Your Plan is in High Demand
To "Plan" is a significant resource that carries an eternal existence in the daily foundation of life. No matter the day of the week, each one requires a plan of action which ultimately can determine positive versus negative outcomes. Whether we realize this or not, our "output" actions have come to outweigh our "input" actions with regard to the plan. To further elaborate, more and more people today are in a rush to complete a task(s) so they tend to opt for a verbal over written perspective. Such plans are expected to be received and executed without setbacks which is much more than often not the case (input). On the other end (output), such plans typically result in more work being done than what was necessary to mitigate failure. My belief is that we've lost the 50/50 input-to-output plan and have fallen more in favor of the 70/30 output-to-input plan because of our "just get it done period" mentality. At the end of the day, and whether we see it or not, we must level up and understand that the value of the "50/50 plan" will always be in high demand, so stay tuned weekly and be sure to subscribe today!

The Harper Family Trespasser Tragedy
Hello All!
Please do me a great favor and take a moment and think about your homes…Your families…You know those key things such as where you live and how you live daily. Are you in a private community or a community that is open to drive directly into and out of? Is the community safe? Are the people in your community good people? Do you have specific worries because of where the community that you live in is located?
Take a listen to the story regarding the Harper Family Trespasser Tragedy. The Harpers meet a nice younger couple who states that they checked out a home for sale within the community and is interested possibly moving into it. The couple and the Harpers hit it off and hit it off so well that Dad Harper invites the couple in to meet the family and tour the home. He even tells them that the family is packing for a weekend camping trip but fails to tell them that it is only an overnight trip. The Harpers, like most of the community, believe their community is super safe, despite a recent break-in. They get too comfortable and fail to ensure the home is secured before going to bed on the evening they returned from the camping trip. Unfortunately, the failed plan to ensure the home was completely secure cost the family the most valuable thing ever, and that is life!
