ride. And um, I used to work for Disney and um, I had the privilege one time of being at the park, um, when they do all their maintenance in the middle of the night and all the lights are on. And I've seen some people who have like posted photos where like a ride breaks down and they turn on the lights and you get to see what's really on the inside. And you know, Disney's famous for making these indoor rollercoasters that are essentially just optical illusions. So you ride them in the dark and then they have lights on and it gives you this experience. But when the lights are on, you realize that. It's really not a very large space and it's also really dingy and it's just not attractive. And, and I kept getting this image of like this old indoor roller coaster and it's just like. Yeah, we kind of need a facelift, like, can we turn the lights back off again, please? The cosmos, the astrology that we keep living through just keeps forcing us to turn the lights back on. And this is, um, not something I'm terribly surprised about, because I love numerology and going from an end of a nine into the beginning of a one, just already has that. Feeling to it, but living through it is a whole other experience. So here we are. Um, Mars and Capricorn is definitely like a follow through that you prayed for back in April, but didn't get, so you can really think back to what was going on more towards springtime and think about like, what was I just like. Oh, I need to get this thing, I need to get this thing, I need to move forward, you know? Um, and, and now you're starting to get it. I, I am getting a note from some guides that it doesn't mean that you're getting all of it. There's, there's a real big mix here. I I'm hearing that there's like someone in here where you're not supposed to get the thing you thought you were getting in April, like. I feel like it's not that you don't deserve it or you shouldn't have, it's just, it's outdated. Like the world doesn't want that anymore or the world, um, the, the business landscape that you operate in, like that thing is, I tired and expired, uh, or people don't consume things in that way anymore or whatever. And, and so you're meant to get like a piece of that. But you're, but you're meant to use that and then move forward and start building the new thing, which is the perfect segue to help us get into our tarot spread. So after we do our astrology weather, we move into tarot. This is the tarot for the week of December, seventh through the 13th. And this week, every week, I, I change decks. This week we're using the Margaret Peter Sinero, which I don't really use very often when I'm doing my readings for y'all. But this deck is honestly, 'cause it's, the energy of this deck is really intense. It was painted by, um, a woman who is, um, a German artist. She's from Berlin and she painted 78 paintings. She's a longtime tarot practitioner, and it's. So intuitive. It's very feminine, very yin, very soft, incredibly non-linear. And it's so like cosmic, whenever I read from it, it's like diving right into the target zone of the Akashic Residency records residency and, and it's like, it's literally like going into the. Personal home of the center of the Akashic Records and it's like, no, we're not sitting in like the receiving parlor. We're going like right into the bedroom and it's disguised as art. And I find it fascinating, but it is a lot to work with. But it was calling to me from a shelf and so I pulled it out this week. So, um, we're gonna use this for our business reading. There's a reason why it's calling. And then at the end of this, we're gonna do our repeater report as we have been doing for, I don't, what, a couple months now. More than that. Maybe it's been like the whole quarter we've been doing that, but because I I change decks every week, it's been really fascinating to see which cards are repeating because we're really seeing a journey as we're going through all of our growth moments in this crazy business journey that we're on together. So, um, we're gonna do a pyramid spread. There are three cards at the base of the pyramid. There's two in the middle and then one at the top. I have the spread for the cards also listed in the show notes for this podcast episode. I know that there's, um, more than one of you now. There's, there's a couple of you who really like seeing that before you dive in. So you can grab your own deck, pull out those cards, lay them out, and then follow along. So even though I'm using a deck, and I'll be honest with you, I have not met any other tarot readers and I go to tarot conferences and everything. I've never met anyone in all my more than 25 years of reading for clients who has used this deck. I found it when I lived in Austin, Texas, in a used bookstore. And, um, I've never found it since. Um, I know that it's been produced in other places, but I just think there's something really magical about this deck. Um, so, so this deck is gonna have some really interesting energy for us. I will translate it so we bring it back into, you know, the archetype of tarot. And, and for you, whatever deck you're reading, um, sometimes the descriptions that I give you