Listen carefully! There has never been a moment in time in which anyone can successfully say that they have lived life without having an effective daily plan. I mean, just think about it: We generally start and end our days with a standard routine that changes from time to time but mostly a minor scale, or it changes when an unexpected situation is forced upon us. So, if you do not know what life would be like without ever having an effective daily plan, then you should know that life without one equals chaos, anger, disappointment and ultimately failure.
So, to give you insight as to life as it relates to an effective daily plan, here is an important formula for you to remember:
Quality of Life = Questions Asked which = Questions Answered which = Primary + Alternate Decisions Made which ultimately = Effective Daily Planning & Living
So, whether we prepare to start our day or end our day, it is vital that having an effective daily plan can ultimately determine our positive outcomes outweighing our negative ones, versus the other way around. I mean, let's face it, over the years we have become a much more reactive society vice a proactive one which has led so many negative, life-altering outcomes within our homes, our communities, our schools and our workplaces.
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.

Listen...Regardless of who you are, everyone has encountered the "fear of failure." You have had a great thought or idea and made the decision to shoot for the stars, only to realize that you are too afraid to go forth with the matter so you simply stop. I mean, you took a great deal of time and effort to sincerely hone in on what was exactly needed to implement the idea. What's even worse is that you researched the idea to find like ideas and learned that your idea and the actions needed to perfect it makes it one of a kind.
At the end of the day, God has given us all the responsibility of helping others that are in need. Yes, we are human and the fear of failure can deter us at any given time, but always remember that you were already given the will power to succeed.
Now, please do me a big favor and hit that play button and let's go forward with (6) steps designed to help you defeat the fear of failure and achieve the dream that God has specifically designed just for you!

Hey hey, what's up out there again, everybody? I'm your host, Greg Mac of the You Better Plan on the Podcast. Catch me every Tuesday by way of YouTube at 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Or go to www.ybetterplan on the podcast.botsprout.com and catch me on one of your favorite sites. Also, do me a favor, hit that subscribe button, because there's plenty more to come and I don't want you to miss a thing. Now, with that said, let's go ahead on and talk about the topic of today. And that is going to be fear of failure. Again, fear of failure. So before I go into that, I'm just going to tell you, all of you know that's been tuning in and watching and listening and whatnot, that everything I do is centered around having an effective daily plan. Because you can't do anything without having one, whether you believe it or not. So this particular topic, this is about having an effective daily plan or having an effective plan. This fear of failure. Now, this fear of failure involves everyone. Everyone of Sound Mind and Body has experienced that fear of failure. You wanted to do something, you had the idea, you know that it will work, you believe that it will work, you trusted it work, you talk to other people about it, you've done your research. But then when the time comes to put it in play and execute, we fall short because of that fear of failure. And everybody goes through it. You want to go and do something and challenge yourself. And then when the time comes to give it a shot, you back off because you're afraid that boom, that fear of failure is going to punch you right in the face. So I can tell you, I'm living proof about the fear of failure. I talked about podcasting. For years. People talked to me about podcasting for years. And that little fear of failure that, ah, I don't know, man. That's probably not for me. I don't know if I can do that. I even had an idea, thoughts about it, wrote down things, documented things about what I would do, what I would say, how I would go about it. And I turned around and had a chance to do this some years ago. And I didn't even do it because fear of failure punched me right in the face because I allowed it to, you know, and the thing that we do is it's right there for us. And the opportunity is there. And then you know you can do it, but then you turn around and you go the opposite direction just because that fear of failure creeps in, or you listen to people tell you negative things, or you see and hear negative things about podcasting, and man, that's too big of a risk, you know, and you do your research, and it forces you to take a step back. And then instead of you moving forward, you go back. And then not only do you take a step or two back, you about face and just completely run from it. We all, everybody of sound, mind, and body, we've all been through it. You know, it doesn't matter whether you're on the job or at a school or got some kind of project going on and whatnot, that fear of failure creeps in and then it takes effect. You know, God's given us all the grace and ability to do great things. But instead of going for it, we just don't. We just leave it be. And then you have this big idea sitting by the wayside that could benefit so many others. And we are human beings, so we run away from what we're able to do, what we're capable of doing. And you know what? Whether you believe it or not, it's a responsibility. It really is. If you have something that's going to benefit others, family, friends, loved ones, this world, and you don't do it, you left a responsibility in hiding that you have the ability to do. And I understand it, like I said, we're human beings, so yeah, we get there, get nervous, get shaken up, and but you know, the excitement part, like, oh man, I can really do this. It sounds so good. And then you think about it and you dig deep and you get the ideas and you got everything you want in the way that you want it, and you know exactly where to go with it. But then the execution phase is you know what? I think I probably need to just leave this be. And then here you go, two, three, four, five, ten years later, it comes up again. And you hear about it again, you think about it again, because it will never leave you nor forsake you. It's just like the Lord. Never leave you nor forsake you. That idea will ride you, ride you, ride you. I mean, five, ten years down the road, podcasting just dog me. Off and on, back and forth. Not gonna do it. Now I'm doing it, and you know what? I'm happy. So, without further ado, here's what I want you to do. I'm gonna give you six steps.
