Beyond the Solo Leader Why Movements Need the Whole Body

When one leader becomes the functional center, the body can become passive, the leader can become exhausted, and the church can remain underdeveloped.

Drawing from Ephesians 4:7–16, Thomas explains that Jesus did not abandon His church when He ascended. He gave gifts, poured out His Spirit, and distributed His ministry across His body so the whole church could mature and function together.

This episode reminds listeners that no pastor, leader, apostle, prophet, evangelist, shepherd, or teacher is big enough to replace Jesus. The church does not need one person trying to be everything. The church needs the whole body growing up into Christ, with every part doing its work.