for this reading can sometimes give you more words or some more context for how you connect and feel with your cards, which can be a really cool experience. So let's start with the base of the pyramid. we have the nine of flames. That's what she calls it in this deck. That would be the nine of wands. So it's flames is for fire and wands in your tarot deck is the fire suite. So the nine of flames upright followed by the Sun of Cups. Reversed. And so she calls it the son. Um, that would be your Knight of Cups. And um, she has the daughters and the sons, and then mothers and fathers. And so the son of Cups is your, would be the equivalent of your Knight of Cups. And then we are followed by, on the base, by the devil. Big major arcana energy. That also is in the upright position. This happens a lot. We have two upright cards. Book ending, a reverse card in the middle, or sometimes reverse where it's too reverse on the outside. Upright in the middle. I dunno why this happens. It's really fascinating 'cause again, the decks get changed every single week. Um, but here we are. We've got two upright on the outside, a reversal in the middle, and I just feel like there is a story that is shaping up here. You're gonna see it as we move our way on up the pyramid. But let's start with nine of flames or nine of wands. This is really energy of exhaustion, but awakening, I mean, also kind of makes sense, right? Like we're in December, we're at the end of the year. You've pushed through some pretty heavy stuff this year, you kind of have to be living under a rock, not to see that. It's been an emotional marathon for a lot of people in business. Um, we have gone through a whole like logical business cycle. It's been a calendar year. And also there's a belief that you, there's, there's a belief that you've been carrying that you finally outgrew and now you can actually see what that cost you. It's not a defeated sort of feeling. It's more like a holy shit, I survived it and now I can like see everything and I am not deluding myself kind of a way. And so that's really that nine of ones. Feeling. Um, it, it, there's been a lot of work to get to this point and somebody's guiding here is saying that you need to hear that. If, if you have not given yourself credit for how much work you've done this year, even though you're like dogging on yourself, I haven't made enough money or I haven't done enough this, it's always something like, I haven't done enough. Fill in the blank, and you're being encouraged to realize like, holy shit. That was a lot of work. It took a lot of work to get to this point. The point that I'm at is not about material things like. Dollars in the bank, or numbers of subscribers or whatever, like those things come, that's like a different part of building on this journey. But in order to get those things, you have to have done the actual labor, the nine of wands upright, nine of flames upright is the labor. And in this deck, that feeling of labor was really apparent and it was. Just like, like, wow. Okay. We're gonna kick off the reading with that. Alright, so we'll move down the line to the Son of Cups. Your Night of Cups reversed. This is really like a collapse of fantasy and the end of projection, and it's a dissolving of emotional illusions. Remember that the Cups suite is all about your emotions. So you're seeing people in situations as they are, not as you hoped they'd be. This Sun of Cups or Night of Cups is reversed. It is not upright. If it was upright, it would be your night and shining ar armor offering you a cup full of emotion and love, you know? And it's like, no, that's not what's happening here. You're seeing things for what they are not as you'd hoped they'd be. And this is deeply tied to that full moon energy in the end of the nine year that we talked about in our astrology. Forecast, this is, you know, you've done the work, the nine of flames, you now see things for what they are, sun of Cups, but reversed. And then we move into the devil in the upright position. It's just like a big hollow, hello friend. This guy just, he like honestly refuses to leave us alone. I, I, I'm not offended. I'm not offended. I'm like, well, thanks for sticking with us.'cause he is like, I'm not done giving you my, my, you know, living room. Ted talk, the devil upright here is in this reading this week is really like big on pattern recognition. So you're asking yourselves questions like. Why am I still doing, fill in the blank? Why am I still tolerating? Fill in the blank. Why does this person still have access to me? Why am I still performing this outdated identity? And the devil says, you're sober enough now in our lovely cosmic nightclub, you're sober enough now to tell the truth. So it's really liberation disguised as discomfort. I would argue I would be the devil's, the devil's advocate to the devil. Ha ha. Um, I would argue that, that you don't get the liberation without the discomfort. and I really feel that the devil showing up again, we're gonna talk about this in the repeater report'cause he has been hanging out with us. He's like, he's like that friend that just has infinite energy and just insists on tagging