Yes, only 20 to 30% of us around the world have cheek dimples. Worth noting, I'm sorry. Now, in 2023, John Rom took home the green jacket. And I know some of you are probably asking, do John Rom have dimples? Now, according to my research team, myself and I, John doesn't have dimples, but we're giving him an honorary mention because his wife, Kelly, she has dimples. She has cheek dimples. Hey, shout out to my team. They stayed working. Speaking of staying consistent, in 2024, Hattie Scheffler stepped up again and delivered another championship performance. And in 2025, its official Roy McElroy gets it done, representing for the Cleft Chin crew. So now we're looking at a two-year official run of Dimple Champions. And now, as the founder and chief dimples officer of National Dimples Day, I think it's time to give the winner a nickname. Let's see, the Master's Big Papa. Nah, that's taken. A standard golf ball has anywhere from 300 to 500 dimples, and every single one is engineered for performance. Without dimples, the ball will travel about half the distance. It will rise, then fall, and I mean fast. No stability, no control. But with the dimples, everything changes. They create what's called turbulence airflow going around the ball, reducing drag, increasing lift. Now add in a back spin, now the ball stays in the air longer, travels further, and flies much straighter. That's the difference between an average shot and a highlight.
