What does Primary Aim mean?

- Is that innermost driving force, the source of your vitality, vision, and commitment, that motivates you to your highest levels of energy.

Why is it so important?

1. Knowing your Primary Aim, your driving force, is essential to reaching the top of your mountain, if you will.
2. Understanding why you are doing what you are doing.
3. Gives you the strength you need to be successful