along every time you go somewhere. It's like every week, there he is again. And, and I feel like at the end of this nine year, he's also punctuating like, now is the time to deal with the discomfort things. Because you are liberating yourself before you walk through that January doorway. Now that doesn't mean that you get to January and you're like, oh, I didn't finish dealing with all my discomfort. There's no way in holy hell that's gonna happen. So, you know, you're still gonna have some work to do, but, but to become more aware, more conscious now and, and not run away from it. Not be like, oh, I'm gonna distract myself. Oh, I'm gonna go make myself super busy. Oh, I'm gonna go put together, you know, another. I don't know. Something that I don't need to do in my business. Somebody keeps writing sales pages. I don't know who you are. Stop it. The the first one was fine. Stop rewriting it and like do the work. What is the work that you actually need to do? It involves people. This has been going on for months. We have been talking about the people equation. There are people who have access to you or groups you belong to, which are not helping their energy drains most of the time. This is not dramatic, it's just not dramatic. It's just like I hang onto this membership, it's kind of like a pity payment to these people, and it's like, I don't actually like, wanna do it. Um, and, and that, you know, is answering the question like, why am I still performing this outdated identity? And, and that is a big question that is being asked of you. Now all of this takes us up to the middle of the pyramid, into, um, into the justice card, which is our first card in the middle of the pyramid. So we've got justice upright on the left, and then the five of feathers reversed on the right. And the five of feathers is the equivalent of the five of swords. Feathers, equal swords because it's the air suite. And so I, I love in this deck that it's feathers and not swords.'cause swords feel really sharp. The air suite is really like thoughts and consciousness and you know, on one hand swords, you know, it really like cuts through the bullshit, but there's something about feathers that really helps you get up into sort of like the ether of your third eye and your higher guidance and your higher knowing. And I really love that energy in, in this particular deck. So you can see what it looks like for you and your deck. Probably a five of swords in reverse. Um, or if they chose to use, you know, a different type of, um. Visual other than feathers or swords, but, but we, we move up from the devil to justice, so we tell ourselves the truth. We stop pretending like we don't see it, and then we move up to justice. And this is really like our confirmation that begins to show up here. With justice in this deck, and particularly we're talking about balance returning and definitely not karmic punishment, but karmic clarity. Justice in this deck especially is like the spreadsheet of your soul. You're asking yourself what's true now, what still fits, what gets archived and what must be released with love? This is decision making power that's returning to you. It's not. In a justice outside of yourself, justice is within you. The decision making power is within you. It's not, the decision isn't given to you, nothing's happening to you. You are an active participant in this process. And then that gets us to the five of feathers or five of swords. Reversed and I love me anytime a five card ends up reversed in a reading because the fives reversed is really like you. You did the task at hand, you, you accomplished it. In this case, it's mental battles because swords, air, sweet consciousness, thoughts. So the mental battles are really dissolving at this point, and it's the moment where you stop arguing with old versions of yourself. And I feel like you're gonna feel that argument, kind of that internal argument start to dissipate as you get closer and closer to January. And the whole point is not to run away from it. If you run away from it, you, you don't actually like finish dissolving it. So the goal here is how do you stay within some of that personal discomfort? And stop trying to win fights that don't matter. Like to look at something and be like, eh, that just doesn't matter anymore because indifference is the, the hottest ticket of the day here. It's not anger, it's not love, it's indifference. It's like I, yeah, that just doesn't matter to me anymore. You take all the power back to yourself. We, we've talked in the last. Two, three weeks now about calling your, calling your spirit back to yourself. And this is, this is that for those of you who were with those readings, and if you're brand new, you can go back and listen to those. Um, but stop trying to win fights that don't matter. You are calling your spirit back to you, stop performing in survival mode. You're like, no, I'm, I'm a hundred percent here. I'm here, I'm in the moment. I'm not spread across timelines. It's. Finding peace through surrender the the best kind of surrender, which isn't like, okay, I concede, or, okay, I give up, or, oh, I guess I'm throwing in the towel on that. No, that's