After a long break (sorry you guys) I'm back and I'm talking about the freedom we can experience when we identify, name and label our emotions and archetypes. There's a power in putting words or stories to how we feel, or what we're experiencing, and in being able to articulate this, we can understand ourselves better, respond with compassion, and stop battling against who we are.
