Holy Moly! Backstage has purchased Voice123 and in our industry, this doesn't happen very much. In fact, Voice123 was the first P2P company to be created and now is owned by Backstage.

This is massive news for me because Backstage also acquired Mandy in the past year and some other online creative gig companies.

Since Backstage has been an online bridge for film, TV, and the stage, even with the Union, this is a big deal for the gig economy.