not surrender. That's giving up. Surrender is like, yeah, I just don't need to do that anymore. Like that, just, that just isn't. Important anymore. Um, the thing that is important is over here, and the devil is holding the line for you on this, and it's so incredibly transformative and I think this is so fricking beautiful to have this as your confirmation level in the middle of the pyramid. And then we move up to the top of the pyramid, which is the crowning energy for this week, and we have the four of feathers or four of swords reversed. So in traditional tarot decks, this is considered one of the timeout cards. And when it is in reverse, we're talking about having a rest cycle that sometimes gets forced upon you through burnout. Hopefully it is chosen. Last week, this showed up in our pillars and we were talking about the four of swords being about like. Finding rest and figuring out what rest means for you, especially through, you know, busy holiday seasons that are wrapping, that are ramping up. And so we're talking about rest cycles ending and waking up from honestly a, a burnout sleep. I am hearing from someone's guide that the burnout for some of you is not necessarily physical. Um, and it is. For some of you, it is emotional and mental and it is not necessarily a physical burnout if you're in the physical burnout category with me High five Go team. Um, but I can tell you that this, this energy is so strong coming out of the Thanksgiving week, leading into this week's reading, and it has a very strong feeling of agency that's returning. Your brain is booting back online. It could be many other things booting back online too, but it's really the beginning of forward motion. We're not sprinting right now. We're walking with purpose, and your goal is not to try to run before you walk here. I love this in the crowning energy of the week because you can look at it for yourself. I feel like I don't know that I've met anybody this year. Who hasn't been feeling some gradient or variant of this? And then when you think about it on the macro level with your clients and your audience and people that you're trying to, you know. Woo into being in your world with you, um, hopefully to buy things from you and to become your super fans so that you can grow your business. You know, they're going through this right now too. And so, um, you know, there has been a, there have been some, a. Early people, um, you know, showing us some really beautiful possibilities coming out of this like Black Friday small business Saturday period of time. They've done some great sales, they've had some good data that came through and, and, and then. They're really showing like what the possibility is. And so, you know, if you've been in a period of reinvention right now, um, you know, it's really helpful to know that your audience is also going through that right now, which explains so much about. Purchasing behaviors, marketing behaviors, subscription behaviors, like all the things, right? And so, so you can look at things and just know that the more you take care of yourself, the, this is so interesting. The words are being fed to me. The more you take care of yourself, the more you, um, pick up speed faster, essentially. So that you are getting the benefits of having rested smartly and not being forced to rest through burnout. And it allows you to show up in a way where you're best aligned. You know, customers who are ready are also coming out of this and they're like, okay, I'm ready now. And that really comes after the new year in that one cycle. So we're gonna do our CEO pillars. Um, these are our pillars that I like to think of them like homework. and it's a way for you to kind of dial in on like, what do I need as a CEO this week? And we're gonna do them for your, for Earth air, fire, water. That's the order I like to do it in. Um, earth is for your body. That is the Father of Cups reversed in this deck. That would be the King of Cups reversed for normal ducks. So Earth for Body is King of Cups reversed. Um. Air for your voice is the mother of flames reversed. So in a traditional deck, that'd be the queen of wands reversed. And then, fire for your energy is the chariot test upright, which is the chariot, major arcana in a regular deck, and then water is for your nervous system and that's the five of flames or five of wands reversed. In this deck. So when we put all of these together for your pillars, we're talking about your emotional body being tender. Inspiration is a little inconsistent right now. I feel like I wrote inconsistent when I put my notes down here, but I'm really feeling like it's really distracted. Um, I feel like inspiration is really distracted right now, which makes sense. It's the holiday season and you're seeing other people do things and you're just like, oh, I could do that. I could do that. Um, so it's a little bit like squirrel, squirrel brain moments. And then your willpower is really alive right now though, which is fantastic. Um, but your conflict tolerance right now is also like. Ma, major zero. Major zero. You're just like, I just can't take bullshit right now. When you put all of these together, it just