It’s common to hear that teams are performing well, delivery is steady, and ceremonies are running smoothly.
 And yet, progress feels slower than it should. Decisions drag. Learning stalls. Tension shows up elsewhere in the system.

In this episode, I explore the idea of the healthy team illusion — the moment when teams appear fine on the surface, but organisational constraints quietly limit their effectiveness.
