Tell us your story! We'd love to hear from you!
In this episode of Mindful Moments, Maya Williams-Furaha and Emma Valgora dive into one of the most personal, and often most challenging, aspects of mental health: talking about it within our families.
Maya and Emma explore how families talk about mental health, what differences exist between generations, and what room there is to break the stigma both inside the family and in our larger communities. They talk about what genuine support looks like to them, even when the conversation feels uncomfortable.