means that like, especially this week, your emotions are messy. Your voice feels a little uncertain, but your direction is finally getting a lot clearer and you're done fighting battles that you've outgrown. I love that the chariot or the chariot Tess upright here is really the star of our pillars this week. She's the one who walks out of our cosmic business nightclub. She's got her keys in her hand, and she's whispering to herself like, I know exactly where I'm going. Now. She, she's not like, oh, who am I taking home with me? Oh, where am I going next? Oh, I don't know. She's like, no, I got a plan. I got a whole plan. I'm gonna burn down the world. I got a plan. So I, I would say for this week, let those reversals unravel whatever's old and stagnant. We've talked about that in the astrology. We've talked about it in your tarot. Let that chariot test. Lead the new way and, and let that five of flames reversed. Quiet the noise, because that is just gonna be your internal diagnostic tool. You do not have to go out there and be like, I have no tolerance for this. Everybody shut up. Remember, like, the most powerful thing is indifference. It's like, I'm done. I'm just, I'm done with that. I don't have tolerance for that. I'll walk away. Let me go put my energy where it belongs right now, because the next chapter's coming and you really don't need to force anything. You just need clarity. So let's look at our repeaters. Speaking of clarity, we had the devil show up again. Our favorite friend lately. It means that we're still clearing attachments, not a bad thing. Also, very on time with the end of a nine universal year cycle. We've got, what, three more Sundays left, I think in the month of December, and then, um. We had our queen or queen of flames or wands, um, reversed. We're talking about continuing to shed identity, um, identity traits that just aren't, aren't, you aren't yourself, you know, you might have picked something up over the years and have been. You know, mimicking it or modeling it and trying to, trying to make it work, and you're just like, it's just not me. And it's like, oh wait. Oh shit. That really isn't me. Let me just put that down. And then we've had a lot of fives over the last few weeks. Oh my goodness. We've had so many fives. I would say dare say. A couple of months, and so we're talking instability. The fives are not really instable. They're just not a number that you rest on, but it's really about breakthroughs. The fives are meant to be moved through. You're not meant to settle in them and get all comfy in them. You're meant to do something, take action and move through. There's been a lot of pushes toward taking action, and then we have a lot of swords. Um, releasing. We have a lot of mental noise that's fading. We've had chariot themes show up quite a few times. This is directional clarity that is really emerging. So we're kind of in this like primordial cosmic soup in our business world right now, and there's been a lot of wands, fatigue. They've been in reverse a lot. And so we're talking burnout, detox. Um, we didn't have a ton of Pentacles this month, but um, but when they have shown up, we, we get a lot of. Of restructuring about what you give? I don't think we really have a whole lot of, let me just scroll back up through. Um, we don't have, we don't have any, oh, we have no earth energy. This, we have no earth energy this week. Um, so, well, I'll be curious to see what happens next week with that. Um, I would say that your cosmic, um. Your cosmic through line is really unmistakable here. You're ending patterns, shedding personas, you're seeing the truth, you're preparing to rebuild. And instead of like being in a race to rebuild, you're, it's slow and intentional and honestly really powerful. Um, if you see anybody who's racing around right now, just remember that doesn't belong to you. I don't know who that belongs to, um, but I keep seeing somebody. Like, I'm looking through your eyes, like you're watching somebody run around. It's, they're very frenetic. I don't want any part of that. Um, but, but that, no, no, that's, that's not act, that's not actual grounded business growth. So you don't need to fix anything right now. You just need to name things and be really conscious about it. That's a holdover from last week too. That is the work of the nine year. You have these, this beautiful three, two-ish week stretch where you have time to do that work. And then the one year we'll take it from there. When we cross through the line to the one, does it mean that you have to do this perfectly before the end of the nine year? I've gotta say this before I stop recording. Somebody needs this. Um, your guide keeps telling me, you, you are not going to like, figure out all the things that need to be done. No. But the goal is like, whatever's in front of you right now, can you deal with that? Let's handle it now and then that way, whatever continues to come up over time because it will, you will be in a better position, you'll have better skills, you'll have better practice, and you'll be able to deal with it even if it shows up during the one year or the two year or the three year, right?