SPEAKER_00
Six steps. And then you take it from there. Six steps and you take it from there.
SPEAKER_01
First thing you're gonna do is whatever idea of thought that you had that you have, I want you to put it on paper. Now make sure it's a good, strong thought that you put in on paper. That topic, that title, make sure it's a really good strong thought process that you put into it. So it captures people. Just like podcasting, you know, your topics will draw people. Like this topic I'm talking about is fear of failure. That's something that draws people's attention because everybody goes through it. So, what is your topic? That's step one. Step two requires work, detailed work. Think about what your idea is, and step by step, from step A to step Z, put down everything that involves your topic. This is your implementation phase. How would you implement this? Is what you're doing for step two. Every detail. You don't need to rush it or nothing. And most of us already know because you've been thinking about it for years and years and years, and a lot of times you've already put it on paper or you have it somewhere in your archives. That's just a second step. Step three is to put down what this particular idea or thought that you have will do to benefit not only you, not only your family, but others. And you want to put that in detail. What is it going to do? I mean, why should they stop and take a look and listen? Now, step four. I want you to find some very honest friends and family members, people who will tell you to your face what they think and not give you the yes man thing or the yes woman thing. I want you to just run it by them. You don't need to show them. You already know what you're talking about. Just run it by them to see what they think. People on your job, people at the schools that you're at, people around the way that you know very well, who are very matter of fact, get the opinionated people. Those are the ones who are really good to get. And see what their thoughts are. Get that feedback, that constructive criticism, that good gouge of information, and see what they think.
SPEAKER_00
Now, step five. Take a look at what you put into play, what you plan to put into play.
SPEAKER_01
Think about the things that those folks that gave you that feedback said to you, and write down something positive, one positive thing in detail, and one negative thing in detail. Not all grouped together, just one positive thing in detail. I mean something powerfully positive versus the one negative thing in detail. Now within that same step, step five, now go back and put prayer on it. Period. Go back and put that prayer on it.
SPEAKER_00
And then in step six, the final step, take what you have, because the prayer's already been put on it, and execute it.
SPEAKER_01
There are gonna be things that fail because they're meant to fail. So you don't need to have the fear of failure because there's some things that's gonna fail, whether you have fear of failure or not. But you've already put the prayer on it. God's got it from there.
SPEAKER_00
He's got you covered. Put it into play.
SPEAKER_01
Now, I understand that if you have a really huge idea, it's going to take some time. So these are not just six steps that you're just going to just rush right through and get it done all inside of two or three days. There are some things that you will be able to do probably within a week or so. And then there are things that might take months to do because you got to lay it out. That's why in your implementation, implementation phase and step two, you got to put all the details in the play that you can think of that you already know, and you really know them because it's your idea and you've been thinking about it for a long time. But that final step, you know, now I'm ready. It's like podcasting. I use these six steps and it worked for me. Now it took me a while to do it. And a lot of this is going to take everyone else a while to do it. And some people are going to be able to do things because it's a short, quick idea that's ready to go right now. And it might take you just three or four days to do everything you need to do, and then bam, another week or two, and it's already off and rolling. Then there'll be other things that take a long time to do. But you want to do it, so get rid of the fear failure. Put it into play. The prayer's already been put on it, and let God take it from there. Six steps. You know, and I'll even give you a seventh step.
SPEAKER_00
Pray every day. Every day.
SPEAKER_01
Get you one in in the morning, get you one in in the evening. It don't have to be nothing long and drawn out. Just get you one in. Prayer is good. You know, I know people probably go, oh, he's getting religious. Yeah, well, you can call it religious if you want to, but I'm telling you, prayer changes things, and it has gotten me graciously far in life. It's done great things. I mean, I believe it and I receive it every day. So, with that said, you've had six steps given to you. Go back and do a review of those steps, and then put your idea, your thought into play because if you you have a responsibility to help others, we all do. And I want you to do that. So, in closing, I'm gonna say thank you for watching and thank you for those who are tuning in. Share this situation with others. And I guarantee you, you know, a lot more people will be successful because we gotta try things that were meant for us to do. And I want you to be successful, everybody. And don't get and do me a favor, do not get caught up in the fact that it, oh, I'm gonna make a lot of money. See, that that's where we tend to go wrong when we start putting the monetary thing on it. That's God's thing. Let it let him handle that. He he got that under control. If it's gonna make you a ton of money, God bless you, and I appreciate it. I want you to have all that was meant for you to have. But don't think that this is all about some money-making scheme. This is something about helping others. The money-making part of it will take care of itself. If it is meant to be in that manner, it will happen for you. But don't get so complacent and tied up that, man, if I knock this out, I'm gonna be rich. That's where we fall short and we go wrong and we go sideways. When you're trying to do something for fame and fortune, this is about helping others get somewhere. And if you have something out there and you follow these six steps to a T and you put it into play, I guarantee you the monetization of part of it will take care of itself, and you could do so much more for you, your family, and many others out there who are hurting. So, take care of yourselves out there, stay safe. God bless you. Always remember a plan that succeeds is a plan that can fulfill one's needs. Again, God bless Simplify and hoora. We'll chat soon.
